I cannot say enough positive things about Suit Up and, in particular, Lacey. As a new swim team spirit wear rep, she guided me through the process, made invaluable suggestions, provided samples so our team could preview the quality of the items and delivered everything on a tight deadline. In a world that no longer seems to value customer service, Suit Up exceeded my expectations and was a pleasure to work with on our projects! I will continue to recommend this woman-owned business to all my colleagues and friends!

I have personally shopped here for years, but just recently have begun to order some teamwear for my dance studio. What a horrible store. I was treated rudely in person early this week while in the store with my young child while attempting to get a team swim suit for an older child. Then Im told they are open till 2pm on Sundays for special hours in June. I was refused service and lights were out when although door was unlocked prior to 2pm. I simply needed to try a swim suit quickly on my child prior to ordering for a local swim suit. I will be taking my business else where and encouraging local swim teams to do so as well.

I have ordered custom designs multiple times from this store and have always been pleased. Great communication. Timely delivery. Will definitely shop again.

Fantastic experience purchasing custom basketball jerseys through this store! Lacey was responsive and professional and easy to work with over the phone and email. I first contacted her about a potential order on May 21st. She sent me jersey and design options at two different price points. I placed the team order on May 28th and picked them up on June 5th. A perfect buying experience for me. Ill definitely be ordering custom team shirts through Lacey and this store again in the future!

This store was a huge disappointment to me. First, when I asked a question about fins the response was very rude and unhelpful. She acted as if I should know about them. Second, and honestly most importantly, I spent $188 in this store. My 5 year old was really needing to go to the restroom, and they would not let him use theirs. I understand not wanting any random person to come in and use your restroom, but I had 5 kids with me and one needed to use the restroom so badly. I was really needing to get more stuff (while 2 of my kids were trying on items), but she told me the closest one was across the street at DD. I said, “that is wierd,” where she then informed me that it was pretty standard not to let customers use restrooms, and welcome to Northern Virginia (where I have lived for 9 years). I can’t imagine seeing a kid almost in tears because he needs to go to the restroom so badly, a struggling mom of 5 trying to spend money ($188 to be exact) and not allowing him to use the restroom (at least be willing to be gracious and make an exception). I would not have bought the things I did, except they were needed at swim practice today. 😭 I will never go back and if I were you I would go to the swim store in Arlington where they desire to help you and let you use their restroom, because they have one for customers.* As you can see in the reply, these people are very defensive and combative. I am sorry, I used the language across the street, it was across the way. I am just saying, it takes a lot to get 5 kids out of the house and go shopping, and it makes it harder when you have to drag everyone from one store to the other for a restroom, when youre kids were in the middle of trying on clothes. Also, I can tell you you that, she was not making jokes. She literally looked at me like i was an idiot and said welcome to Northern VA, and walked off, leaving someone else to check me out. That was the last I saw or heard of her. She wasnt making light of the situation. I love that you replied that you were most concerned about my kids safety, I promise you, I am more concerned that you are and would have happily escorted him to the restroom.

Im a 13 year old and I have been racing since I was 7. Suit Up has had great suits and assistance along the way, and the employees were very helpful. They answered all of our questions about what we needed to get in the beginning, and have great sales.

I ordered from the website a custom-made jersey and I love it!! The color and the fabric is great. I live all the way in Alabama and the shipping time was reasonable, it just took them about 2 days after I ordered. I will definitely buy more from here!

This place used to have a much better selection. Theyve really trimmed back both on the Greek Life gear as well as the swim side. The staff was helpful, which is a plus.

Owner of the store was extremely rude to me and my children. This is the first time I have ever written a google review. Bought the same suit they were hawking in their store for 56$ “on sale” on Amazon for $26 - delivered to my door the same day- seconds after leaving this establishment. Hmmm, I try to support small businesses but end up getting insulted? Please do not waste your time or money. Will literally volunteer to do spirit wear next year - just so I can make sure she doesn’t get our team’s money.

I ordered from alpha ID and as I walked in to pick up my order, the lady up front was quite rude to me. I told her I was picking up an order and replied with: “And??” I thought that was rude and unprofessional of her. Awful customer service.
