They don’t answer phones and close before listed hours

Came with my wife and 2 year old. Met a young woman with glasses. She was impressively knowledgeable, very helpful, and to boot she was good with my toddler. If you travel around, I recommend checking out this place. The store is also well laid out despite what might initially seem as a small shop.

Matthew was knowledgeable about the product lines and went above and beyond in taking care of me. I have bought two pieces of Briggs and Riley luggage from this store and both purchases have been a pleasant experience.
