Worst car buying experience ever. Sent me one price then jacked it up over night. I came ready to buy a car and after they boldface lied to me I went to Beechmomt Toyota and got exceptional service and a better deal on a better vehicle.

I purchased my Odyssey at the end of March-Early April from the used department at this dealership. We were able to view and test drive the vehicle before it had finished its detailing, and it seemed to be rushed through the service department even though we were assured that it was thoroughly looked at. Before we agreed to purchase the vehicle, we asked them to fix the track of the sunroof, screw the back bumper properly, because it was separating, and they were going to have the cracked windshield replaced which they did follow through on. We had our children with us but we looked the vehicle over as thorough as possible. we left the vehicle there for a couple more days and were given a loaner vehicle. During the time I had the loaner vehicle I was called multiple times to drop what I was doing, asked how fast can you get here to bring back the loaner vehicle so another customer could test drive it because they were interested in it.I was very unhappy about that, and finally had to tell them, I am working right now. And I am not coming up there for another person who may or may not buy the car can test drive it, so if you want the car you can come swap it out yourself. It made me feel extremely devalued as a customer. The person who wanted to test drive that car could have waited until the next day. Why was their convenience more important than mine?The past 2 weeks we have noticed more pre-existing conditions that the vehicle has before sold to us. The brakes started squealing high pitched, and we called and the manager Amanda allowed us to bring the vehicle in to get free diagnostics, and see what the problem is. They said it was a rock in the rotor and the squealing is gone but the problem is back.The worst part is, the flashing behind the passenger side bumper is competely shredded and destroyed causing the front bumper to begin to separate. We did not notice it, because it must have been pushed in, but we recently noticed the bumper starting to separate, and we have not hit anything or been in any accidents so we thought it was strange that the flashing underneath would be shredded. It is obvious that the vehicle sustained damage before we took ownership. When I called in and sent pictures I was told that the manager Eddy will not allow anything to be done about it because of he said She said that anyone could say it was the dealers fault. When I brought up that the service department is not infallible, and just as capable of making mistakes as anyone else doing a job it did not matter. Basically the service department could never have made mistakes in their minds...I told them I was not convinced of that considering all the stuff we had to ask them to fix POST service department before we even took possession of the vehicle. The resolution was for me to bring the vehicle in to the body shop and I may get a discount. Nothing has promised to me because I Should have noticed it before now Im so sorry I dont have time to stick my head up in wheel wells of cars while buckling my two children into their car seats properly and attempting to leave the house for the first time in a week.I am thankful for the calm and helpful attitude of the manager Amanda, but I am very dissatisfied with this dealership and extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I have received as a whole.I am in complete disbelief that I have had this many problems with a 20,000$ used vehicle before I ever made the first payment to the bank. I would recommend either choosing another place to purchase your used vehicle, or taking the vehicle to your own mechanic, because I truly feel like corners were cut in the process of my vehicles initial servicing with this dealership, and I feel like concessions should have been made after hearing my entire experience in purchasing this car. Literally never write reviews that are negative because I don’t like to be that person but I want them to know how disappointing this experience has been.

One mobth of owning a Toyota and Im forced to change my rating. Garrett Lee promised me during the test drive the GPS maps came with the truck, I would just have to download it later. Its extremely important to me to have a vehicle with a GPS map, so I immediately tried to download a map only to be told that no maps are available. I brought the truck back to the dealership where it was explained to me that maps are indeed not available despite what I was told by Garrett Lee, and that I would have to use my phones map hooked up to the truck. Unfortunately though the truck keeps telling me that my phone has disconnected from the truck although my phone still shows it as connected and charging. I tried multiple cables and multiple phones, each time the truck tells me its disconnected even though my phone shows it as connected. All I want is to have a GPS map in my truck. This shouldnt be an issue, but with Toyota it somehow is.

I wish I could rate negative stars. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. My husband and I went to Performance Toyota in Fairfield to look at a used vehicle that I found online. I am having a baby soon and we needed to upgrade from our Chevy Cruze. I called ahead and asked about the availability of the vehicle and spoke with Shack (Shaq). He said it was still available and to ask for him when we arrived. My husband and I arrived and asked for him and from the moment we said hello to the time we left I dont think he made eye contact more than 3 times. He was extremely aggressive and rude when we started to discuss pricing and didnt care at all when I told him that we had a budget. He would get up and leave periodically without saying anything to us and when he would come back he would show us a paper with numbers and say This is what you will take. Excuse me? I had to tell him multiple times that my budget was X and that I couldnt afford anything more. He also claimed that the trade-in value of my car was only $2,900 even after I showed him the KBB and Edmunds value being more than double of that. We had already been offered nearly $7,000 for it at other dealerships. He said that we were lying about that which left me speechless. He then wrote on the print out Will Buy Today and put a line under it and told me to sign. When I began to get upset and told him No, I am not signing anything until I know that I can stay ay my budgeted price he became flustered and said You are being difficult. I am trying to get you your price. No, youre being incredibly aggressive and were done here. My husband and I got up and left and will never go back.Another complaint that is noteworthy is that the showroom was disgusting. Super dirty, garbage on the floor, grimy floors. Employees actively gossiping and giggling 15 feet away. Just a terrible experience. I wouldnt go back even if they were offering free cars. Definitely avoid.

LEASE BUYOUT EXPERIENCEIf you have a vehicle that youre interested in buying out and leased by Toyota Financial, look elsewhere. This seems to be one of the only official Toyota dealership in Cincinnati that requires a vehicle to be re-certified prior to buying it out. The amount for a Tacoma re-certification is a minimum of $2,000 just to ensure that the vehicle that you safely drove in with is safe to drive.If you are in a similar situation, wish to circumvent this process and all fees, and are also in a lease through Toyota Financial, it was recommended by Toyota Financial to go through them directly and circumvent all dealer fees. A check can be sent directly through them, on your own, or through your financing institution. If you wish to stick to a more traditional route, Beechmont Toyota, Kings Toyota, and Joseph Toyota all offered to support the buyout process without any re-certification but surely some more moderate fees by comparison.To be fair, the recertification process does include additional warranty extensions but you can always wait for a robot to call you about your car warranty if youre patient (typically every 7-10 days).

I took my car into be serviced, service advisor Kyle told me it would be an hour and a half. I waited an hour and forty minutes, went to the service bay to see if my car was ready. Kyle told me that they have not even started on it yet because they were backed up. They could have called me in advance to let me know that they were busy and would I like to reschedule instead of having me wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !

We recently purchased a vehicle . The salesman was very nice and took a lot of time showing us the cars we wanted to see. We did take much of his time looking since we were seriously in the market. When were were done, the high pressure sales started. I was very clear that I had my own financing. I did not want my credit pulled again. I was clear on that. We wanted the car and could return on Tuesday since this was a Sat. To purchase. Since it would take a day or two to transfer money and complete financing. That was not good enough. They wanted to know how much money I had where it was could I put it on a credit card what my credit card balance was why I was refusing to charge it did I have a check and how much was in my accounts That I could access. As far as I am concerned none of that is their business. I was ready to walk out and I should have.They ended up pulling my credit like I told them not to.They did not review line by line the finance and rushed through the paperwork, but it had been five hours so we were exhausted. Later I saw we paid 595 more for car.Then the salesman followed us home so he could get the check for the down payment.Worse car buying experience ever!!!They just pulled the usual car salesman tricks to get the sale.I will say if it were not for the fact that we did like the car, think it was a fairly decent deal and I was not tired of shopping despite the games; I would have walked out of there before we got to the dotted line.My advice is you better really love that car . I would honestly shop somewhere else. I won’t go back.

Their free Valet service is a joke. They are not great at communicating. They said they will pick up the vehicle at 7:37 am. Called again at 9 and said they would be there in an hour. An hour and a half later I called and they said I was the next stop. An hour and a half after that I dropped the vehicle off because I don’t have 6 hours in a day to wait for this.

2.5 hours for an oil change! ...and still waiting for my car. upsell city. never again....Edited after the owners responded. The recall was for OEM floor mats, which I dont have (1 minute to see that). I had a coupon for a free brake check. The brake squeal diagnosis was also straightforward, the tech heard the sound bringing it back. And all they came back with was, You dont have Toyota Brake Parts (Pads/Rotors). Their recommendation was to have a complete brake job (even though the pads and rotors are almost new). Also, the shop provided this diagnosis within the first hour (they sent me a cool video). I understand they didnt install the brakes causing the problem, and I understand why they wouldnt spend any more time on them; that was fine. I politely rejected the offer to replace the brakes. ...So another 1.5 hours for what?? Over 2.5 hours was still ridiculous. The owners response was a load of excuses that dont add up, reinforcing my decision never to return. They were very nice, but my recommendation is to stay away unless you have time to kill.

Be careful! They sell vehicles with numerous issues that shouldnt qualify as pre-owned certified vehicles as pre-owned certified vehicles. Once the sale is complete and the issues arrise they will not address the issues and screen your calls. On numerous occasions management tried to help and agreed to fix certain issues, only to have the GM Tom Meadows go back on their word. Been trying to get items repaired for over 4 months now.

Richard was so great. He helped me and my daughter find the best SUV. He let her choose the car she wanted. He didnt force or try to make a sell. He let us tell him what we wanted. Thank you so much Richard we will be back for my 2023 next year
