Its a Walmart. As long as their shelves are stocked, its great. Lately, not so much. Supply is not meeting demand. It is what it is.

Decently stocked groceries and fairly clean. Pokémon cards drop on Friday mornings. Sporting goods section is lacking.

Its Walmart, what more can I say? One thing I will mention, is the stockers when they are staging the pallets need to consider the space they leave in the aisles, if its tight for a shopping cart, theres no way a wheelchair whether manual or motorized will fit down. Just be mindful of that.

After many delays in finding the time to come to this store, I found that they had no scooters for people with disabilities. So I can’t shop here. A big waste of time.

Learn how to treat people with disabilities unless you want a union rep to shut you all down and I personally sue the associate that discriminated against my family. I worked there for a year and know how things work. YOU CAN bring your own bags in. To the associate who told my sister otherwise you got a lawsuit coming buster

I can normally find what Im looking for at a good price. It gets very busy on the weekend (as expected) so I suggest going at other times if you can. I cant speak on customer service as I never had to ask for help. Also, some aisles have security cameras, and it makes a ding everytime someone comes into the aisle. It can be really irritating when its busy and you keep hearing DING DING DING.

Has everything a person could need from a store like this one! I love this place...never ever disappointed!!!

It took over an hour for them to figure out the guy sitting in the parking space in the pickup area, I dunno, might be picking up an order, but I got to see some interesting things while I was here.

Prices are good, wide selection of groceries and household consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). Dont bother looking for Lysol in a spray can, but they have almost everything else. Some surprisingly good deals in the meat and seafood areas. Ive had less success with girls or womens clothes. Book selection is not awesome. Party supplies are a winner here, especially for younger kids who want character-themed parties. They are usually busy at all times, so go before noon on a weekday if you want to get in and out. Weekends get crowded. Masks are enforced but store capacity and one-way aisles are not.

Waited in line for thirty plus minutes to return a couple items. The employee seemed to have no clue what she was doing, she struggled to enter the receipt or clock on the items to return. I asked the lady to price check a new item first cause I wanted to buy a replacement item which I was holding. She ignored me, processed the return then told me I couldnt buy the fifty cent item where she was, and had to get into the ridiculously long lines again.Go to Target instead, they take care of their customers there.

Refused to honor their 90 return policy for defective airbeds. They were out of stock and the manager for customer service was very unhelpful.She refused to put in an order or a hold/raincheck on the next delivery.So now I either have to chargeback my card, call every other day, or drive to another store and hope they have an available model.I wont be purchasing from here anymore, literally felt like I was back in 1995. Its 2021 ffs, a store should not have an issue putting an item on hold/raincheck for a return.Edit: After talking to customer support they told me the store can issue me a refund for a defunct product and I could order it online.Fire your ******** customer servicer manager (Lady working on 9/20 morning shift), she doesnt know how to do her job.

Sent a disposable camera to get developed almost a month ago and haven’t received any phone call/email/postage mail about it being done. Tried calling electronics multiple times only to have no one answer and each time I called customer service whoever would just hang up on me. Nice to know that all of my memories from two summers ago are gone

Have started going to this Walmart as it still has traditional checkout isles. Have boycotted the one on Lee Highway as it is now ALL Self-checkout. I support cashiers and refuse Self-checkout.

A lot of people tell me “Michael it’s just another Walmart” but i really think there’s something special about this one. Every time I come to this Walmart location on Fair Lakes Parkway there’s a smiling employee ready to greeet me ; they always ask if they can help me in any way. Angelita in the electronics section is something else.

I dont give one stars very often. However this needs to have attention brought to it I was shopping buying grocerys when I saw one of my favorite items. Now, what I saw next, made me sick! For those with weak stomachs beware. Meat, that had not only spoiled, but had turned green! That is not a few hours, not a few days, but weeks if not longer! I went to a manager and told them. I said, you need to go send a employee to go inspect that section right away for more! She said yes of course... But never sent anyone. I later come to checkout and see she is on the register. I get being busy or short staffed. But someone else could of gone. If someone who didnt know or didnt look ate this. They could and prob would end up in the hospital. I hope a health inspector sees this.

The Super Walmart at Stafford Lakes is awesome, clean, bright and always has everything we need when we need it.

Its a Walmart, you almost always find what you need.They could appoint a more agile person to assist with so many self checkout stations. To me, he seemed a bit too relax and was taking his time to response.I would have the red flashing light to signal one at a time, so the staff knows which customer to attend the next, not necessarily the one whos lauder!

As always a good store to provide a good and excellent and convenient service to community. Also it is good to see Walmart coming up an online solution to compete with online shopping giant, Amazon. As normal consumers, we cannot afford to lose offline stores like Walmart/target/Costco and many others. We need diversity of competition we do not need monopoly. We have to provide business to property landlords. We can not afford to let them collapse as well. Whenever you get chance to do online shopping, please check online store for each store since they work hard to keep business survive we as consumers need to be smart to support them. Supporting them today is to support our future life tomorrow.

I have been doing store pick up here and it is has been the best experience of all store pick ups in the area. If you have not tried the store pick up feature, you are missing out. Chetan seems to be my weekly grocer and he is super upbeat and friendly. You do not usually see too many people with his enthusiasm. Great job.

From the moment I arrived at walmart, Ive observed a few major components of exceptional customer service. First, my goal was to purchase one item. I hate searching and shopping while merchandise is out of place, however that wasnt an issue for me while shopping. Walmart signs directed me to what I was searching for and the atmosphere was spotless, each and every aisle. After I found what I was searching for, I decided to use the self check out lane, where one of the employees directed me to an open register. I rang a few items, and thought I made a mistake from scanning double Items. Before I could reajust my mistake, one of the employees was right there to assist me. I also observed the employee sanitizing the station that wasnt being used at the time. Once I completed my transaction, the same employee sanitized the area immediately. I felt Walmart really cared about the health of the employees and customers. Thank you walmart, I will definitely be back. 🌻

WALMART as you know is a one stop shopping perfect place. What separates one from the other is the Staff. Everybody has a favorite Walmart which is basically a hands on Amazon without a driver, handling or shipping. So, no matter who the Manager, Associate Manager or Cashier are..the Stock Crew day or night..you ALL make the store what it is and your neighborhood, far & wide appreciate every day you show up ready to work. We needed gloves & mask, tissue and school supplies, pharmaceutical advice and indoor gardening tips..and each staff member is knowledgeable with first hand advice, helpful tips! I need jeans that I had to drive 15 to 30 miles to find from walmart. I have put on weight and never wear jeans after i was in high school. I am surprised that Walmart have a wide range of quality jeans and sizes for petites during COVID. Now more clothes from South America and Bangladesh. They are better than from China.

I went to this walmart a few days ago, and I was taking a big box of instant noodles and the barcode on the box didn’t work, and one of the workers came up to me saying what I didn’t scan and was looking through my bags acting like I was stealing something, it really made me uncomfortable. This walmart needs to be a bit more professional and instead of looking through bags, let me speak out

Cant even call this place average because half the shelves are empty.

I asked one of the workers if they replace/refill the soda gas containers and the first thing they asked is where I got it from. I said that I had this replaced from target. Then they claim it as theirs which was pretty confusing. She sent me to the service area and told me to wait for my turn. They took the container and started scanning it to check or something. I assumed that I could replace it after they put it down on the counter. 10 mins later my turn comes and they tell me not to send a soda gas container when its not replaced from their area. Yet the other worker claims it as theirs. So if any of you happen to read this, can someone explain to me what they’re trying to say? I went to target right next to this area and asked about my situation. He says that it shouldn’t matter. Who’s right here?Just to add another, my mother got an email for a pickup ready for her and when she arrived, the worker acted like as if she couldn’t tell what my mother was saying. She was very rude and sure my mother isn’t the best at english, but you need to have some sort of mental illness when you don’t know what they’re saying when she repeated it many times. The worker tells her to go back cause she says its not here, and says that she will message her back when its ready. The worker never sent anything back and so I had to send a message to her when its ready. She then replied back saying its ready and that was about 3 hours wasted for nothing.I get it. Pandemic sucks and everything just ruins your day while working. But what else can you possibly do about it? At least put some effort into your customers when they’re here to pay you.

I can find most of what Im looking for. One major thing is items dont have prices. Especially clearance items. Price scanners are hard to find. Most uninstalled and dont come up when scanned on Walmart app. Have to take item all around store to find scanner or an employee willing to help. Very frustrating & annoying!!!!

The staff at this particular Walmart is the main reason I had stopped shopping there. I heard several of them rudely giving directions to customers and one employee rolling her eyes and sighing loudly when asked for more assistance. One checker was working and there was a line at self checkout. Two employees were helping there by yelling out directions. One of them could have checked customers out to end the bottleneck.As I was checking out right next to another customer the one employee yells that we have to move so she can fix the machine because the red light was flashing. As we try to scramble out of her way she keeps repeating impatiently that we have to move. I havent been in that Walmart for several years for the very same reasons.

Went late morning for an appointment at the Pharmacy. Walmart personnel who gave me the inoculation was professional, educational & reassuring. This is my 3rd inoculation received by her at this Walmart. She is awesome!

Its Walmart. Not the best organized Walmart I have ever seen. Nothing to complain. Fairly easy to get in and out of the parking lot which makes this Walmart a desirable one for quick shopping stops.

80 % of the employees are rude and dont care about the customers. They walk right in front of you and dont say excuse me, they will pull orders for pickup and block the aisles without even acknowledging the customers Every Walmart in the Northern Virginia is like this.

This is the one Walmart that has never let me down. They pretty much always have what I need, and their curbside pick up service is unbeatable!

Worst experience ever. The manager could of helped me but chose not to. She could of checked the stock room for the item that is clearly stated that it is in stock! Waste of my time and super rude and lazy manger. So disappointed and mad. Treat your customers better!

On the evening of February 3, 2021, at 8:50 pm at the mart, we came out, and a person in front of the door stopped us and inspected for a long time looking at the bags in our cart and taking out the items in the box. Did we do this because we are Asians? Does Wal-Mart consider Asians to be thieves? There were many people waiting to get out behind us, but he treated us as criminals. Simply checking things is in favor. However, I think its unruly to check things out of the box.

Pick up was not pleasant. Employee gave me wrong item and told me the item may be out of stock and will give me refund. I checked on the website and found item available in store and found more that 5 on the shelves. I suggest you match order name with the item pick up label before handing someone’s order.

Worst walmart Ive ever been to. Lol. One register open for people like me who was planning on buying alot of merchandise. I even had a instant pot and a countertop oven in my cart. Full to the brim. Employees standing around not opening registers looking at a line of 10 customers.

Good place to find stuffs in lower prices. I often find cleaning stuffs in this location when the pandemic happens. Besides, their employees are so nice and helpful, especially the guy who is working in this area. I believe his name is Glenn. He treats not only me but also all customers very friendly.

The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Went to replace a defective air mattress and did not have my receipt, and was treated very poorly by an oriental worker named Alice, whom I found out had over 25 years working for Walmart. If anyone should know how to treat her customers, it should have been her but she made me feel like I had did something wrong or like I was trying to pull a scam or something, terrible, very terrible conduct on her part.

This walmart is my to go store for most items. Plenty parking usually plenty of cashiers so checkouts are quick. Plenty of self checkout machines too which are the most intuitive of any other store thats implemented their own self checkout.One thing that bothers me is that the restroom is never really clean. Im not going to take any stars off for that but its the only complaint.

Slow service long lines multiple empty registers and only two people working at customer service

The store just going into shopping with my mom every maybe once in the wild for somethings but the stars really nice really huge certain things need to be upgraded but it but theyre working on it and its really nice and clean every day most of associates are good help.

Its a nice, clean, and organized store. The customer service leaves something to be desired. I have asked multiple times if an employee can check for an item in the back, and am always met with attitude like I am inconveniencing by asking them to do their job.
