I had a great experience today - I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me out. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly and really set a high standard for customer service, not just at that store but everywhere. I went in for a few things and left with way more than I intended to buy. Great salesmanship and they really do have a huge variety of products, from protein to health and wellness to preworkouts and everything in between. I had been in once before and had a fine experience but this second visit really made an impression. Keep up the good work!

I went in yesterday to get general information on a couple of Preworkout and vitamin questions I had a the best customer service from a gentalman there that went out of his way to help me pick the right products that I needed to help out my workout routine! Just for his helpfulness and willing to explain thoroughly I will definitely be changing where I go to get my health and wellness supplies! 5 star for sure! Not to mention everything was very organized! 👌🏽

Horrible customer service. I needed help with some of their products the employee at the front desk couldnt help me with so she went and got her manager said he would be able to help. So I browsed around waiting about 15 min had past he never came up, so she came up to me and said he would be out in 2minutes, I said okay did some more browsing and ended up waiting another 15 min, I said forget this and left.

Worst staff ever. Couldnt help with any questions. Customers in the store and the two people in the store just leaning against the counter texting. Priced an item wrong and I said so and just got blank stares so went and untaped price sticker myself. Was one of three annoyed customers.

This place is amazing. Except for the managers god aweful canned ipod playlist. I feel for the employees that have to suffer listening to such low vibration rubbish. Other then that A+ for the selection and more so the exemplary staff.The staff is even highly knowledgeable on the topic of nooyropics. 20 years ago this wad unheard of and stygmatized.
