Love their donuts. Hard to resist and cupcakes we got made for my daughters graduation party were superb. Highly recommend this place.

The pastries are delicious, but get there early before the most poular pastries sell out. The sandwiches are good, but better ones at Hammanns Butcher and catering not that far away. The pasta and potato salads are pricey and taste just okay.

Salted Rye Bread.....so tasty. Pick up some garlic cheese spread while you are there. Nice employees.

Sometimes you just need baked pretzels and cheese dip. hits the spot every time. Some of the cookies tend to be too dry for my liking, but I also find that Im in the minority in that regard

There are so many beautiful cakes and pies and donuts and muffins and cookies and scrumptious. We ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing and it was amazing.

Ive driven past here hundreds of times and finally had a chance to stop in. The shop is so cute and bigger than I expected, and the lady at the counter was so nice! My mom and I enjoyed the big cheese danish I got for her!

Fairfields local Servatii Pastry shop has been a staple of the community for years now. A reliable selection of baked goods, including soft pretzels, cakes, pastries, and other treats, are always available and delicious.The facility is clean and well-managed. Staff members are always helpful and friendly. Their sliced soft pretzels and selection of dips make a classic party favorite, and their confections are to die for. I recommend the opera cream torte, for those who like something sweet!

Clean and well organized, but not much of a selection and staff was pretty clueless when asked about the Cookie of the Week. They had no idea what we were talking about. I pulled up the website and told them. “Oh, if we had any they would be over there.” No muffins and they ran out of paczki donuts. Definitely not my favorite location.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 4 your old.I had this picture in my head but wasnt sure if I articulated it right to them and was nervous about how the cake will turn out. They exceeded my expectations. The cake came out better than I imagined.

This place has a lot of variety. But everything tastes over cooked or not fresh. My mom loves it. I do not. I like my pastries soft and fluffy. These are not soft and fluffy. They have a lot of stuff in a cold case to. The eclairs are in it. That makes stuff hard. Dont want cold pastries.

Servatii used to be the place to go but lately Im disliking what I get there more times than not. One week I bought what was supposed to be Schnecken but what I got was fluffy bread with icing on it. Then this last time I went, I found out that they werent doing the mini pineapple upside down cakes anymore so I got a few mini pastries and they were horrible. They tasted like they had been sitting in a fridge, uncovered for awhile. Ill occasionally stop by for pretzel rolls and strudel, but I think Im pretty much done with Servatii.

I have no idea that this place even existed until I came with my dad and oh my gosh it was amazing! I got the pleasure of coming at Christmas time and I got to see all of the gingerbread houses and cookies and treats decorated for Christmas and I was amazed. My all-time favorite dessert is baklava and of course they had it. I definitely will be stopping back in soon!

Wow what a wonderful array of deliciousness!! We got danish and a couple cherry cheese crowns and they were awesome!! The guy that waited on us was super freindly and hospitable too!! I would highly recommend this place yall 😁

Amazing coffee cake!

It’s 5PM, they close at 5:30. This is the first time I have ever set foot in a Servatii. I asked for coffee, and they said they were out, and not making more. Lol! I Hate to be this way, but if you’re open, you’re open. I didn’t want gas station coffee, or even Starbucks. I wanted to spend my money somewhere new. I suppose that backfired. Can’t see there being a second visit, but I guess that doesn’t matter to them, since they are Cincinnati’s oh so special Servatii. Not impressed.

This place could be awesome but its just okay. Arrived at 7:45 am no yeast chocolate iced donuts left. I would think think these are popular... Increase inventory.Tables out front but no chairs. They brought us chairs but didnt wipe tables off. They were filthy.Ordering here is painful the whole set up is just a mess. If this place was managed properly you would have stand out front to take orders.Products sold are excellent but service is weak.

Service was great but didnt understand all the hype for this local chain. There are signs all about Cincinnati for this place and perhaps had my expectations set too high. I got a loaf of pumpernickel rye and a tray of sweet rolls with raisins. Good, but not like Oh my goodness type of good.

Their website said they take GrubHub when I spoke with them and placed my order they told me at least two times if not three that yes they would take my GrubHub card. However when I went to pick up the cake they would not take GrubHub. Very disappointed I did not take the cake.

Food was great as always, but rudeness and lack of friendliness from employees to customers was not.The workers.talked among their staff, ignored me for almost 5 minutes and then reluctantly asked I be helped, no nice greeting . He told me a total before I was even done ordering. I asked for some dips to go with the pretzels and I put him out by asking, due to him talking with other employees about their day

LOVE THE PRETZEL BUNS!! Everything Ive had from Servatiis has been delicious! Cookies, flan, pastries, cake, its ALL good. I stopped at the Fairfield location late one morning and took my time deciding what to buy. The lady working was very helpful and answered all my questions, she couldnt have been sweeter. Its a little out of the way for me, but well worth the trip. I need to hurry out there again before packzi time is up!

Im a fan, but I had made an online order which was not followed up correctly. It was not the brick and mortar stores fault, they had recieved incorrect info. But, they settled me well and I appreciate that and will continue as a customer.

Pretty disappointed with the service I received at this location. The cashier was very argumentative when I asked about the plastic container for the 10in round cake. I get several of these cakes a year from the blue ash location and have never had a problem there and have been satisfied with the service. Can not say the same for this location.

I picked up a smoked turkey sandwich for lunch. The sandwich was great. I also got some cookies. Cant beat it

Todays Servatiis experience was slightly disappointing as it has been on previous Weds for the last three months. I visit there once a month on Weds when it is my scheduled monthly doctors visit. I would give them a five star rating if the pastry shop would have their popular huge cinnamon rolls covered in their sinful buttercream frosting. The size of the rolls look like their on steroids! My youngest son (33 yrs old) loves them and request them along with Servatiis glazed donuts. I no longer eat the donuts because they changed the recipe of the glaze. Even with the change, my son still likes them. I also like a few of their assorted tea cookies, but I DO NOT CARE FOR their large iced cookies. I PREFER Buskens tea cookies and their large iced cookies. Another PLUS about Servatiis is that EVERY WEDNESDAY IS SENIORS DAY - 10 % OFF!* * * Also, my son enjoys taking drive to Fairfield location and dining on Servatiis Soup and Sandwich lunch. A filling sandwich with a tasty soup (which changes daily). He says they are not skimpy with the meat content and it is filling by itself.Bon Appetit!

Best service and sweets. Bought raspberry Cheesecake for my wifes birthday and she loved it. Got a couple Bearclaws for myself and son along with fresh coffee.

I grew up with their cakes and so have my kids and now my grandkids. In the 40 years or so that I have been going to Servattis ice only received great service and an impeccable product; from cakes to pastries to pretzels and dip, I have never been disappointed. Glad to have them in my neck of the woods, too!

Little pumpkin pie just the right size

I usually love servatii. I normally go to the west Chester or Kenwood location. The Fairfield one is horrible. The service was terrible. I am a 27year old women and I feel like I was treated differently then their normal older customers just because I am young. First I was second in line out of four. Everyone was helped before me until I said something about me being in line before the others. I was finally helped but after I politely said I was skipped the man helping me had a bad attitude with me. He overcharged me for my muffin when it was the special of the day. I told the man this and he had no idea what the specials even where! He was very nice to the older customers but I was treated differently. They also carry no heavy whipping cream which makes me suspect that their whipped cream is not made from scratch. I will not be coming back to this location.
