I loved the Roll Ice cream, Enjoyed the process of making. It’s not so sweet, exactly the way I wanted.

So fun!! There are so many different flavors and it’s a fun experience to watch the ice cream being rolled! Mint chocolate chip and peanut butter are both delicious! Highly recommend.

Such a neat experience. My kids love to choose their own toppings for ice cream so this is a great little treat and neat experience. They have tons of options to choose from as far as toppings and flavors and you get to watch them making the rollups on the cold slab. One size for $6.25.

The boba pearls sucks. It dont have flavor, it taste like plastic and it ruins the flavor of the drink.

They have posted hours as being open till 9:00. At 8:00 they told us theyre not taking any more orders. Turned away a party of seven. Unfortunately we had planned our visit based on these hours, they should figure out how to update their hours. Kids were pretty upset after planning on going there all afternoon. Pretty disappointing experience, fortunately there are other options available within 15 minutes or so. We went elsewhere in had a nice time. Not sure wed even try monster roll again.

Ive been here multiple times. The food is amazing and I love watching them make my rolled ice cream. Last time I went, I tried one of the teas and those are great too. The staff is very nice and efficient.

First time having roll ice cream and it was just as delicious as it looks, actually better. Its fun to watch the process while you wait. Totally worth it!

Ordered the strawberry and it was not good, my fiance got the chocolate and it was amazing!

So good!!! Ice cream is delicious with fruit mixed right into it (depending what you order), and it’s rolled up so cute in the cup! The rolls do actually change the experience since the texture is different, instead of a big hunk of ice cream it’s more flakey at first then melts down to the ice-creamy goodness your used to. Fun to watch them make it too, and service was also good.

First time ever trying rolled ice cream. It was definitely an experience I recommend. The shop is on the smaller side, so it might be difficult to find seating at times. But thats okay, because you can walk around the mall and eat your treat.There are all sorts of flavors and toppings to choose from.The staff is friendly, and patient with you while you change your mind 10 thousand times on what toppings you want.The ice cream was delicious and an interesting new take on the timeless classic.

Clean quick service and they have bobba

Very tasty rolled ice cream. It was the perfect temperature and taste. Would definitely go again. I went at around 11:45 and there wasnt much of a line. Pictured: #14 with Nutella and Condensed milk drizzle.

Neat concept. Lots of variety. Not as easy for kids to customize but it works. Fast service even when there is a line.

Wow... thats pretty much all that needs to be said about this place. Its a new take on presentation when it comes to icecream. Its mixed with a standard of 3 goodies ( your choice) then its flattened and scraped up into rolls. Plus unlimited drizzle which could be chocolate/ strawberry syrup, condensed milk, nutella, caramel or few more options. Bottom line go here and give it a try it wont disappoint.

Presentation is good, but I felt like the ice cream didn’t taste that great. Very watery.

Ive been here twice and had delicious menu items each time!The rolled ice creams are great! And the combinations are endless! I dont think you could go wrong.Their teas, again, are so good. I got the strawberry lemonade and it was not overly sweet.Their smoothies have a great smooth consistency. The only problem with my mango smoothie is that it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Also they have large straws which make drinking smoothies a breeze.The only complaint, and the reason for the 4 stars is because they take so long to make their items no matter what you get. Other than that, I would certainly recommend!

The wait in line to order and get your rolled ice cream was quick and easy. The menu is presented conveniently on the wall facing you as you order your food. So a newcomer would be able to order easily. Also, watching how your rolled ice cream is delightful.The employees were pretty quick with making the desert. They are also capable of answering any questions that customers may have.

Rolls were awesome. Employee less than enthused to do his job but did it very well at least. Highly recommend to try this place as my wife had better customer service the first time she went.

I love this place!!!Its always super fresh and yummy. The employee are very friendly and do a great job rolling the ice cream and arranging it. Its made infront of your eyes so its really fresh. Also it tastes really good and looks super cute. Ive tasted ice cream from around the world, but nothing compares to Monster Roll Ice Cream. I havent tried the ice cream rolls till date and this is freaking amazing 😁 I tried the monkey king and its amazing. They have a pretty good list of toppings. Heard that this is a little over priced. But, its worth a try.

This is my favorite place to go for a quick sugar fix. Their icecream is delicious and its a lot of fun to watch them make it! (Full disclosure, they also have smoothies and bubble tea, but I havent tried those yet because every time I got there Im craving icecream).

This is an interesting concept; rolled ice cream. Had the taro flavor mixed with bananas and Oreo cookies; u mix your own flavors and that is what we came up with. It wasnt something I would rave about, but could say I tried it. I do prefer my taro in a yogurt form like at Yogi Castle, but thats personal preference.

I took my father and grandsons 7 and 9 to monster roll for the first time. They loved seeing the icecream being made and thought it looked scientific. 😅😅😅

This concept was fun and yummy. My first visit and the server/ monster roll maker was excellent. She was kind and explained the way everything was made. Ice cream in a new fun way

Go when its not busy. The ice cream product itself is really great. It is labor intensive to make, however. So, dont go at peak after dinner on a Saturday with two toddlers in tow. That said, the rolled ice cream was so good, we will definitely be back. (The reeses peanut butter is tremendous).

The ice cream is good. The portions are a little too much, especially if you get the bubble waffle. Mind you the taste of the waffle is delicious. My only true complaint is how long it takes to get your food.

Rolled ice cream is delicious and super customizable. Maybe one day Ill get something other than the strawberry cheesecake ice cream.

This place is so cute. There isnt much of a seating area, but its nice that its open and you can see them roll the ice cream. Great selection of toppings.

The way they make the ice cream is certainly unique. The flavor was fine, but nothing to write home about. You might consider going once just to see the way they roll the ice cream. But really, it wasnt all that special and a little pricey to boot.

They have unique flavors, so thats a plus. Its not my favorite, but its good, so if I were in the area, I may go here. I dont think I would ever seek Monster Roll out though.

Its really great. The taste is amazing and not too pricey as well. Only thing is there is always long queue, but its worth the waiting.

They sell different things but my favourite has always been their ice cream. It has so many flavours to choose from. I just wish they had more tables so customers can longer a little bit.

Best ice cream!!! It is out of this world. It is worth waiting in the long lines for. Monster Roll also offers ice cream with condensed milk which means no negative reaction to the dairy for me. YEAHHHH! Long live Monster Roll!

First time here, enjoyed the experience. Probably wouldnt go if it were crowded as its a very small store. Staff was nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing. Ice cream wasnt the best Ive ever had or anything but I mainly went for the instagramable fad of it and to see it in person. Overall, it was a positive experience. I got the Matcha one.

Staff was nice but this was just not for me. I love ice cream so I was super excited to try the new rolled ice cream trend. The ice cream itself is VERY hard. I mean so hard that I had trouble getting the plastic spoon to go through it and scoop some out. Like the spoon was digging into my finger from it! I got the caffeinated and the cookie was just a hard generic Chips Ahoy or something. IMO $6 for this (smallest/cheapest/only size available) was a huge rip off. This super hard ice cream is not for me!

I have no clue why people rate this place high. Ice cream was bland. Total gimmick and way over priced. 6 bucks for what? Toppings include 1 oreo cookie and 1 strawberry is what my daughter chose. Rather pay 5 bucks for a pint of Ben and Jerrys or Talenti. Workers were nice and polite. Have no issues with them. Ice cream... joke... directly downstairs is Cold Stone... much better product which is also a gimmick but at least their ice cream has flavor.

Its unique in how they make the ice cream, but the ice cream itself is just average. Its the same as going to a frozen yogurt store. and the ice cream is not as creamy as I like.

I dont get the whole rolled ice cream thing.It was overpriced dessert. A couple of scoops of Breyers and some fudge topping would be just as good....

Lots and lots of sugar if youre looking for sugar. ice cream also tends to be cold, so be prepared for cold ice cream rolls. I think their ice cream isnt a bit colder than most other ice cream.

Hey guys, Mystic Torres here with another foooodddd review! Today i went adventuring out in Northen Virginia. I stopped at Fair oaks mall to set sail to get some Monster Roll ice cream. Let me start with the looks of things, the ice cream here looks totally legit as they roll it into rolls. They have 20 selections on the menu for ice cream and one of them is build your own! Now I must say looks cannot be everything so I went up and I got Lychee Roll ice cream, as I stuck a roll into my mouth, my taste buds began to KaPOW! They were dancing like Native Americans before the trail of tears! They also have a wide variety of toppings on their ice cream. I also decided to wash it all down with a smoothie and let me tell you something it was delicious! I would give this 5/5 stars scoring it as Tooottaaalllyy leggggitttt. The service was very helpful as I was helped by a younger Asian girl who had braces! I will recommend the Momster roll Ice cream

If you havent tired it you should its everything! Me and my husband drive 45 mins at least once a month to go here!
