Staff was courteous and friendly. Honest communication about the process. Willingness to work directly with my insurances claims dept. Vehicle was finished as promised. They went the extra mile and detailed my car after it was repaired. If you want a pain-free process after an unfortunate accident, take your vehicle to GMP Cars. You wont be disappointed!

My 2016 mustang gt has just been dropped off for estimates and to start repairs, staff was very friendly and accommodating. She went over the process with me did a walk around and explained the repairs. They agreed to cover the portion of my rental car my insurance wouldnt. Its a black car and half needs to be repaired and repainted, they explained to me they would buff the other side to get rid of swirls and wear to get the car to match as best as possible. I will update this review as the car is returned to me when the repairs are complete. Hope the work is as good as the customer service. Update a year later sorry. So when the car was picked up there were some fitment issues with the front facia and some fairly obvious sanding marks in the clear coat. I took it back and they remedied them for the most part. But after a year of looking at it and washing it, Ive found many sanding marks in the clear coat when looking at the car from different angles and different lighting conditions. In all its dropped the rating from a 5 to a 3. 2 stars were lost due to quality of the painting and sanding. Counter staff and manager were great. If you use them just look at the final product closely.
