Went to buy headphones but one cup didnt work. After confirming that the device was defective with the manager, they said I couldnt return it. Normally that would be fine if I could get store credit but no. I was forced into getting the same new pair of headphones that right now are also defective. Dont make big purchases from here.
I visited their store and they diagnosed my laptop for a great price ($50). They are very responsive through email and on the phone and the staff we’re able to cope with someone that can be easily “distressed” like me.
Best in service! I had a problem with fan in my laptop, thought I had to get a new one. They fixed it at 25 bucks. Couldnt get better.
Fittingly an extension of the University bookstore, Patriot Tech overcharges and tries to sell you additional items you dont really need. The one time I tried to have my laptop fixed they returned from the diagnostic with what I perceived to be wholly unnecessary fixes, and an astronomical bill. After taking my computer to a shop back home (Computer Cave in Ashland, VA), they confirmed that the Patriot Tech Technicians were almost completely off base. Anyone considering shopping here is better off buying from Amazon or an apple store, and finding a repair service off-campus.
Very friendly employees who were prompt with answering my questions regarding laptop connections. Highly recommend this store if you have any tech issues or require assistance on purchasing electronics.
I gave them my computer to fix for a simple issue. They did that but broke other things. Then they forgot to screw in the back of the computer when they gave it back to me.
Another earphone problem, static when moving at all, was some static in managers phone as well, defective product, replaced with product with same defect... bad store
I tried to purchase a printer for my lab. The store only has three modules. All ink printers, no laser.
Over priced
Great price
