I came in with little knowledge about cigars, but my husband is a big fan and loves to smoke a cigar often. Hussein was very helpful and helped me narrow down my choices and select the best one using my description of my husbands likes In cigar tastes. The service was very good and friendly. However the glass pipe I bought ended up being defective. It clogged during the first use and the hole is so narrow there is no way to dislodge the clog from any angle nor with any tool. Waste of money and time. I would not recommend buying a glass pipe here.

Cigar Town in Fairfax Corner is fabulous. I am not a cigar smoker but I have bought many gifts for my cigar smoking family and friends. Steve and his staff are wonderful, helpful and just fun to deal with. Good selection, VERY expensive. No where to smoke but recommended their other shop. Cool, but $20 to sit. Not product, I have never walked out of a shop spending less than $80 and I cant sit without an extra $20. Thanks but no thanks. Ill spend my $80 elsewhere.

The one time I stopped in this shop, the lady behind the counter was snobby and rude. There was no reason for it. Cigars were expensive and there was nowhere to sit and smoke either. I wont be back.
