Unique gluten free and dairy free menu. Was impressed by the fact that they only use olive oil and no vegetable, canola, or soybean oil in their dishes. I have been here before but only for a dessert or smoothie so I was excited to try the other options. I feel as though the prices are reasonable for the quality of healthy food you are receiving. I got the elevated iced coffee (minus the maple syrup since I try to limit my sugar intake) and it was delicious....and better than the second one I got at a coffee shop in Fairfield a short time afterwards! I would highly recommend stopping by.

This is the best place around to get healthy. Glen and Lisa and their whole staff if incredibly knowledgeable. Their Smothies and the entire Menu is absolutely delicious. Do your mind and body a favor and go to this place!

FINALLY! A place that has all the stuff I can eat and none of the stuff I cant. I highly recommend the curry quinoa bowl. Its the perfect size for lunch, super delicious, and wicked healthy!

Absolutely delicious and healthy food! We tried the pizza and a slice of Snickers cake. Both were fantastic, full of flavor and leaving our tummies quite satisfied.

I am so grateful to you for being here. I was having one of those days that was spiraling the direction I didnt want to go. I walked in and instantly felt at ease. This place is unassuming and comfortable. I wandered around the cafe ogling some random health items on display without label, explanation or price tag. It seems a little consumer convenience has been traded for more of an at-home feel, which I def. dig. I loved the relaxed attire of the humans behind the counters. It had the vibe of stopping in at a friends cafe counter in a place such as Costa Rica, unsubscribed from corporate norms, offline!I asked if I could read a book sitting on a shelf which had obviously been read. (I wouldnt even ask if the soft cover hadnt have been arced from some use.) I was already in a better place just being here. Feeding my brain with the absolutely amazing material in that book sent me over the edge into mental and emotional bliss. My goal is to make my home have this vibe and come here regularly for a treat. Thank you for radically changing my day around!

An absolute gem of a cafe. They have got so many allergies covered, vegan, gluten free, you name it. All of their sweets are made without refined sugar which was a delicious bonus. Their food is organic, thoughtfully made, and so yummy! Would recommend to anyone looking for delicious and healthy food.

Wonderful little vegan store that sells delicious shakes and hot healthy drinks. I can never get enough of the magic mushroom drink! Food is super healthy too and they have cool small selection of hard to find heath food rated items for sell as well. Very relaxing seating (four two tops and two counter seats) with large bag window. A good choice by the train station (like two minute walk).

Its always nice to find a plant based place. Love the nori wrap and the deserts they have on rotation.The staff are super friendly and they prepare everything quickly. Definitely on my favorites list!

Friendly place with a completely worry free menu for us. We are gluten and dairy free and everything here guys that bill. We usually stop in for a dessert after yoga and theres always something yummy available. I had the banana mocha cake today ant it was great.

Over $20 for two pieces of toast and a banana bread slice. One of the slices of toast was so burned it was inedible. Disappointed.

$$16 for the banana milk shake. That is way too expensive for one drink! Good though but thats over pricing it. Next door at playa bowls you can get beach break for 8 or 9 dollars.

Great place for a magnificent raw smoothie, raw take out munchies and raw food sit-in entres. Delicious, Organic and just wonderful.

Nice selection of dishes, would love to go again. Variety of juice options. Dont expect heavy meal as most of them are small to medium sized plates.

I LOVE this place. It is so needed in CT, too. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I also love that I can stock up on items that I used to go into the city for - or order online. I will drive 45 minutes just to get take out :) Yummm.

We loved the food! Great for people with food allergies and intollerances. My only complaint is that its expensive and healthy food in general should be priced for everyone to afford. We spend $70 for lunch. We only went once because of the prices.

If you are hungry, dont come here. I ordered a veggie burger which consisted of thin, brittle crackers instead of bread. The cracker breaks the moment you take a bite, making it an awful mess. The meal severely lacked flavor. I make veggie burgers at home that taste 3x better. For $12, I should be full and satisfied. Literally had to go out again and order food elsewhere because I was still hungry after the meal.

I love what Catch a Healthy Habit is doing for the health movement... its a place where people are encouraged to share ideas, learn, attend classes and lectures, as well as the only place in Fairfield county to get a true raw food experience.... great food, chill atmosphere, and a way to get food that I really dont want to take the time to make at home, and a really knowledgeable staff... kudos to this place all around.

OMG! Finally a place where I can eat EVERYTHING on the menu!!! Everything is vegan, gluten-free and soy free. I had the nori roll. It was so good, I literally turned around, drove back 15 minutes in the opposite direction and ordered TWO more rolls for later. Incredible!!!! Fresh, tasty, healthy and their tea selection is wonderful as well. Highly recommend for health nuts.
