Will never go there again. Horrible attitude. Would suggest going somewhere else. I literally showed up at 11 on the dot Saturday morning and the door was already locked. Someone came out with a customer and I politely asked if I could quickly grab something and they made a face and proceeded to shut the door in my face. So much for customer service!!!

They will probably have what you need there, but if you dont have an account with them it is ridiculously expensive, and they will stick it to you with full suggested retail price. I try to support local businesses, but from now on I will shop online first. Great social distancing with the plexiglass and tape on the floor.

As a contractor time can be very important . I can call my go to guy (Brent Green) at anytime and he gives info that I needHes very knowledgeable and great customer service skills.

Guy gave attitude... talking under his breath over a question i had like I couldnt hear it. He originally said its $5 and some change for the item I wanted and then upon ringing up it changes to $7 and some change. I question him and he gets an attitude and makes a facial expression that looks like he was annoyed and then he whispers something under his breath when Im right there. Looks like he hated his pathetic job. Im prob going to return these items out of spite.

One of the best places in Fairfield and bridgeport area to come and get your plumber supplies. I bought a shower system that needed some parts that home depot didnt have lucky for me my cousin told me about this place and Manni at the counter was very knowledgeable and got me the right parts. Overall very satisfied!

Horrible!!! I have to give at least one star but they dont even deserve that much. Go here if you wanted to be treated like garbage and overpay for that privilege. They didnt have time to show us anything, even though multiple salespeople were just hanging out in the showroom. They gave us a booklet and told us look it up online and come back and they would give us a quote. We went to Whites and spent 3K on fixtures the next week. My husband is a plumber and has used them with customers but this was for us.

Cant say enough good about these guys. From the guys at the counter and beyond, to the people that answer the phone, to the delivery department. They set the bar for all supply houses, and set it high. Our orders are always correct, and almost always delivered ahead of schedule.

I am plumber by trade Plimpton and Hill in Fairfield is the best supply house in town old parts and new parts can be easily found or order they carry a wide variety of parts unlike some supply house where American standard or moen is all about they carry

One of the people at the counter laughed at the faucet I ordered because it was the cheapest model. I was so angry I wanted climb over the counter and teach him a lesson in manners. I will not do business with A$$holes.
