Sergio and Jim were on time as scheduled, professional, quick, friendly and knowledgeable in their trade. Their workmanship is greatly appreciated. The office gal, Maria, was just as professional. She gave us quick, accurate quotes and helped me decide which window would be best for our install. She assisted me with the pet mesh for two of our screens as well. I absolutely will be recommending Acme Glass Company to family and friends in the future. We will definitely go with Acme again the next time we need glass/screens.

If you need energy efficient replacement windows without the harassment try ACME Glass. They came all the way to Hercules which Im so grateful for. I had my windows and slider replace in May it took 3 days! very fast, effective, and safe. They had a crew of six men, the boss Jim was on site from time to time very nice man that know his job. Due to me having new construction due to my association the window turn out beautifully. I would highly recommend this company!

I absolutely LOVE my windows, they give my home an elegant look. The house was warmer during the winter. I turned the thermostat down which surprised my husband. The install by Jay, Brian and Sergio was great and painless. I have an immunocompromised family member and they followed the Covid protocols without me asking. Many of our double pane windows were fogged and needed to be replaced so we decided to replace the entire house with new low-e panes. A pricey project for us.We were extremely happy with Acme Glass from the first phone call to the completion of the project.The office staff was very polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.They never tried to sell us any unnecessary products.Friendly, professional and skilled crew who showed up on time.
