Though a seasoned shopper, I learned a lot about various brands and Ali and designer Rick helped me determine couch and chair placement. The brands are solid and prices are reasonable (I had been searching far and wide). Occasionally floor models are available which happened to work for me. Ali is honest, patient and zero pressure. If you haven’t been there I highly recommend!

I was thrilled with the staff and ownership of McLean Furniture Gallery, From the gracious & funny founder to the kid from Kalorama the level of expertise, fountains of ideas, super fair pricing and clicking on working together was first rate. We had just come off a bad experience which made McLeans level even more defined, but everyone including the delivery staff and their accommodating us with great referrals & returning excess furnishings to be donated to charity, made the months we spent and 7+ rooms we re imagined the best. Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful!! After a recent move, I realized that the movers damaged a dresser I bought from one of the brands they McLean Furniture Gallery sells, so I contacted them for help. I worked directly with Ali and received awesome support! They worked directly with the company to get me brand new parts for my dresser and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be going to them for all my furniture needs!

Very friendly and knowable sales representatives. Love the great experience that I had there. I didn’t make a purchase but my cousin that I accompanied she did. She brought a living room set for a great price. They treated me as a customer with a million dollars. That the kind of services that I like and want. I am going back there when I am ready to purchase a large ticket items. They have a warehouse/outlet that have high end pieces such as Henredon, Old Hickory and others, at great prices. Some have minor dents and scratches that can be taken care of with a little TLC. I highly recommend young, new home owners and if you are on a budget, to check the outlet. . Everyone to check out both retail and outlet stores.

The store owner is lacking great customer service. A person that has no respect, manipulative, insulting and overall offensive.If you like to go into a furniture store where you are treated with disrespect then please go to this store, but if you know that you are worth receiving respect then do not even waste your time.This is not the only furniture store that exists.
