I purchased for my daughters birthday. The wood is fake. It came chipped in the packaging. Its worthless furniture that will last 1 or 2 years and fill another junkyard. When I reached out to the customer service department I still have not received a response. Additionally I asked for turquoise letters and they were light blue. Very dissatisfied. Save your money.

My daughter received a toy box for Xmas. Trying to put it together I broke 2 of the pieces. I contacted dibsies to order the broken parts. Of course I had intentions on paying. I spoke with patsy and sent her pictures. She assured me it was nothing to worry about that it would be taken care of. Well I received those parts today in the mail free of charge. Thank you dibsies and patsy for ur amazing customer service. My baby girl is going to be so excited when she sees it. Definitely will order from them again!!

Love the grey toy box with book storage on both ends. Goes perfectly with my sons grey furniture, in his room. I wasnt lucky enough to have my package come as early as some others but it came when they said it would. I had to contact customer service for a friend of mine, via email and they reponded rather quickly. Which made me happy because I was worried about that, considering it was email. Would definitely recommend.

At Christmas, I received a white childrens step stool with storage as a gift for my daughter as well as several Christmas ornaments, one of which was a bear family--its a special gift to receive a personalized family ornament that we can enjoy for years to come. I was impressed with both the overall quality of the ornaments as well as the clean personalization on them. They were packaged very securely and arrived in beautiful red bags that I was able to use again as storage when the holidays were over.As for the stool, it was easy to assemble with the included instructions and was a big hit on Christmas morning. After almost 3 months of use, its holding up very well and shows no signs of wear despite daily use from a two year old. My daughter loves that her name is on her stool.I highly recommend Dibsies to anyone looking for a memorable gift--perfect for charming holiday presents or really any special occasion.

My granddaughter absolutely adores her princess toy chest with her name on it. I was worried it wouldnt arrive on time for her birthday and emailed the company. I ordered a matching Thomas the Train backpack and lunch bag for my 4year old Elliott. When I got it I realized the name was spelled with only one “t”. I emailed customer service and let them know, got a reply the same day and they had a replacement with correct spelling sent out the next day!! Customer service was amazing and over-the-top friendly! Not to mention I originally ordered it on a Saturday night and got it the next week!! As far as product itself, WONDERFUL quality. Thick fabric. Backpack is small enough for a preschool body but big enough to fit his 3ring binder and other school supplies. And the lunch bag was a tad smaller than expected but still great! For lunch today, we packed a full sized sandwich, cup of applesauce, small Tupperware with fruit, cheese stick AND a small bottle of Gatorade (and plastic silverware of course). Yes it was a tight fit getting all that in there but nothing was stacked or smooshed so definite success! HIGHLY recommend Dibsies and plan to be shopping here again soon.

So many great choices! Was a little scared on quality ordering with out seeing it. But it came in great time and perfect condition! I purchased a gingerbread cat christmas ornament and had it personalized. This ornament was beyond my expectations. It is sturdy, well made and almost elegant in appearance. It aldo came in a beautiful red silk drawstring bag. Really beautiful. Thank you dibsies, Ill be back.

Ordered the personalized Toy box, while putting it together, the box corners broke. I contacted customer service which they sent replacement parts, which did not line up with the parts i already have, the color was a shade off and when i requested a refund, they told me there is a 20% restocking fee and i would have to pay for shipping. Very dissappointed in the product, still waiting for a 100% refund. Do not order the toy box from them- not worth it!

Ordered my Daughter a bookbag an the Stitching where the name was, was all messed up!! The bookbag I paid 34.90 an 39.90 after shipping is the same one at Wal-Mart for 10.99 when I got the backpack in the mail an opened it I tried to call the company but you cant you must leave a message or email them. When Patsey called after seeing the photos I sent she said sorry that mistakes happen an that they would give me a refund or a new bookbag an than tells me Ill have to wait to get my refund back an wanted me to print off a shipping label an send the bookbag in!! Thats the companys job not the customers smh so now Im stuck with a worthless bookbag an money until they send out a return bag for the defective bookbag!!!! Id love to post the picz of the bookbag but it wont let me.. Be safe when ordering from this company I know it may look cute online but things arent always what they seem..

I ordered a personalized backpack for my son for school and by November the entire front of the bag had ripped off.....I contacted them and they replaced it and sent a new one with no issues.
