Ive been going to VA Chem for 18 years. Bill is hands down the best man around with the most extensive knowledge on everything pressure-washer related. He also carries the best tools and products. His machines last incredibly longer than any other Ive ever used. Ive purchased 2 so far, and possibly buying a third soon- money super well spent! 5 stars all the way!

Mr. Graybills abilities to assess the needs of a customer are remarkable. I needed a power washer for the maintenance my decks. Bill put one together that ran like a champ on the first pull and got the job done. When I asked advice on the proper winterizing of my new machine, Bill was knowledgeable and provided clear and easy to follow instructions.
