The employees are fantastic, the conditions they make them work in without any provide Ppe is ridiculous!Work in the rain and you must wear your uniform but they don’t provide rain gear?Come on Walmart break out that cheap frog tog gear you sell and gear up the crew!Support the employees who keep you sitting on your fat arse

I love it! Everything about it. From placing the order to picking it up. Only once did I have a problem with having to wait and it was because the pandemic was in full swing. Thats not a Walmart problem - its a world problem. I really like the substitution part because it allows me to decide. Yes everything is not always available and once again its a pandemic issue. The employees are so nice and really professional. I use this service as much as possible. Thanks Walmart, youre doing a great job!

11/15/2020, placed an order at 8:05 am, selecting delivery 6-7 pm which was one of two that were left. 10:50 am received a message, a shopper was working on my order so that it would be ready for the delivery person, 3:05 pm received a message that my order had been cancelled which I didnt see until 5:15 pm when I went back to check on my since it was getting close to the delivery time. Some preprinted excuse about high demand. What? that was your delivery time.

Ordered 2 days ahead said order would be ready on Tuesday between 1-2, received email at 11 am to tell me my order was cancelled!! Never using again seems this is the norm according to reviews.

Usually get my groceries there, but today it was horrible!waited over 10 minutes, the car next to me left and when the next car parked that person got its ordered earlier than me😶never coming back there!

Unfortunately, I just do not have anything positive about this service. Its a waste of time because my items are usually out of stock when I go to pick-up my orders. I shop at the Garrisonville Walmart in VA. I will be shopping in person until improvements are made.
