This company is savvy and do customer service well! They contacted me within my window to tell me when they would arrive and provided me the ability to see where the technician was in real time. Very helpful. Also, they documented the results of the tests and maintenance, along with photos. The technician was friendly and professional and provided a clear report when the maintenance was completed.
All i wanted was to be able to use my basement toilet. After several thousand dollars (like 12k if i remember correctly) and digging up my floor and laying new pipe, not only did my toilet still not work, and now i have ground water that comes up through my new concrete (that they arent responsible for and the estimate to repair that was about 17k) and recommeding another job for a few more thousand.I bought a co2 plunger for about $25 and my toilet works fine now. Id definitely get second or third opinions before having them do any digging
Justin came to our house twice to resolve an issue we were having. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The best experience we have ever had regarding a plumbing issue. Highly recommend.
Matt and Ryan were such gentlemen and they had no issues answering any of the dumb questions that we may have had, they never once made us feel that they were selling us more than what we needed either, when we asked them about jetting, they were honest about how it would not fix our issue instead it would have made it worse. We trusted them. We will be using this company for any other repairs we may have down the road, and will be recommending them as well. Thank you so much for helping us.
The technician arrived at the time given, was very polite and professional. He explained the problem(s) with the system and options we could take to correct them. The cost of the house call was, imo, very reasonable. We will use this service again as needed.
The service provided by Matt Smith from Thomas and Galbraith was amazing. Matt was both professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem very quickly unlike the plumber from a different company who stated that the leak may have been a coincidence.
My technician, Joe, called and said he could be early for the appt which I NEVER mind. He was professional, polite and explained everything he was going to do to clear the drain. He had the drain cleared within 15 mins of arriving at my home. If all the employees are as good as Joe, I will definitely be using this company again!
Our air has been out since last week and weve been battling the home warranty company to look at since then. I called Thomas and Galbraith in the afternoon after the assigned contractor cancelled last minute. We had a technician out to the house by three thirty. He called half an hour before he was set to arrive, thoroughly examined everything and laid out all of the options very honestly without being pushy towards expensive repairs or using their company which I appreciate. He was also up front about the time frame to expect if we wanted to repair as parts have been delayed a lot recently. We havent decided what we want to do yet, but if we end up replacing the whole unit, it will be through them.
Overall review - premium pricing for substandard workmanship.I choose Thomas & Galbraith because of their 4.7 and 4.5-star reviews on several review pages. I had a wobbly toilet. I removed the toilet bowl and decided this was beyond my do-it-yourself ability.Customer service was good. The tech called and showed up on-time.The cost to replace the flange, wax ring, the water service, and reset the toilet was $698.After checking several websites, I discovered the average cost for this repair is around $250.Additionally, the tech couldnt provide bolt covers for the bolts securing the toilet to the flange, saying they were supposed to come with the toilet. This seems rather silly to tell me this when I know I can purchase a couple of toilet bolt caps for a few dollars at any hardware store. After the installation, the tech caulked the toilet to the tile floor in a sloppy manner, and I had to ask him to cut off the top of the toilet bolt screws.Thomas & Galbraith seems to have a systematic approach to charging two to three times the national average for repairs.
The technician Brandon was amazing he kept me informed step by step made my family and I feel very comfortable and confident. Defiantly will recommend and reuse.
The guy(s) that came out were awesome! They called ahead with a 30 minute time frame for their arrival and we’re right on time. They took a few minutes to assess the situation and got to work. We had our sink back within the hour. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Highly recommend them!
Tech came within the hour. He took special care to explain every step of his process and cost, and most importantly to test and retest that he completely cleared the drain. Even though he had 3 more calls on a Sunday, we felt he took the time to be sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving. They are true to their word on $93 or free and the Sunday emergency service call was less than $50!
We needed a water line for our new refrigerators ice and water dispenser. Rob, the Thompson & Galbraith plumbing specialist, had to open up parts of our basement ceiling to work the new line in through ridiculously limited space in the floor structure. Still, the finished location of the pipe in the kitchen above was perfect. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional: we would certainly be happy to have him work on our plumbing again.
The answering service is decent and the technician I spoke to the night before was great. Unfortunately the technician that came to my house was not. He was condescending, spoke to my wife like she was a child in need of a lecture and tried to upsell us for $500 worth of work. He was so frustrating and condescending that my wife had to call me at work to finally tell the guy to leave her alone. In the end I needed a new filter, and he didn’t even have one that fit our furnace.
Needed a toilet set as the team who installed the new bathroom flooring removed the toilet but will not reset it. This company I have used before but was not happy with them this time. $900 to install a toilet which included ripping up my new floor. The dude did not even check to see if the floor was level which it is. Only tools he brought with him was an iPad and his eyes. Don’t know a bought you, how can someone make a decision about a job without physically inspecting what was needed?
We had a excellent guy come to our home and help fix our problem. If I could would give him 20 stars.. He knew what he was talking bout got the job done!!! Great job!!
No call when arriving.. 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Said they would only be able to complete half the work and could not know when they would be able to come back and do the rest. I am so very upset / I missed work and now has to b rescheduled/ and they left without doing anything at all. I get attendance occurring marks which is bad. And I hate the whole situation I’m in with Thomas&Galbraith!!!
I have had this company fix two issues in both sinks and an issue with our water heater. They also have plans where you can have scheduled maintenance twice per year to service and check AC and the water heater. I have had about 4 different people arrive for the different services we have requested or needed and each individual was very professional, kind, and informative about what they were doing. No one tried pushing deals or unnecessary products on us. I will continue to go through this company for our needs.
Great service at a great price! Their technician Brandon Robinson was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and down right just a great guy! Id recommend Thomas & Galbraith based on Brandons service alone. Keep up the good work!
Excellent, I would recommend to anyone. I called and installed the very next morning. The 2 works were great, very professional and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after install like they were not even there, and even tho thats how it should be, you dont find that type of service anymore. They presented me with several system options all were very reasonable and Joel my salesman was very no pressure. The decision came easy to go with them and we are very happy we did.
Terry fixed the problem with my AC. He explained what happened and how he fixed it. Also explained what the charges were. He was very professional, kind and thorough.
Thomas & Galbraith arrived at my house within 2.5 hours of my call to their office. Joe was very friendly and helpful, and unclogged my floor drain and cleaned up in about 30 minutes. And if it clogs again in a year, they will fix it for free!!
We have really come to know the technician that comes to our house. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Matt!
He had a coupon for a sump pump inspection that I received in the mail. Knowing our system is 13 years old I figured it would be time to at least get it looked at. Matt was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. Explained everything thoroughly from price, as well as how our sump pump should be working. He was not high pressure in the least. Enjoyed doing business with him. Purchased a sump pump and yearly service agreement.I would suggest this company to everyone.
The guys did a great job and even found a solution that worked really well for our layout. They were courteous and professional throughout. By the time they left, they had cleaned up everything better than they found it.p
Cody and Craig work well together. Cody explained the job he did and thoroughly showed how to operate the new water heater. Cody also caught our dog as she was trying to run out the door. He said he would have chased her if she had gone farther. I would have rated five stars except Craig made a comment about getting paid by the hour in reference to enjoying playing with our dog: made me wonder about the urgency of completing the job in a timely manner vs. stretching out the length of time in order to finish the work day.
Service rep, Keith Mynatt, from Thomas & Galbraith performed an annual heating maintenance service on Oct 6, 2021. He was extremely thorough & made sure everything was working correctly & efficiently. Im glad I chose Thomas & Galbraith & the Best part was it only cost $53 because it was serviced early in the season!
Steve Acosta is very friendly and truly understands our needs. He went extra miles to help us find the right filter model. He is passionate about his work and I see a lot of potential in him. I highly recommend Steve and Thomas & Galbraith.
The repairman was very knowledgeable about his kraft and was in and out in an hour and didnt lea e a mess. I plan on using your services in the future.
The lack of stars in this rating is purely for dealing with the sales guy, and the corporate office. The technicians were fine. The work was done, but the sales guy did not communicate well and at one point hung up on my wife. It took over 3 weeks with weekly and sometimes daily texts and reminders to get a one page form filled out for my insurance claim, and over 4 weeks before I ever saw my final invoice with pictures. There was emphasis in the process of making sure I paid, but once I did the customer service stopped. We had a collapsed sewer line and our yard needed to be dug up to fix the issue. I was told a mound of dirt would need to be left over the trench they dug, which was no problem. There was a lot of trash left in the mound of dirt, and the several times I have called asking to talk to someone to answer my questions I just get passed around to different people that tell me someone else will have to help me. I cant say enough positive things about the guys that were in the hole doing the hard work, but everyone else involved has been below satisfactory. This process started with a floor cap in my basement being removed, that was flush with the floor, to try and clear the blockage. Now I have a cap with a 3 inch bolt sticking out of it. I asked the sales guy if that could be switched for something more flush like it was before, the response I received was yes you can go buy a replacement from Lowes or Home Depot. After spending $8k+, not something youd like to hear. My last communication with Thomas & Galbraith was over 2 weeks ago, where I was told the sales manager would be reaching out to me to answer my questions. I am still waiting, and will likely have to move onto a different company to answer my questions and resolve my issues.Update: Yes someone tried to reach me on 7/26 at 4pm. I was unable to answer the phone as I was in a meeting. My voicemail does not work (this is a me issue). A technician did call me 7/27 at 8am, I also missed this call as I work 2nd and 3rd shift and was asleep. I then called Thomas and Galbraith back and at this time I was told they were not sure who called me on 7/26, so they couldnt direct me to them. I understand with a large company it can be tough to track down who is making calls, so I told the person I would prefer an email conversation from whomever was reaching out to me in order to schedule a phone call to ensure no more phone tag. That was Tuesday 7/27, I did not hear from anyone so I called back on 7/28 and asked for someone to reach out to me via email to schedule a call again. I will provide an update when that email comes through.
Hunter was a pleasant and respectful young man; he assessed the situation, took necessary actions to get the job done, thoroughly cleaned up and left. Yes would not hesitate to call again. I was well satisfied!
Kevin was very polite and cleaned up very well ! Service was fast and effective.
Rob S. Was prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. When an obvious problem could not be found he suggest the most likely issue and told us to call him back if it turned out to be wrong. He was honest and personable. I would highly recommend this company and this person.
Our service technician today was DJ. He was very informative to us as we discussed each check point. Discussing preparations for the next heating service as well as our 2022 scheduling is helpful.
Absolutely awful. I took off work to schedule a service call and had to take an important phone call. They called me and within 3 minutes cancelled the call. I am a grown adult when you tell someone between 8-10 have the decency to know I will be there. Would give a zero and will NEVER use them again.
I have used them several times, as roots seem to really like my main sewer line. They keep us working until we can afford a permanent solution. Always professional, clean, courteous and on time. Thank you!
Man I’m so pleased with my service. My technician Mike was professional friendly and honest. He fixed my unit quickly and explained to me the problem was. A different competitor company gave me a quote that was outrageous so I’m extremely satisfied. I will use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly. I love doing business with honest people.
Lindsay came to our home this morning to clean our duct work. She and her helper were not only on time, they were early. She called beforehand to make sure an early arrival would work for us. She was kind and worked quickly, sent pictures updates along the way and her helper, Andrew, chatted with my kids as he worked and made their day to have their questions answered. Very impressed with their service.
My hot water heater stopped working. I called and I was able to get a same day appointment. My technician Mike called a hour before coming and was on time. He tried to fix my old water heater. But it was not fixable. The cost of a new one was more than I expected. He was very nice and did not try to pressure me into buying one. But helpful in giving me information on my hot water heater. Thank you.
It is hard to trust a company that you are not familiar with, especially when it comes to issues you do not understand. The tech was knowledgeable. The price was higher than I wanted or planned, but the tech tried to work with me. Only time will tell if the job was done properly and only the tech really knows if everything was needed that was suggested.I will give them another try as he was polite and friendly. I dont like sales pitches, so that puts a damper on my personal experience, which is why I gave a 4. No complaints about the work or company for this visit. *UPDATE* had to get a new system. They took the price of the first visit off my system, which was nice. The staff were courteous and polite. Explained my system and set everything up. Cleaned up after themselves and I was very pleased with their work.
I called them for a repair request and they were here within 2 hours. After he diagnosed the problem he was only here for one more hour. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance program. I never thought I would do something like that but it sounded like a great deal.
We’ve always had great experiences with Thomas & Galbraith. Our technician, DJ went above and beyond for us. We signed up for the maintenance package to continue using their services. I would highly recommend them!!
We have used this company in the past and been happy with the service- but never again after this most recent call. We called for a clogged drain. Technician put a hole in a pipe while snaking the drain and basically said “good luck”. Another repair technician came out later to quote the repair for damage that caused- totaling over $1,000 more than other companies we called.
My AC unit had stopped running just a month after purchasing. I had had another company out that quoted me a several thousand dollar estimate. I called t&g for a second opinion. The technicians were prompt and knowledgeable, keeping me informed throughout the repair process. The got my air working and gave me several options for moving forward that were a tenth of the price of the other company. Highly recommend them!
Was very impressed with technician. Came in and identified the problem and was able to fix quickly. Donnie (tech) was polite, professional, on time ( big plus), and worked with me on what was being done. Pricing was reasonable with him explaining my options and costs. Very impressed with service.
My whole family always calls Thomas and Galbraith for any plumbing problems and have always had a great experience with every technician weve seen. Had a clogged toilet today and the gentleman had everything taken care of within 10 minutes. Fast and always professional!
Galbraith Heating and Air was very responsive even in a prime time for AC units to come out. They scheduled and the sent a text and email with the name of the technician, their picture and a bit about them which is super safe these days.Jason, who was my serviceman was kind, professional and didn’t try to just upsell me. He took his time and did the right thing. Very much appreciate the service. High recommend!
Very professional in setting up the appointment and in the service provided. Kevin was excellent and extremely nice. Great job!
Great professional team of installers came out to install our new AC unit, Heater and thermostat. On time, very courteous, pleasant. Clean and covid protocols followed. Worked quickly but with attention to detail, and with minimal disruption to our household which had folks working/schooling remotely during the whole process. Thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything to us clearly. Very pleased and we highly recommend them. Joel was our salesperson who came out to give us the initial estimate and he was really detailed and thorough too. Great overall experience.
Prompt, courteous, transparent pricing. I have the maintenance package so I can schedule my summer and winter cleanings in advance for a better price. Very happy with their service.
Called today and service came same day when AC went out. Technician (Terry) was very knowledgeable, explained in detail everything he was going to do and why, and cost was very reasonable (service membership w company came in handy). Very happy w everything about service! Thank you.
Worked hard and very kind they were just awesome
Great experience with Hunter. We would recommend him to anyone! Thank you
Carly from the call center was so nice and was upfront about prices and how long it may take for me to get serviced. Joe called me and told me when he was coming. He came repeated what Carly had already told me and took care of my problem. I truly am appreciative of the quality of service that I received.
We had an off hours emergency and they were to our home in less than two hours. The tech, Keith, was helpful, patient, thorough, and professional. Will definitely use again.
Cody and Craig were on time, professional and courteous. I’m extremely happy with the work they performed. They were careful of the walls when moving the heavy water heater down to our finished basement and they left the areas clean of any debris when they left. That has not been my experience with every company I have used. I would highly recommend this crew and this company.
They came right out fixed my clog left everything cleaner when they left. There technician Hunter was personable and professional. My sink draining perfectly and it’s guaranteed for a year. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
Mathew came in our house to check furnace out. THE ONLY THING HE done was checking for carbon deoxcied which he so post to clean our furnace what called in the first place.Carley told Nancy I can use use the $100.00 dollar coupon toward the service charge. Which Mathew told me no you cant use toward the bill. That red flag on my business. Coming in the first place?! I give your business 1 star for your business. BAD JOBS 👎. MAD about this matter. Why did your business put on the Facebook of your coupons on the first place!!.scam service!!!!!!!!!.
They got me in right away and their tech was friendly and efficient. Great price for the work as well. Glad I called them.
I called and had someone come to my home within a few hours. He was friendly and professional, and he explained everything he needed to do. We got a fair estimate and he got to work on the problem right away. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job!
The technician (Kevin) was great and I would give him 5 stars. He arrived on time, very professional, knowledgeable and was quick to detect that the capacitor burnt out. The reason I am giving 1 star, that goes to the company, is because how much they charged me for the part. A capacitor costs merely $20 or less (which I was unaware at that time) and they charged me $240 for it (on top of a hefty $94 service fee). I can make peace by paying double, even triple the price of a part because of the convenience, but not 12 times more. Very disappointed by this ripoff.
The cold water faucet to my washer busted and was spraying water all over. I had to turn the water off in my house so that would stop. I needed someone to come that day to fix and Thomas and Galbraith was able to do that. I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend them.
Well done by our tech. Very professional and confident in his quality of service. Thanks to all involved with is experience.
Our AC went out late Saturday night, sent a request online, and by Sunday morning around 8 got a response to schedule a technician to come out. They were here at 8am and promptly had the issue resolved in a couple hours. Everyone I interacted with was professional and pleasant.
We had T&G come out to diagnose our AC unit. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and professional. However, the tech that came out to our house was rude and unpleasant to work with. He was short with responses and did not seem overly happy to be here. We went downstairs to check the breakers that he adjusted which resulted in causing another electrical issue in the house. After he packed up his truck I let him know about the issue he caused and he said he wasn’t an electrician and whoever wired the house did it poorly. He didn’t even offer to go back in to try to fix what he did. Since he said we needed a new unit, I asked questions on pricing and he wouldn’t give me a straight answer. Instead he gave me flippant answers that he probably saves up and uses on all customers who ask questions. Once he left, I was able to flip the breaker switch that was connected to the AC unit and it is running perfectly fine now. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our experience.
Turns out we’d managed to clear it after all (we were worried it was more than a minor clog). He ran tons of water but no need to clear drain. I asked if they sell the bio clean monthly drain stuff and he has some on the truck! I like that they text and call before arriving and to confirm appt.
I am unfortunately currently using them to try to fix my AC and they have been everything you hope an HVAC company isn’t. The original technician came out and claimed my furnace was super old and not worth repairing so they could try to sell me on buying a new furnace through them. They sent a salesman who confirmed what I had originally said - that the unit was only 4 years old and probably worth trying to repair. From that point on the communication was absolutely terrible and I would have 100% called another company but they trapped me since I had already spent $100 just to get them to come out in the first place. I really wish there were still honest companies that weren’t just trying to bleed you dry for money.
DJ was prompt, polite, and efficient. He resolved a few minor issues we were having. We are very satisfied with T&G and recommend them to anyone for A/C work.
I would definitely not recommend this company, particularly if you have small children or pets and you hire this company to replace and remove an old-style back-up sump pump you have. If what happened to me when they replaced mine happens to you, then you will be left with a battery acid spill on your basement floor, only part of which they will clean up and that part will just be wiped up and not even neutralized. You will then find the rest of the spill that they did not clean up and frantically search for your pet(s) (or your child/children) to see if they stepped in or ingested the acid and will be sick with worry. My cats could have been killed because of their incompetence. This was one of four jobs they were hired to do for me (replacing my sump pump, replacing my garbage disposal, and fixing a leak in my bathroom faucet that turned into replacing my faucet were the others). Only one of those four jobs were done professionally and correctly the first time (replacing the garbage disposal). My sump pump was replaced on a Thursday; Monday, I came home to a flooded basement. They told me the monitor was faulty. Had he known what he was doing, the original installer would have been able to tell this. Not more than ten minutes after the tech had left after putting a new monitor in, I had to call him to come back to my house because water was gushing out of the PVC piping leading into my sump pump because it had slipped out of that connector. My basement flooded twice in one day because of this company. The third job that was botched was the installation of a new bathroom faucet (I had had a leak and putting a new faucet in was advised). After the fiasco with the back up sump pump and main sump pump, I hired a professional, independent plumber to check their work and when we looked at the faucet install, my pipe was still leaking. The tech who fixed it had just slipped a pipe into another pipe and had not used two necessary items to secure them together, hence, the leak. And, hence, ANOTHER tech being sent over to fix another botched job. This was a nightmare installation. I am still working with their insurance to cover the cost of damages, but, here is the kicker: they charged me FULL PRICE for this mostly amateur and very unprofessional job.
They showed up ready to work and got in and out and took the time to explain every detail, even to my 3 and 4 year olds! They did a high quality job and made it look easy. Very respectful and considerate of their environment and the people around it. Highly recommend this company, this Daikin Fit and this installation crew. Top notch! Thanks again!
Terry was amazing he helped me through every step of the way. Very happy to know I have a consistent and reliable HVAC specialist for future issues! Thanks Terry
Tech was very professional and nice. Worked very hard to get our plumbing working correctly. Well worth the money and Id recommend to anyone!!!
Our installation went extremely well from start to finish. They were extremely attentive to all of our needs from the initial Sales call (Joel), to the pre-installation visit (Cody), and finally the installation (Jeremy, Nate, Ty). Everybody was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable of their systems. We interviewed several companies for this job and made the right choice in Thomas and Galbraith. We would highly recommend them based on our experience.
Very satisfied with the service and our technician DJ. He was thorough and answered all questions. Would request that he be our service tech on future visits.
Utility sink was backing up. Technician cleared the clog but in the process put a hole in the other end of the pipe. The sink drains now but I have a hole in the pipe right at the Y where the water goes out of the house. And water is leaking on my floor. I asked the technician what I should do he said “you can stick some thing in it”. He didn’t recommend me to call his company back and get this fixed or to call another company. Nothing. His main purpose was to get the drain unclogged didn’t care that he broke a pipe in the process. Poor customer service. I have a bigger and more expensive problem now that this company came out than I did before they came out.
Called the company mid afternoon for a same day appointment. The response was swift, and our technician, Hunter, was courteous, outgoing and professional (very nice young man!). Our request went out, mistakenly (my own fault) as a sewer backup. He figured out pretty quick if wasnt the real issue and had it back up and running properly in no time. Great company with excellent service techs!
I had went through at least 5 contractors before finally contacting Thomas and Galbraith. They were absolutely 💯 the best with service and price. The team they sent for the installation was phenomenal, and did an awesome job. They were friendly, polite, respectful of my property and took great care cleaning and clearing debri as they completed each phase of the job and finished it way ahead of schedule. I would definitely highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. They installed a mini split ductless unit in my two family home. I will be using them for any and all service they provide because thats how impressed I was with Thomas and Galbraith. A special shout out to the team that worked on my job!!!!!
They replaced our Heating and air last summer, so when our water heater went out I knew where to go. In both cases, they performed excellent work and I know it was done right. They carry high quality equipment and their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
We had Hunter and Mike out today to install our new water heater. There was a slight miscommunication between our landlord and ourselves about when to expect them. But they were patient while we cleared their access to the basement and that was a great start to an excellent service day. They were extremely professional and courteous. They were focused and also took the time to address all of our many questions and pet our very excited dogs! Though we are currently renters, this is our fourth service from the company in a year plus and we have been absolutely blown away each time. I can guarantee we will be lifelong customers when were owners. Thank you so much guys!
Jason is very knowledgeable and thorough. He successfully diagnosed a short in a Honeywell programmable thermostat that was causing a control panel fuse to fail. A/C working again. Service well done.
Repaired connection between sump pump and take-away pipe quickly and efficiently. Responsive Service with knowledgeable technician. Clearly explained the issue and fixed the issue
The experience overall was fantastic! They gave the option of same day service or next day, the technician arrived promptly, and did everything he could to find the problem. He was professional, kind, and personable while also being knowledgeable and explaining everything. This is not the first time we have used Thomas and Galbraith, and it certainly won’t be the last.
I’ve been using Thomas and Galbraith for the past few years for my HVAC maintenance. I’ve been pleased with there services and professionalism. Highly recommend them!
Have used them twice and so very pleased each time. Friendly and quality service!!!
The workers was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to family and friends. I also, had the duct cleaning done-as well. I will be scheduling an appointment for AC tune up.
This is the second time I’ve used their services. They are professional and do quality work. I’ll continue to use them and highly recommended them.
Nick did a thorough job explaining to my wife and I our options, and how the repairs would be done. Totally professional !
Great communication regarding emails and phone call, very nice technicians who like my dogs, great maintenance.
DJ was great-on time (actually early), listened to my concerns, seemed very knowledgeable, and very respectful. I would definitely recommend him
Jason, the service technician arrived promptly within the time frame of his call. Wore mask, and wore shoe protective covers inside my home. He quickly assessed the problem with our two air conditioners and installed the parts (he had in his truck). He took time to answer our questions. One of those questions had to do with a possible zone issue. He quickly referred us to a specialist in that area and made us an appointment with him!!!!! This service was top notch and best of all, the company sent out a tech almost immediately because of health issues would have been greatly aggravated. Unlike previous dealings with another big brand company that took days to show up. I am glad I took a friend’s recommendation to call Thomas & Galbraith!!!!
A technician came to determine the problem with our central a/c system. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He described what our options were. No high pressure sales occurred. We have not made a decision yet but soon will.
The young man was polite and efficient. He patiently answered questions and made valuable suggestions on what to do to keep our furnace running efficiently and the AC
Our tech Mike Thomas was amazing! He was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. He was very nice and communicated great! The response time was great! Will for sure use again if needed in the future!
Have been using Thomas and Galbraith for years. They are always professional and explain what they are doing and why. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them.
I was very pleased with the service that Jason provided. He was professional and very knowledgeable.
Brandon came to my home and repaired a leaking kitchen sink and installed a new faucet. He was on time and very professional. Everything works great and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Brandon.
Jake was very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend using his services.
Thomas and Galbraith responded immediately. They put in a water softener system, a leak detection shut off, replaced 2 faucets. They were very knowledgeable and professional. A few years ago they also put in a new AC unit. Also, my daughter had them put in a tankless water heater at her house. I definitely would recommend them.
They scheduled me for noon when I called at 6:00 AM. They were able to come two hours early. The technician (Joe H) was very professional. He wore gloves and footgear and was very courteous about protecting us from Covid. He diagnosed the problem and found the most straightforward way to unclog the drain. He checked that the job was done correctly in several different ways. He told me the next step and costs if the way he chose did not work. He completed the job in less than an hour. This was an outstanding experience from an outstanding young man. Thank you and please thank him.
They are pricey but do good work, price shock actually. Good work but be ready to pay.
