Good for tools you wont cry when you lose. Sales are skewed for membership and using their credit card. Seems more focused capturing struggle people as target audience and pushed to join club, buy warranties, and prices have gone up. Again seems they have narrowed their target market.

This is a nice place to get almost anything you need in fairfield,Ca. However I was told by a good friend that the Harbor Freight store in Woodland,Ca is much larger and also warehouses more of the items that your looking for compared to the Garfield Harbor Freight store. I would recommend shopping at either store locations for any tools, or anything else you may need first before buying anywhere else just because it could save you a lot more money. They also honor returns with your receipt of course if an item is damaged and you dont notice it until you get home!!! They will refund you the price of the item(s) or allow you to exchange it for another one!!! I give Harbor Freight a big 2 THUMBS UP!!!

Theres a tall light-ish haired man who works here who is VERY helpful. He made my trip so much easier, besides that tho Ive found it hard to get help in this store.But even if there was no one to help Id still be shopping here cause prices are amazing.

Good Harbor Frieght location. I really like the super cute young lady with the ink that did my return. Who knew a 133 pc. Tool set was a bit much for a 5 yr old?

Picked up a battery operated lawnmower at a good price. No more wrestling with the cord on the electric mower.

I just started using harbor freight and for the most parts or tools are just as good as home depots or most other places you just got to be careful the cheaper ones but for light usage theyre great

Horrible experience. Jay, the site manager, is an obstructionist. My return was still factory tape in the Box. Which is more than I can say for the items they are selling on their shelves. Everytime I resolve his concerns about returning the item he came up with a new one. I gave up on returning it, took it to my car, then return to the store to do my shopping. When I found the item I was looking for, the box was tattered, open, and I couldnt tell if it even had all the parts. The Shelf looked empty empty so as to appear that it was the last item. Online inventory showed that they had more. It looked like some sort of sales tactic to move the defective item. At that point I took a hint and drove the extra 14 miles to Vallejo Harbor Freight. Jay really needs some store management training. I realized this is a larger city but if you run off ask of you repeat business you will eventually go out of business. Buyer be warned.

This Harbor Freight Tools Store is in a Great location, right off Hwy 80, between Travis Blvd & Air Base Parkway Exits. On the North Sides of the Hwy. 80. They have a wide variety of Tools, Air Tools, Jack, Trailer Supplies, Welders Equipment and Gloves. You should be to find almost every thing.

I have been to this store a few times have had no problems with them but today on 11-15-2020 i went it to buy a jump charger for my car and when i took the ticket up to the counter the lady said they where out which thats fine i didnt have a problem with that i was just letting them know that they should take the tickets out until they get a new stock because there going to have more come up and want it and the two ladies that where at the front became rude with me and started to argue about it with me. I dont Believe that this is how this whole crew is just these two girls.

I must say this Harbor Freight has really improved since it opened and even more so in the past year or so. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can always find what you need or theyll let you know when it might next be coming in or if another Harbor Freight nearby has it in stock. Coupons are abundant and online. Only wish theyd print the expiration dates bigger. Overall nice atmosphere and is always clean and stocked.

I like Harbor Freight...just went and purchased a winch for the Jeep. Here is my honest opinion of their brand ....I know what Iam buying so sometimes my expectations is exceeded. Whenever I need a weird tool, I go to HB..I really have never been disappointed and always save a ton of money. The power tools I have purchased over the years are still working well and held up.

This is the most prejudice harbor freight Ive ever been to. Simply because Im black the cashier refuse to refund a welding spool gun, also lied about their return which was clarified by the harbor freight corporation. And the manager had a whole saying that I switch my story. Theres no need to lie to you because I have an account show the proof of all of my purchases, he told me that he dont pull up accounts thats the biggest harbor freight lie I ever heard.

Difficult to say anything bad about a store full of tools! Well stocked, tidy, helpful staff. Was able to find a good torque wrench for a reasonable price. Has a good selection of common and unique tools at a variety of price points. Checked items online before going, with website accurately matching store inventory and price.

Easy to see from the highway westbound but you have to take the next exit, Travis Blvd, turn right then make the next legal right follow the road down until you see it on the left. It is a well stocked store, people are nice and helpful there.Prices are good but on occasion you get what you pay for. I would not buy the tools for professional use. There are great for occasional or one time use.Some of their tools lines have increased in quality lately.

We came in looking for a generator, lantern, gas can and extension cords with no knowledge. Javier helped us. These days good service is hard to come by but his service was beyond compare. He guided us through our purchase and be knew everything about all of our items, he had us in and out within about 20 minutes. Where else can you get cheap tools and free stuff? For the most part, the items I buy here do the job perfectly fine. The tile saw came highly recommended, and I have put down a lot of tiles. Router bits are good, just as the paint brushes. Its not quite as polished as items sold elsewhere, but if you want to do it on the cheap side, this is the place.

I love Harbor Freight one of my favorite stores. I use a lot of different things and repurpose them. Use a laser on my sewing machine for straight line guide. Today I just wanted tarps for my dog kennel.

This place is awesome for inexpensive hand tools. Electric and pneumatic tools for here can be a bit more of a dice roll for longevity. I still do recommend heading here first before grabbing tools some where else. Free tools with coupons.

Great place for odd ball stuff. Also a great place to buy a tool that youll only need for a 1 time use. Very inexpensive, mostly cheap China made tools but theyll get the job done for some weekend do it yourselfers... If youre a Professional (Union) tradesman, I wouldnt buy any work / hand tools from here. If you do and the boys see it, youll get teased when you pull out that $3.00 plastic torpedo level or when you use that $14.95 voltage tester. Believe me - I seen it happen!

A nice discount store for mainly cheap, but some are surprisingly good, tools. Fun place to walk down the Isle finding stuff you really dont need, but buying it anyway. Make sure you look online for free discount codes to use at the checkout counter. There are pretty much always sale codes available. And they will use them with the just the code from an online coupon. Save some bucks everything. Even with big ticket items.

This was my second time coming to this store ever in my life..never to go back again, Ill stick to my Home Depot storeI, I asked for a tool that i was looking for and i think it was the manager who helped me and showed me something similar but not what i was looking for and just left me standing there with out asking me if thats was i was looking for and just took off...i call that poor customer service so i put down other tools i was going to buy and left, also they dont sell any cordless tools...actually Ill give it 1 1/2 star.

Best place for reasonably priced tools especially since Sears closed. There is a huge variety of all kinds of things@ Harbor Freight and they have lots of good sales events.
