I hesitate to post this review for fear that it will cause unrealistic expectations: Circle Glass took my custom order and had it ready to go the SAME DAY. Spoke on the phone at 9am, was picking it up at 4pm. They were friendly, professional, and even disposed of my old broken glass panel for me. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be doing business here in the future :)There is a mystery I havent yet solved though: my new glass panel smells like wet dog. How can this be? Do they have wet dogs cutting sheets of glass in the back? Is that how they get the price so reasonable? 🤔

I once bought a great clock that unfortunately fell and the glass cover cracked. I was well past my warranty time period and glass repairs werent covered so I had to look for outside help. It wouldnt be a clock repair mechanic but a glass repair service provider who would be the answer. I found Circle Glass and Mirror Repair and when I inquired, I was happy to be informed that they can repair glass covers on clocks so I took my clock to them. Even better, I found that they can also install plexiglass so I gladly paid for better durability. They also finished in a timely manner and now my clock is good as new and great to go. Thank you.

They did a good job cutting my glass but they charge me $235 just to pick it up and drive it three miles to their shop. They were going to charge me another $235 to bring it back so I picked it up myself. Outrageously expensive if you ask me.

I needed a double pane bedroom window where the glass had fogged up replaced. I brought it in for measuring so they could order a replacement. I returned with the window a week later, they installed it while I went out for lunch. Quick, and reasonable. Thanks!

We had an issue with our glass installation. While frustrating at first, Circle Glass did the right thing to ensure customer satisfaction and that the final product was perfect. Responded quickly to my call to replace the glass in a 4 x 8 storm window. Crew was professional and careful. As soon as the glass came in (a week earlier than promised) they called and came out the next day to install it. Would use them again and definitely would recommend them.

Prior to installation, they noticed a defect in the J-bar and were quick to correct the issue and install the mirror. It looks great! We broke a large (5 feet by 4 feet) mirror in our dining room. The company was able to give us an estimate over the phone, but they did come out to see the mirror in person as well, they took the measurements and provided a firm price the next day after their home visit. The price was reasonable. We scheduled installation within a week, but I think it could have been faster because they have most of the materials at their shop. They dont work on weekends though. I as m happy with the work done.

I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, quality and timeliness of the service I received, but this is a company who truly cares about their clients, even first time clients like me. I called Circle Glass after having broken the top of a glass jewelry/music box that is very precious to me. This was a Christmas gift given to me by my Mom many years ago. My Mom passed away in early January of this year after many years of illness. In fact, today, Christmas Eve, is the one year anniversary of the last day I spent with my Mom. It was important for me to have this jewelry box repaired quickly and I was really hoping to be able to play its song again and especially on this Christmas. Circle Glass told me to bring it in and said they hoped they could help. I took it in the next day, and the staff listened to my story and presented several options. I selected the option that worked best for me, one they could do in house, and they said it would take about three days and that yes I would have it for Christmas. To my surprise, they left me a vmail later the same day saying the work was complete. To my further surprise, when I picked up the jewelry box, not only was it so nicely repaired, I was told Merry Christmas. They wouldnt accept my payment. I was stunned, and I cried. Now, this was a small job to them, and Im certain they would be out of business if they gave away their services routinely, but it warms my heart to know a company like this exists and I will recommend them again and again. These guys are awesome! I needed a replacement for a 15x15 inch glass insert for my side table, which I broke. Every glass shop in the area and online were quoting it at $50-$90! These guys charged me only $18 after tax. Also provided a quote by email and over all gave top notch customer service. I picked my glass in only 2 days!

Friday, Dec. 27, 2019 - Steve Antal here. - Vienna, VAMy 5 year old grandson ran at full speed into the sliding glass door that leads out to our patio. This was old PLATE glass so when it broke it left huge broken pieces to hundreds of chard glass. By the grace of God the little guy escaped with a small cut on his knee.On to repair the door glass:My son googled 5 Glass Shops in our 20 mile radius.The first had no time and we were told to call back after the New Year.The second was just plain rude from the onset. Owner greeting What do you want?, What do you need?, Ill call you back, I am busy now.Finally the third was Circle Glass - Hi, how can I help you? Hope the little guy is OK., If possible tape and use some light plywood to cover on both sides so nobody else gets cut. We can be out at your home this coming Tuesday, Dec 31. Great, they were to the point, helpful to resolve the immediate threat of further injury, got me an appointment and would follow up and call when the technician would actually arrive. Very Positive Customer Service !! I cleaned up the mess at home and decided to take the door out myself to prep for the technician. I also found I had scheduling conflicts for the following week and called them back. Spoke with the same customer service rep and asked, since the door was already out, if they could check and see if it could be done the same day. Mind you it is Friday 2 pm. The representative asked me to hold a minute - came back and advised to come to the shop with door frame and they will see what the shop could do.Hopped in the van with door frame and in a half hour showed up at Circle Glass - the rep met me outside and quickly ushered me to the side of the shop where a technician was waiting for me to drop off the frame.He quickly looked over the job, took measurements and confirmed that it could be done and the door would be ready in about an hour. I went in the front showroom waiting area where I was given a bottle of water and a genuine question of how my 5 year old grandson is doing. 40 minutes later, the technician appears to tell me the job is finished and the door is loaded in the van. I paid the VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR INVOICE. The owner came out we shook hands and also with the service rep and the technician.Folks, that is a perfect scenario of how a business should be run. This is a local shop that has been in business for 40 years. I believe in small brick and mortar businesses - they are in most cases ready to go the extra mile.They immediately gave me a plan. Executed on time and in budget. Customer relations - awesome. Explanation throughout the process all the way to the end. Have a martial arts school. My store front window broke completely and I am in a shopping center and my management company pushing to replace the glass asap because it gives bad look to my store and the shopping center. I called and they came and made measurement and scheduled the installation for two weeks after. Took half of the money up front. I never heard back from them and called them 2 days after installation date and they told me they were coming from 8:30am till 10:30am next day. They didnt show up till I called them and they said they must have be there soon then called to checked and in a few minutes after they told me the glass had not arrived and they were expecting it in another 7 days and wanted to make installation schedule 10 days later. Hard for me to trust that they ever ordered the glass and how can you say you are coming tomorrow then 10 days latter. My got is saying they never even ordered the glass.
