Terrible place bought 2 coils last night from them one was not the right coil tried to return today and told me I couldnt due to covid. Not even sorry just a money hungry place. Will never go there again.

This shop has an excellent selection for all vape, tobacco and smoking needs, plus related items. Staff has always been prompt, helpful and pleasant. The hours are very good.

I love euphoria! Best hookah lounge I’ve ever been to. I’d consider myself a regular at euphoria I come very often. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcomed. The vibe at this place is great it’s laid back chill and casual. They have awesome flavors and they switch them up every so often to keep the menu fresh. They even offer a student discount which is awesome. The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive to people in the lounge and the smoke shop too. Only bad thing is parking is sometimes tough on busy nights and the bathroom could be cleaner. That’s it I love euphoria!

Associate Zack was real helpful as I needed to buy a few vape things. Im new to this & he took the time to answer all my questions. This place is awesome! They not only have all the vape supplies you might need but also have a nice selection of cigars and some cigarettes

Went here a couple weeks ago, it was a really chill vibe not really a party scene. One of the workers was cute however that made it a plus with my experience. Flavors were good, I enjoyed the fact you can switch it after 15 minutes a really huge difference from others. I’d recommend this and I’d go more often if I were not trooping it from Hartford. Should say something about place it’s self. 5 stars !

Nothing short of stellar. Staff is great. All are pleasant and service is top priority. Great policy on the ability to change house made flavors before 15 minutes if you dont like it, free of charge. Hours are outstanding. Vibe is great.Kalil Mahmoun hookahs, with silicon hoses. Equipment is nice. Every experience I ever had here (and I have been going for years) has been top notch.

Euphoria Cigar & Hookah is my favorite place in CT for anything Tobacco related. I started going there 6 years ago for Hookah. Ive since become a cigar smoker, and if you like cigars this is the place for you. Wide variety of high quality cigars at good prices. Whether youve been smoking cigars for years or just need to get some for a special occasion they can help. The cigar lounge is great for a friendly, relaxing environment and the hookah lounge is good for a night out with friends.

Im not a hookah girl, and this was my first time going.The place itself was cool and a great vibe. Theres a little shop in the front and a lounge area in the back. The music was definitely for a particular genre, but wasnt unbearable.A few guys came around to adjust the coals, which was cool, and even had a little personality to show.Ultimately, this isnt my cup of tea and I will likely not go back. But for those people that enjoy switching a straw to suck tasty smoke and exhale from a hose, listen to good hip hop mainstream music, and watch as other people do the same.... then youll love this place!The ceiling is super cool to look at also....

Came in to get my father some cigars, the young gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond showing me the top cigars and for the best prices. Highly recommend going to get your cigars and supplies from them!

Very impressed with the selection of cigars here and the kindness of ALL the staff.Really had a great time and will most definitely be coming back next time i am in town.Side note** its not a quiet place. Was much louder because of the amount of people that were there, wasnt expecting that, but met some fun people and has a great time

WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM.THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS.I bought a Mya Acrylic Hookah from them and I went to wash it out after using it once and when I put hot water in the base, it started to become cloudy. I went to rub it off and it turns out the acrylic started to peel off creating this white residue all inside it. Not to mention it recked of a scent similar to crazy glue.I am aware that the reason for this was not caused by this hookah store HOWEVER I did purchase the product from them and as a person who spent $200 in their store I would expect respectful costumer services and a replacement. Instead I got a rude owner who proceeded to tell me I poured a chemical into the base which caused this to happen. I continued to tell him I used regular old warm tap water from my sink and even hit out a few drops of the water inside the base to my hands to show him, but nope I was still at fault according to him. So instead of simply getting a replacement base (I did not even want my money back just a replacement!!) I got a night full of attitude and disrespect. So either my tap water is full of chemicals and Ill probably die soon, or this owner has a giant hookah stem up his ass and doesnt understand how to properly treat their costumers.Another tip, they charge $20 to smoke hookah for one person and its $10 for any one other than that original one. You also have to pay $10 if you want to sit with your friends who are smoking the hookah even if you plan on never touching it. So if your looking to get ripped off, thats the place for you!

Exquisite service and incredible atmosphere the staff are friendly the place is clean and the most important thing the hookah is really really nice. Top notch stuff. It’s a great place to hang out with your friends while you can smoke hookah listen to music and chat. I would recommend this place highly. (Hint: if you’re a large group make sure to call ahead for reservation).

Nice place to go and spend time while smoking hookah or puffing on a fancy cigar. The shop had great selection of cigars and interesting selection of hookah flavors. Staff is very knowledgeable and take care of you. They do have a vast array of vape products also. The only reason I m giving them 3 stars is the fact that seating in the lounge is really old and uncomfortable. Old chairs and wooden couches are sure to tire you in 15 minutes. The couches are from 70s and not in a vintage way. Cushions are either rock hard or have permanent dents in them. UPGRADE please.

Terrific staff, fair prices, great selection of all smoking varieties, and the hookah bar has been a tremendous experience, brings a tradition and luxury that I usually only experience in the East while travelling, right to me in Fairfield county. Dont worry about trying the Surprise by the way in the hookah, ours was great! Not that Ive covered all mixes, but hey, you might get mine!

Andrew and Chris are wizards. Very creative, insightful and helpful dudes. This place always seems to have everything I need at a moments notice and is, overall, a pretty cool place. Like a Toys R Us for cloud chasers. Definitely recommend it.

Great place and pretty good flavors. The staff here are amazing! .Cozy, great music. I just wish there was an outdoor seating because it gets smokey in here, and can be suffocating!

Bought a $200 water pipe from here (that they won’t let you water test ahead of time) and it’s nice but go back to see if they’ll let me water test their over priced ash catchers and you’re just not allowed to see the function on it. My friend previously bought one from here and all the water would pull out when the bowl was removed. Should let your customers test what they’re buying when they’re investing $250+ into their set up and are choosing your store.

In town for the weekend and stopped by just to grab a few cigars. Great selection and friendly service. The gentleman was very helpful in getting me what I needed quickly.

I go to this hookah lounge all the time, staff are always friendly and always great with customers, all the staff know there material and products that they are selling, Hookah’s are always on point I have not had a bad hookah there yet, and there cigar selection is excellent, managers are always friendly an open. This are also really good for beginners who are looking to get into vaping and quit smoking will continue and still go to the shop for the atmosphere and vibes

Their mods are extremely over priced! I found out that the mod I purchased is 60.00 in. OST stores and here I paid 110.00!!! At time of purchase they make you so informed into things but once you leave the store they don’t care at all about what ever your questions are. Even after you spent 170 bucks!!! Never going back there ever again!

I was going there all the time but never treaded as bad as this time .they told us that they will take our hookah back cause we ‘be been there for 2 hours .the time was 12.30 am they were about to close to place and basically a few ppl were there left other than us.I never heard anything like this before .what is point ? 3 ppl spend already $55 for 2 hookah but you are not satisfied with money !! If you care about more money than us to come there you won’t find anyone for next time at your place other thing Manager and all staff were rude and nasty.hire more professional employees .I don’t recommend them anyone and I will never go there .save your money to spend some where else better than this place who will treat you nice .

I would highly recommend you go here if you wanna have a good time with your friends. they have a DJ at night that kills it every time and your able to bring your own drinks for just a 2 dollar cover charge you cant beat that!

To the OwnerI am very obnoxious with the service that I have been witnessing lately. Before it was great, the tall african male use to be friendly and the short hispanic lady with curly hair seemed to have things under control. The lady very knowledgeable running around with a smile and the male well needed help for what we seen. Lately it seems that the male has had a bug up his behind or a chip on his shoulders. I am a professional business man who takes his clients out and once in a while i visit Euphoria, but if this is not fixed, or if the male continues with his chip on his shoulders, I will take my clients and business somewhere else. It is a shame because I like how I am being treated or use to be treated. A nice place if the correct people or staff are there, lack of leadership and accountability is what this place is missing.

The place is close to my home. I went to it couple of times but i had same experience. They have legendary bad customer service. You will wait for 20 min to get your hookah and after you do, the store staff will harass your friends on buying a their own hookahs (if they didnt buy one) or paying 10$ for the store. Then you will hear about another ridiculous store policy which is you have to wait for 30min before they change the charcoal.I got stains on my cloth every time I go there because of how dirty the place is. The shop also, very loud like you are in the middle of a night club in New Delhi . You will not be able to have a peaceful time talking with your friends or enjoying your EXPENSIVE hookah.

Ive been going to Euphoria for years now on a regular basis. This is hands down the best vape shop around. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their hookahs are great and the hours are very convenient for a night owl like myself. The last time I stopped in here I asked for a recommendation on a tank and Amir recommended the Falcon Mesh tank which I picked up there a few days later. I am in love with this tank! Theyve taught me everything I know about vaping and I always look forward to going there. Ive tried to shop at a couple of other vape shops (mainly just to pick up e-liquid) since I live in Danbury almost an hour away, but no one compares to them. I will continue to make the drive to Euphoria. They have my business as long as their doors are open and I recommend them to everyone I know! I even have a cousin who lives in Vermont who makes Euphoria his first stop when coming down to visit. Keep up the great work!!

It is a nice environment for relaxing that part gets a 5/5 but the vape products are very over priced, I would advice getting a vape online and then using this store for emergency coils and juice 😶

Well This was my first visit to Beans & Leaves Hookah lounge. it was yesterday (Friday night) Me and my two friends. We enjoyed their amazing hookah ( I actually will rate the place GREAT) Hookah was awesome, we didnt notice we smoked about 3 hours and no burns, strong and smooth smoke, nice taste. The Egyptian lady: Marwa (sorry if I spelled wrong) was very hospitable and she gave us a great service. We even had our music playing and had a great dancing. I enjoyed, I will suggest everyone.
