Friendly service! I knew what I wanted and needed. Didnt had to get the sales talk most shops would do. They did have recommendations and that was good enough for me.

Good price on rims and tires. Was able to schedule online. They even called to confirm the appointment and to let me know I picked the wrong wheel size. Sat in the store while they installed which only took an hour and a half.

I have been with your company since it opened up in here in Fairfield Calif .never a issue if there was they did everything they could to correct it . now you go in and its well take care of you right away . but almost 2 hours later. Then i get my truck . theres a bunch of young kids working . ( i get it ) no one asked me. How you doing. .I had to ask them what do you think ..I was told Its up to you ( Wow ) never had that happen to me over there . was surprised at there being music playing and the. ( for the sake of saying ) technicians. Using bad language . crazy .is this now the new practice in your Les Schwab co . ?? The only person there that was professional was Marie, behind the front Desk . hey you can blame it on the Covid issue like everyone else .not cool !

Jason is the manager here and he is quite experienced in his duties. I havent had a bad experience with him and he likes to joke around. All his employees here are very helpful and have been more than nice to me as well. They also have a vending machine that sold me on the experience 🤷‍♂️

If you want a completely honest shop to inspect your brakes & anything wheel related, bring them here! I brought my car in feeling it may need expensive work, but they said it is totally good, just needed an alignment. I love bringing my cars here!

Reliable quality is the type of service as well as product youll receive from Les Schwab. The best part of always coming here is if the flat tire can be fixed (patched), theyll do it for free, no questions asked. The environment in this particular location is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are professional. They have a TV to keep you occupied and vending machines for snacks and quenching your thirst. Highly recommend if youre needing tire service in the area!

I had a problem with my tire & they ended up getting me in right away and replaced 2 tires. I was able to sut in their nice air-conditioned waiting room. The tire specialist Dylan was informative and very nice to deal with. Ill be back to get 2 more tires replaced soon. Highly recommend.

I brought my F250 to get the front brakes replaced. The return it making a lot of noise, another day lost for me area they gave it back to me again with the same noise, and with an estimate for extra work that needed to be done. I wonder why they couldn’t find this problem before. I took the truck to a business down the road, they fixed the problem. Whoever installed the brakes at Les Schwab did not do a good job. I had to spend extra money to get my brakes fixed.

Found in nail in one of my tires Saturday. I took it in to Les Schwab in Fairfield and they fixed it right away. When the job was done, I took out my wallet, ready to pay, and they said no charge. That was a pleasant surprise. And I now know where I will be going next time I need tires.

Went in to get new car battery, stood in line for a few mintutes, watched 2 employees chatting who didn’t even acknowledge I was there! I’m thinking a job that takes 10-15 minutes wouldn’t take more than an hour, WRONG! An hour later, nothing. Wasted my time at this place. Left without a battery. The choice to leave my car there wasn’t an option with 2 little girls as it’s not in the best neighborhood. Gal at front counter could care less…will never return.

Been going here for years. They are so kind and quick. They get customer service and provide just that! Aside from their customer service they have awesome warranties on their tires and lord knows I get a flat yearly. Do not take your car to Les Schwab Tire Center. I took my Ford Fusion here for them to replace my tires. They told me they were having problems getting my tires off. The next thing I know they called me telling me my car was ready. I go to pick up my car and drive off to go home. I get home put my car in reverse and it would not back up. Believe me I had no problems with my car prior to using Les Schwab. I then took my car to Ford and they told me I would need a new Transmission. What did they do to my car for me to need a new transmission? They were only supposed to replace my tires.

Good people, prices to dispose of tires was 25% of all other places.

I have been coming to Schawb for years.This time is my last. Pricing not competitive and their service sucks. Told 2 hours been here for over 3.5 and still not done.Costco wins my business. I watched the workers.My best guess I say union because they work like they cant loss their jobs

Im a loyal Les Schwab customer for well over 15 years now and unfortunately this business has failed me twice in 2 years in Fairfield. I drive through Fairfield home 3 hours and they couldnt fix a screw in a tire without a 5 hour wait....I wont waste my time with this place any longer. Down the road less than half a mile is a place that has accommodated my simple tire repairs every time!

First class service. Employees were friendly and efficient. Well be return customers.

I normally go to the one in Vacaville but I decided to try out fairfields for their service. I had a nail in my tire that I needed repair on. I got there at 8:00 a.m. when they opened and they said it would take one and a half hours. One and a half hours later My car was still in the same parking spot were done telling me its going to take one more hour. I had work at 11:00 in San Francisco. I decided to leave to make it to work on time. I was disappointed to say the least. Ill go to Vacaville next time. Always trust your gut.

I had The best experience at Les Schwab Fairfield, I had A screw on my tire and they were able to patch it for free and they took very good care of me and my car. Everyone is so profesional and find the way to make you feel safe and comfortable. Also, they give you options about what if something doesn’t work. I will Definitely go back!

I have been a long time Americas tire company customer. However, I stumbled upon Les Schwab and I dont regret it. The staff here are awesome. The team here are very accommodating, friendly and value you as a customer.

Yesterday I waited over 3.5 hours for 4 new tires. Was told 2 hours.This morning I wake up to two 2 flat tires. What caused it was simply shifty workmanship at les Schwab of fairfield. Two bad valvstems. They didnt check their work.

Added 2 new tires for the work truck. They gave us credit on the old pair as they were defective. Great staff and speedy service.

I had my wheels balanced and the tech was very professional. I recently had new tires that were installed from another tire shop and evidently they didnt put in as much effort as they should have. Les Schwab will be my go to tire shop.

They will rip you off. The machanics are not transparent and will lie to you in order to get your money. Changed my wheel bearing while knowing I needed the whole axle changed, only because they dont perform whole axles changes, and didnt want to let me walk out the door without taking some money from me. Now I have to changed the whole part, including the wheel baring again. Also overcharged me like crazy for it, at $500 for a freaking wheel bearing. Mind you, I drive an 06. Stay away!!!!!

My Sensors never last 2yrs after I buy them. Les Schwab said they usually last 5-7 yrs. Just my luck I guess. Just got tires rotated they werent able to fix the 2 Sensors so Ill just be without 2 of them. I just bought 2 new ones 2 yrs ago. Maybe these were the other 2 that didnt get replaced yet. Who knows... Theres no way for me to tell after the tires get rotated which is which. Oh well!

The folks in this shop are amazing. They work hard to take care of their customers. The mechanics and front desk staff have phenomenal communication skills and respect for everyone.They run to pick up phone calls non-stop and offer timely service.Love it.

They give a great service every time I have been there and they always busy so if you are in a hurry the best way is to drop off and do what needs to be done and they will call you when the work is done.

A little frustrated with the confusion there. Maybe they were short staffed.

Great place same friendly faces everytime I go there. Because Im a regular (race tires) they always fit me in.

Ive been there 4 times now in the past year and had the same lackluster experience each time. I first went to get 6 tires installed on my RV. Even with a 9AM appointment, it took all day even though I was promised it would be done by noon. Unfortunately I believed them and ended up waiting there all day.The next encounter a few months later was when I took it back to have the tire pressures checked before heading off on a trip. No one was interested in doing it even though its supposed to be part of their service. After waiting for a half hour, someone finally came to do it and they complained about the way the stems for the inside tires were mounted and said they could not get to them. Well, I got them installed at this shop and thats why I brought hem back to get the pressure checked, because I could not do it. He was too lazy to do what it would take to get a reading and sent me on my way having never checked.Encounter #3 was when I went back for 4 tires for my Nissan Versa. Made an appointment and was on time and was promised it would take 45 minutes, it took 90 minutes.The final encounter was when I again went back to have the pressure checked on my RV before I went on the road. I again waited 30 minutes before anyone would come do it and again experienced a piss poor attitude from the person that was doing it. He flat out said that he could not get to the inside rear tires and said they looked fine. He then lied and said the others were fine even though when I took it elsewhere they were actually low.Apparently, they love selling you tires but hate the follow up visits that they promise you. If they dont think they can sell you anything they dont have time for you after purchase. I went to the Vallejo location and was immediately greeted as I pulled up and had all 6 tires checked and adjusted to the correct pressure within 15 minutes. I will NEVER be back to this location again!

I needed a flat to be repaired I called earlier in the morning, around 8am they said the had a 2 he wait this was a Wednesday. Ok, is there any way I can lower my wait time time today. That said go on line and make an appointment this will give you an exact time to show up and will reduce your waiting time. I go online to make an appointment, end the calendar would not let me select the same day I was on. Therefore I could not make an appointment. So I headed down there around 10 AM and they tell me there is still a 2 hour wait. They said if I put my name down and leave for 2 hours and come back my place will be reserved. They told me to return around 12:30 p.m. I made sure to give them extra time and returned around 12:55 p.m. when I get there they said that there is a 1 hour weight. I said sure Ill wait. ☹️ I lied I went to the competitors down the street a small tire and rim shop off of East Tabor avenue. They repaired my tire in 15 minutes flat. Only cost $15. I also work for a company that sometimes we outsource are tires for our fleet vehicles to Les Schwab when they are flat or we have issues with the vehicles. the company I work for also said to stop using Les Schwab because of their inconveniences. This will be the last time I went there.

Not only was the service quality, but efficient! Ive been to places where Ive waited 2+ hours to get 4 tired put on.But I really appreciated Zechariah and the team who helped me here. I get off work close to their closing time.They had all bays occupied when I brought in my car in. My tires had metal exposing. Zechariah inspected my tires and said its too dangerous to continue driving. So the team stayed after-hours to put on my tires. My utmost gratitude to these guys staying behind to keep me safe. This is how business should be. Thank you, guys!

The worst experience I have ever had.The guys who work in the shop are doing a good job, but the women at the front desk are terrible: they are rude and unprofessional. I’ve been going here for the past 20 years, definitely not returning.

I have been a loyal customer since the store opened in Fairfield. However this visit was an unexcusable delay. I was told it would take one hour for a new battery. After 2 hours I went to the store only to see the car had not moved. I appreciate that customers ahead of me would be serviced first but for my vehicle to be put on a will do when I can doesnt fly. It was a fifteen minute job (i timed it).

I brought my pick up in due to had a wobble thinking I needed a tire balance but when Marie came out to get my mileage she noticed the front tire was separating. She went on the computer noted that I only have thirty thousand miles on tire she prorated it for me and as truck was on left noticed other 3 tired while so bad so they prorated them as well. Very happy with service they took me right in and jumped right on it service was great I would definitely recommend to anybody Fairfield Les Schwab takes care of you

I took my car there because I had one tire that kept going flat on me over and over. They just fixed the flat by patching the tire because there was a nail in it. No charge. Amazing! They just said to remember them next time I need new tires or breaks. I was really impressed with the value and the customer service. I will definitely take my car in for tires or breaks at Les Schwab from now on.

My go to tire place. Ive use them multiple times and always had great service. Theyve actually done a lot of work for me without any charge such as plugging a leak in one of my tires. I also ordered rims from them for my truck and bought tires somewhere else. Brought the tires and rims back to have them mounted balanced and installed and they gave me a discount since I bought the rims from them originally. Very honest friendly and helpful pretty much the only tire shop Ill use

Amazing place, was taken care of on short notice! Got my girlfriend new tires costing about 700 bucks in totalBut!!! You get free balance and rotation for the life span of the tire (mine being 50,000 miles)So a balance and rotation we will say is about 50 bucks average each time.Every 5000 miles?So with all the math done I ended only spending about 200 bucks for the tires if you factor in services. For top of the line tires?I will always do business with them!!!!Gotta look at tires as an investment.Also walked in and out in under an hour big bonus there.

I just love these guys. Theyre always positive and up beat! All these great guys are paying attention all of the time and when I pull up just to have them check my tire pressure although theyre busy they always, always quickly and with a smile check the pressure and top with air if needed. I highly recommend this Les Schwab tire center. I started going here because of my company truck. I am with a broadband company and Les Schwab is one of our service provider for our vehicle. I have seen their commercials, but I was skeptical at first. Well, their commercial is accurate. The people that work here truly care about their customers and the quality of their work and timeliness was very impressive. If I need my personal vehicle serviced dealing with tires and road terrain issues I will not hesitate to bring my personal vehicles here. I highly recommend this Les Schwab. Last service I received was tire rotation, wheel balance and alignment check. My truck is old and it needed a lower ball joint replaced and after that alignment. When I picked up my truck they requested to get the shocks replaced too because they are old in bad shape. My truck runs like new now. Keep up the good, honest and hard working Americans at your store. You guys and gals will continue to earn customers.

Amazing service!!!!! I found I had a flat when I left work. The tow truck driver recommended Les Schwab. When I called Les Scwab, it was less than 30 minutes to them locking their doors. They had me come over, and they patched, put my tire on, and sent me on my way 30 minutes later! And it was FREE!!! Marie even remembered my son from over a year prior! To say I am grateful and pleased is not enough!!!

Three + hours for a rotation is excessive. Maybe do rotations on one lift, and do entire front end rebuildings with new tires rims and overhaul on another?

Had a leak at 6am before going to work. Drove over and parked in their lot to wait till 8am when they opened. Steve saw me in the lot at 6:25am and he pulled me and and they fixed my tire. Great job!!! I was on the road by 6:48am. Thanks guys!!! That’s why I only have work done at Les Schwab!!!!

Got a flat fixed. The service was free, but Marie and the technician were awesome, very respectful and service was quick. Very pleased!

Went to get a tire patched. Was told I had a nail going into my sidewall and the only thing they could do was put a new one on. I couldnt afford a new one so I asked them to air it up and went to Tire Depot. Tire Depot pulled the tire and there was no nail in the tire. The issue was the valve stem. $15 later and the tire is as good as new.

Super slow waits. I would recommend if you have any service needed just to leave your car there.

Kind of felt like the guy who helped me gave me incorrect info because he thought I didnt know any better. I just smiled and went about elsewhere. Dont try to play woman about car stuff. Many of us are knowledgeable. I had a call about my encounter and I was supposed to get a follow up. No need though because I will never go back to that particular shop again.

Absolutely horrible! I hate complaining or writing bad reviews. I was basically without a car for 2 days. All I wanted was 2 tires, rear brakes, and an alignment. Day 1 only the tires were completed. As I picked the car up they proceeded to tell me that I needed inner tie rods for the alignment. Thanks for calling and telling me before I arrived at the store to pick my car up, sarcasm. Day 2 I dropped the car off at 8 in the morning. Went to pick the car up at 330 because I didnt receive a call nor did I expect tie rods and an alignment to take all day. And forget about the brakes. No way Im paying that much for brakes. I try to do most work on my car when I have the time. I normally work 6 days a week so I dont have time. Im currently on a 3 day break from work burning my vacation hours to take care of things with vehicles and home. I spent 2 of those days without a car when it should have taken half a day to complete these minor tasks. I will not be returning to this store. This was my first and last experience here.

Im a big fan of Les Schwab. They provide great service and many of them are complimentary ( such as checking the tire pressure) or are included with your purchase ( tire rotations). The staff is courteous, theres a waiting area with a tv and free popcorn and coffee as well as vending machines if you want soda or other snacks. A separate waiting area has tables with magazines and even a place to charge your phone.
