Ive never been treated so nice! I didnt ever think I would be able to get hearing aides. But Acute offers payment plans! They have been so patient with me with adjusting them. Im older and had no idea how bad my hearing was. I started out going in almost every week to get them adjusted. She would talk to me and explain all the new sounds I was hearing and how they would become normal after awhile and they have. I can now hear my grandchildren better and everyone else. Life is much better now that I can hear. If you need hearing aides, Acute is the place to go!!!❤️❤️❤️

What a great experience! The front office woman was so friendly and Ms. Hoberty was so knowledgeable and helpful. I thought I was struggling to hear, but after receiving my evaluation, Im glad I came in, because I really did need help.I will tell my friends and family for sure.

I went here because I got a notice in the mail for a free hearing test. Saw a video, got a hearing test and then talked with the Dr. One thing I can tell you is that their cheapest hearing aids are $1800 a pair! I told him forget it; that they are made for the rich and not the poor or somebody thats on a fixed income like us. My hearing is awful but Im 66 and gonna die anyway so beware; they will try to talk you into buying what you cant afford! They were all nice people, tho. I gave it a low rating because of the price. Thats the only reason. I guess like the video said, my hearing will just keep getting worse until I cant hear or get dementia or Alzheimers.
