Recently, I had a neoplasm excision surgery with Otolaryngology Associates. I would like to thank Dr. Patty Lee for putting a lot of effort/time removing the inclusion cyst in my lower lip during the surgery. The surgery went successful. She is indeed a great surgeon. I thank the entire office for scheduling a consultation appointment, surgery and follow-up appointment. The entire process went without a hitch. One thing I would say is that it was a bit difficult to get a hold of an agent to schedule the surgery. Surgery coordinator(s) should reach out to clients more proactively either via phone or email. Overall, I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I put a lot of trust in medical professionals, and take their diagnosis and recommendations seriously. In return, I expect a non-judgmental attitude and for them to ask questions to inform their diagnosis and avoid making assumptions. Dr. Black made assumptions about my behaviors and those assumptions informed her approach and attitude. Maybe she had a large backlog of patients that day; perhaps she had a case of the Mondays; or simply that is just her professional personality. Regardless, showing empathy builds mutual trust and understanding.In spite of how she came off, I am taking her advice and following up with other medical professionals. Because I trust her as an expert in her field.

Took my 1 month old there for ear infection place was very busy with patients and very organized too. our pedestrian recommend it. And took great care of my child 💕. Would recommend it for anyone looking for ENT specialists around the area. ....

Coming to this practice was a breath of fresh air. I had been shrugged off and dismissed by 2 other ENT’s which left me defensive and frustrated. The staff here is always helpful and Dr. Kim validated my concerns and helped my get to the root problem of my sinus and allergy issues.When it comes to allergy, the allergy shot department is the BEST. I have been getting shots for 2 years and have yet to have a negative experience. The women in the allergy department are the most hardworking, kind, patient, and respectful group of women I have ever met within a medical office. I have witnessed them interact with some less then respectful patients and I observed so much patience, understanding, and kindness from the allergy shot department. They are very knowledgeable and have been extremely supportive in helping me find the right course of action that works for me.I HIGHLY recommend the Otolaryngology Associates Allergy Shot Department!!!

Dr. Doyle is extremely competent, caring, and effective at diagnosing and treating problems. I’ve visited her office for two different, unrelated issues and in both instances she quickly resolved the problem. My wife who is a medical professional met her and was very impressed and really liked her careful explanations and manner. I highly recommend her.

Good doctors but customer service and the billing department not so much. Administration personal have poor communication skills and borderline condescending. I will think twice to come back and see a doctor in this location.

My husband had an appointment and met with his provider Dr. Doyle today. He has had a chronic ongoing situation with sinus and Dr. Doyl diagnosed and treated him with great professionalism and compassion. She went over and above to make certain he understood what his options were, what he was dealing with and how she felt to best treat the situation. He recommends Dr. Doyle with no hesitation. In his words he was extremely pleased with his care.

Dr. Kim removed an adenoma from my parotid gland. The surgery was pretty invasive. I thought I was going to have a big scar. It has been 11 months, and you cannot tell that I had surgery. Dr. Kim was very caring and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Dr. Kim!!

Nothing but great experiences with Dr. Doyle and Otalarynology Associates. Whenever I call the office, I am able to immediately talk to a staff member or am able to leave a message and get called back shortly.

The medical attention provided to me was outstanding in every respect . I could not have asked for better care from Dr Doyle, her staff, and the Fairfax Surgical Center staff.

I had a 3-week build up of wax in both ears which defied several attempts to alleviate with over-the-counter methods and seriously reduced my ability to hear. I got a same-day appointment with nurse practitioner Lindsey, who after an examination assured me You have a lot of wax, well get it out, and promptly did exactly that, which was subsequently confirmed by Dr. Black. I walked into the office ill and walked out well ... what more could one ask! Im appreciative and grateful.

Debra doyle is great doctor and the office is friendly and clean and safe during covid. Very attentive doctor and assistants, highly recommend!

Absolutely awful time management. My mother has been a weekly patient for several weeks now and Dr. McKenzie has consistently made her wait 45+ minutes past her appointment times before seeing her. At our last visit, the appointment was at 2:50 PM -- we didnt get seen until 4:00 PM.Hopefully this gets corrected soon or we will be finding a new audiologist.

The wait to be seen exceeds 30 minutes. Extremely unprofessional and rude to the patients. Go somewhere else.

I had a deviated septum and Dr. Rubinstein did a fantastic job fixing it. I actually experienced NO bruising and my recovery was speedy. After just one week I am breathing much better and have deeper sleep already. Not only that but the experience of working with his office was very professional and seamless. Great experience over all!

Would not recommend this Office.Their level of service is poor.Our concerned was never addressed.The Dr did not care to listen.She stepped out the door twice to take a phone call and came back blank of where our conversation was.She had an apprentice and was giving her weird looks while we try to explain the reason of our visit. Never going back there again.To top it off I kept getting expensive bills, called their billing department and the rude woman in charge was not of any help. I had sent the payment and she refused to help.Was sent another bill threatening to be send to collections but the check was cashed long ago.Very disappointed.

I rate this practice, and in particular, Dr. Black very highly for their care of me over the past several months. I was treated with much respect and was given sufficient time for my condition. Subsequent surgery was simple and explained very thoroughly. If youre looking for brilliant, caring doctors, youre looking at the right place!

When you have a real problem you want clear direction and a patient physician. One who understands your end goals and your current status. Dr. Lee is brilliant, straightforward and compassionate. If looking for someone to sugarcoat reality or waste your time, she’s not for you.

I think the doctors and the allergy department are very good and if my review was on their services I would give them a 5 star rating BUT their receptionists and phone service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. The front desk is rude, rarely do they act like they care. I fully understand that I am going to a busy office but the front staff could use a better attitude. But the phone service takes the cake as the all time worst! They now have a number 1500 where you can go and leave a request for a call back to schedule an appointment - no calls back. I have been going to the Fairfax office for a couple of years now. It is a good thing that I live less then 4 miles away as in order to make an appointment I have found the ONLY way to make one is to get in my car and drive there and make one in person! How ridiculous and annoying is that? If I did not make my own schedule I would have to go elsewhere as it is not always easy to get there. I am one of those people who call when I really need a doctor too so it just makes it even more annoying. They put you on hold and forget about you, you wait forever to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment and most of the time you get put on hold again, the people who take your calls have an attitude, their phones are down, they never returned a voicemail. Like I said it is easier to schedule my day to drive there to make an appointment. I need to get my ear looked at so it looks like a trip there this week is my only option - AGAIN - 7-8th time I have had to do that BTW.

This is an excellent practice. We were seen by Dr. Black which made us feel comfortable while confident with the diagnostic and solutions. So far, we would happily recommend this clinic and Dr. Black.

Dr. Rubinstein is smart and experienced. He and his team did a great job handling my needs. And, his front-office staff provides good support, and they are accessible. That part is often neglected by physicians, even the good ones!

I give this place 5 stars all day long. Dr. RUBINSTEIN is top notch. I had two other surgeons from a completely different establishment fail to take out submandibullary stone. Thank you to the staff. Friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend this place.

Really busy office but very professional and pleasant staff and knowledgeable doctors. Left with a wealth of information I hadnt been given by other doctors and felt very confident making the decision regarding treatment for my child. Highly recommend.

Dr. Linn is very bright,extremely skilled, compassionate, and empathic. Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Linn my top doctors. I cannot say enough about them.

We have been seeing Dr. Bahadori for a little over two years. He was the only pediatric ENT who could properly diagnose my newborn, and was able to perform surgery on her at 5.5 months old. She is now 2.5 years old and doing perfectly! He also placed tubes in my son’s and daughter’s ears. He also took his time with my family to discuss any concerns we have had about anything. He truly cares and is a wonderful doctor and man.

Dr. Bryan McKenzie did surgery on me in their surgery room which is located at on the first floor of their Fairfax office location, was not done at a hospital because I was given a local anesthesia and not put out completely. While he was performing the procedure, he was joking around with the others in the room that were watching the surgery....was like he was trying to entertain them.There were eight people in the room, two of which were there to assist him with the surgery and the six others just onlookers that did nothing but joke around with him. Thought this extremely unprofessional to be clowning around like this while trying to perform a surgery on a patient that expects the surgeon to give 100% concentration on what they are doing.

Outstanding place and I had a great experience. I needed my tonsils removed (I’m 40) great surgery And after care. My nose also had to be corrected because I couldn’t breathe at the right side of my nose. All was corrected and I couldn’t be happier.

Great ENT and hearing aid services. Great staff and doctors. Multiple locations. I have been seeing them for over 15 years.

The nurse practitioner and Doctor are really nice. The appointment people on the phones and at reception are very mean and short. I just called to request an earlier appointment for my husbands (G.Scarlata) ear and the woman on the phone was not nice. It makes it hard to come back here.

The process was smooth and efficient. I was early and I was quickly taken back for the preliminary testing. Dr Soltany was professional and pleasant providing the best answers, responses he could.

Dr. Doyle took excellent care of my daughter during her tonsillectomy. The scheduling center and nursing care were all top notch!

Dr. Bahadori is my favorite. He is very good at what he does. When I lived in WV I traveled 5 hours to see him. He is the only sinus doctor I trust. I hope he never leaves or retires.

Excellent doctors and staff. We have been seeing Dr. Robert Bahadori for different issues pertaining my daughters. He is the most knowledgeable, caring physician ever. He takes his time to make both parents and patient comfortable, his diagnosis and treatments are always spot on. The staff in Reston office which we always go to are very cordial, polite and accommodating.

On 11/10/2018, I filled out a form online to request an appointment. I received email confirmation of the request.On 11/11/2018, I received an emailed notice that the appointment request was pending.On 11/15/2018, I called the office to request an appointment. I spoke with a woman who took some information from me and said something along the lines of “I’ll see what is available and get back to you.” I do not remember her exact words, but I do remember thinking, “What an inefficient system...”Today is 12/5/2018 and I have not yet received any further communication from the office about scheduling an appointment.

Dr. Ryan Murray, highly recommended for his amazing services and diagnosis. He wont just ask you to have surgery he will put you on meds and see how you do for a couple of months and then see if you actually need to have surgery..

Almost everything I hate about doctors was missing from my experience. I had a 10am appointment: I was brought back to an exam room at... 10AM! The receptionists were pleasant and helpful - not sure where the negative reviews were coming from. The nurse practitioner was engaging and explained everything that was going on, and even though I didnt have an appointment with an MD I still got greeted by one at the end of the appointment. However, I am revising my review from 5 stars to 2 after getting my bill. Almost $500 in charges, not including prescription costs, and none of it actually helped. They scheduled a follow-up to do something else if this didnt work, but Im not spending $500 a pop to have a nurse practitioner throw spitballs. If this was any other industry, this would border on actionable.

My daughter suffered through almost 2 years of chronic nasal drainage/sinusitis. We went to Dr. Bahadori amongst other ENTs around the area for a consultation, but we felt the most comfortable with him. Given his great reputation around the NOVA region I did not doubt him. Also, he was very professional and did a great job explaining the procedure. My visits have always been outstanding with great customer service from all staff members. I saw Kate, PA twice and she is fantastic! Very thorough and highly knowledgeable. She was able to cure an ear problem that ear Drs in other practices could not correct. Their ear microscope was extremely helpful.

Terrible terrible wait... my appointment was at 9:10. Got here 10 mins early. Been waiting an hour and they tell me there are still 3-4 patients AHEAD of me. I usually dont post bad reviews but this was worth posting. I drove 2 hours through traffic to make this appointment on time and this is the courtesy I get.The office is very big, maybe too big to manage all the clientele they have.

Dr. Bahadori is the best. He is who our peditritican said hed take his own kiddos if they needed tubes. Weve had one kiddo have 2 different sets of tubes and a partial adnoidtonsillectomy, and soon our other kiddo is getting tubes with him. He is thorough and explains the need for tubes with a great visual. He put off tonsils for our first kiddo as long as we could, trying all other options first, which is super impressive. Hes a great doctor and surgeon and hes worth the wait.

Dr. Rubinstein is an amazing doctor! He preformed sinus surgery on me. I was told that the healing process would take several weeks and that I would be on pain killers for several days. I was off the pain meds in less than 2 days. I healed beautifully. This man is amazing!

This is my first time writing a review. I wish I could give this place a zero rating. I got an appointment for my mom which has a serious issue and was hospitalized three weeks ago and the receptionist asked about all the insurance information. After waiting for three weeks and get a day off to take her to Dr.Kim’s office, the manager of the Fairfax office came to me and said they don’t accept Medicaid. She also said they should accept Medicare, but they will not since they won’t be able to charge us for the deductible which is prohibited by law ( bc my mom has a secondary insurance ).NOT ONLY SHE DIDN’T APOLOGIZE, BUT SHE WAS SO RUDE. I can’t believe there are such irresponsible and rude people working in a doctor ‘s office.

Registration and signing in was fast and doctor addressed my issue in no time.

Took my 15 month old daughter to the hospital after she aspirated a piece of carrot into her lungs. Dr. Bahadori was extremely kind, patient, and professional prior to the scoping. The procedure was done in less than 20 minutes and the offending carrot was removed and presented to us with before and after photos of the inside of her lungs. We were truly blessed to have Dr. Bahadori there that day and are eternally grateful.

They let me do what i dont even need, then i was billed for it !I will have to pay big money for some thing I didnt even need.very rude staff, very rude reception girl.my copay should be 15, the reception girl asked for 30$ and she insisted on it, i tried to explain to her, she gave me a very bad attitude, after many attempts from me, she discovered i was right and she was wrong,does she even know what she is doing ?two words, NEVER AGAIN...

My son has been a patient of this practice for two years now. I recently had an experience Ive never had before ... an appointment got rescheduled. I thought I had taken care of it and so showed up for the appointment on my personal calendar. Turns out it hadnt been rescheduled - no idea where the blame lies and Im not assigning any. (Keeping up with his tube check appointments between the specialist and pediatrician has kept me busy so I assume it :) ) The office administrator said she could reschedule an appointment for me. I was expecting to have to leave and come back another date and time but she fit me in and I saw the dr. within 7 minutes of walking in. When Dr. Black came in she was very empathetic to my sons drawing away from her when she wanted to look in his ears. And she was patient with me as she gave me the update. Will definitely keep going back - I feel confident in the decisions they have regarding my son and in the knowledge and information theyve shared regarding any type of procedures or questions Ive posed.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Dr Shuster for my audiology needs and Dr Kim for my single sided deafness. Both are very professional, kind, responsive and make me feel like theyre taking my issues seriously. Our 2.5 year old son had his tonsils and adnoids removed this week. But Dr. Bahadori answered all of our questions fully, explained the steps of the surgical process clearly and informed us about what to expect during the post-surgical recovery.The entire staff at Otolaryngology Associates is warm and friendly and helped our son feel at ease —Not an easy task with a 2.5 year old.The day of surgery could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish. We received clear instructions for how to care for our son at home and address pain management during recovery. Our son is already breathing much better and resting more comfortably with an even better outcome to come after a full recovery.My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to go use Dr. Bahadori for our son’s tonsillectomy. He is simply fantastic and delivers wonderful outcomes for both parents and their children. We heartily recommend Dr. Bahadori and the entire staff at Otolaryngology Associates.

Took my son in as he has large tonsils. I explained to the doctor his history of snoring, how every doctor hes seen since birth has commented on the size of his tonsils, my wifes medical history of large tonsils (and their eventual removal) and how his pediatrician urged us to get a ENT to look over his tonsil for a sleep study and to consider having them removed.She prescribed a 60 day round allergy medication, Lets see if this is related to allergies or an irratant that hes been experiencing.I understand that you want to make an informed decision. But when your patient has provided you with 4 years of pediactric observation and a detailed medical history, it feels like my concerns fell on deaf ears.We decided to go with a different association and are much happier.

This office does good work. Unfortunately when you make an appointment with them they have an incredibly obnoxious automated call system for reminding you about your appointment that calls you over and over and over until you answer. Get rid of that system!
