This place has always been hit or miss. I work nearby so I make frequent visits, well I used to. It started with them not ever having any kind of food hot or ready for several weeks. Then there are some employees who seem oblivious to customers. I stopped by after work today, 6-10-20, about 8:30pm, to pick up some beers. I grab an 18 pack and a fruit cup and stand in line. The woman was helping someone who looks like an off duty employee. Then she steps out of the store with this person, without a word to two customers waiting in line, but including myself, and goes to a car trunk to conduct what I seems like personal business. Garbage service. Never going back to this place. I will drive around to the 7-11 or chevron, but never here again.

Love the staff except after a year of no problems with my service dog, I was suddenly told I had to provide proof and that he has to wear identification. That is not the law. Only two questions are allowed. Quoting from the ada.gov site “When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.” I am disabled and my dog has a specific duty of picking up things I drop. Tried to buy a car wash and their equipment was not working. Girl outside said that had to go inside to pay for it.....ok kind of tough with sleeping kids in the car. Asked her if she would run inside to purchase the ticket and I would give her cash. She said that she would not do that unless I gave her a tip. Flat out rude.

Think I left my wallet there and need it back... phone number posted online comes up as disconnected or out of service. Please correct!Good people, run of the mill food selection.
