Havent shopped for over a year but I still enjoyed roaming the store and finding some good deals. I dont like crowds and today was a good day! I made 1 purchase and it went through... the 2nd time I needed to call the bank and see why it wasnt going through. I guess its for my own safety but I didnt have much time to stick around. I left my stuff on hold, called the company and ended up coming back for my stuff since it was a good deal.

Customer service is great although more is needed. More registers are need on the sakes floor. Inventory is always low and not the same as online.

Awesome store recently I lost my belt and I had to come into the mall and I remember as a kid that JCPenney had mens belts so I walked to the mens belts area and JCPenney and the net was able to handle my purchase at the check stamp she is very nice the staff there is and I got two belts for a disco price and the belts were wonderful thank you

Customer service is horrible. My wife and I went in to get her a pant suit and me a belt and some shoes. After finding what we wanted we were upstairs and we couldnt find anyone to check us out so we finally found a girl that worked there and she said to go down stairs to check out. Once we found a person down there that looked like they worked there we asked her where to check out and she said at the service desk so we asked where the service desk was and she said up stairs so we went up stairs. We got frustrated and put everything down and then my wife asked a lady where to check out and she said over at the service desk, so we went over there. The girl at the service desk was working with some clothes and when she finally acknowledged we were there she acted really put out that we were there but she did check us out. One problem though, when we got home my wife noticed that the girl at the check out didnt remove the security tags from her clothes. Im shocked this place is still open.

This store had great sales staff but not much merchandise in n stock.

I buy some t shirt and the cashier make mistake then Ill came back to the customer service. The lady cashier in the customer service check the item and she give me the refund in the item that I bought. Thank you to the lady in the customer service for the help..

Stay clear of this place purchased a 568 dollar gold chain didnt like the weight took it back the next day but 1 for a thousand dollars more now Im being charged for both I know they r desperate to stay afloat but this is ridiculous been a customer for years I guess service is no longer an option now

Placed a ship to store order and received what was ordered in a timely fashion. Great variety and excellent customer service.

Their online inventory actually worked. I found a very specific item that was hard to find. Said they had 2 and I could not reach anyone on the phone so I took the chance.

They have nothing to help handi capp no carts no electric scooters according to employees and you got to carry around what your buying. Wife took my mom very disapointed .NO HADICAPP FOR THE ELDERLY

Went in shopping with my son and we picked out some cloths for him after a a couple days as kids do he started freaking out because he didnt like the cloths anymore so as soon as mommy came home i quickly went back to the store waited in line but i didnt realize i dont have a receipt! Thank God for the girls in the return desk they were able to find my receipt and i got my son a spiderman shirt

I was looking for dress pants for my spouse I ended up getting 2 watches a bracelet and a pair of earrings I most definitely will be back

Lots of great sales.

Very nice variety of goods, mens, womens, childrens clothing. Sephora, jewellery, and much, much else. The staff were not to helpful, somewhat dismissive. But great sales pricing.

Looks like they are going out of business, not much variety or sizes, signs everywhere, saying Go To JCP.Com, 7 people in line. One check out person, poor service, no wonder they are going out of business !

Mens sneaker selection small and lacking while dress shoe selection is adequate. Otherwise a good selection of all types and categories. Store is clean and organized. Lots of sales and coupons are available to get nice name brand clothing at good prices. All they need for five stars from me is a larger mens sneaker selection.

Went here for holiday pictures for the kids, and although we had an appointment, we still had to wait 30 minutes to go back. The photographer didnt have too many photo pose ideas and we had to situate the 8 kids for each pose. Wish this had been more professional and timely.

Glad they went back to the old way of business. Lots of stuff on sale -almost every department has two or three racks of sale clothes and, on top of that, there was a manager giving out discount coupons. They have rearranged the store somewhat, but I still like shopping there.

A lot of great sales going on. just that you dont find out until you get to the cash register that you have to have a credit card to get the sale price. Feels like a lie to me.

My experience at this JCP was not very good. I was looking for a pair of black penny-loafer dress shoes, size 13W. I was not able to find what I was looking for. But worst, I was told by another store associate that there was no shoe dept associate in the store to assist me. I was very disappointed. It had been over seven years since I had been in that JCP store. It will probably be another 7+ years before I go there, again, if at all.

Normally I have a good experience at Penneys but recently their customer services seems to be lackingI spent the whole day shopping realized I didnt have my card went to Services came back they had returned my things to the floor after promising to keep them for 24 hours.Returned to the store the next day collected most of the items that I had already selected placed them at the check out in a basket on the floor at the cashiers request returned to pick them up and again they were returned to the floor. However there was one employee who was determined to make things right she left her post went and found the employee who had returned the items that employee explained why the items have been returned and apologized. Apology accepted. Addition they compensated me 20% off my entire purchase.

I found some good deals in there on running shoes-Addidas, Nike, St. Johns Bay, Converse, Vans and more brands for men, women & kids, also Winter boots for men & women, and lastly purses(LC, etc) to match the womens boots 40, 50, & 60% off as well👏👏👏

I can always find the perfect clothing item for any occasion, great gifts during the holidays. I do wish there was a smidge more associate help when you are in the departments nobody asks if you are finding everything or if you need help.
