Best hydro shop in cali information is by far the best New staff killing it 💯💯💯

For May 15 2021 around 2 PM. It had been about a year since my last visit but I still expected good customer service. I saw plenty for most others but somehow I could barely get a person behind the counter to say hello. They were slightly busier than usual but I hang back and wait until I am literally the only person in the store, still very stoic behind the counter. The baskets I use for my hydro system that was my original reason for finding this store 3 years ago have changed a bit, so this may have been my last visit anyway. Having actually talked to the owner on most of my visits in the last few years I know he actually gives all customers good service whether buying thousands in gear or one 20 cent basket. Sad to see this customer service is getting to be like others where they pick and choose who gets good service. Still a good selection of products but if you want advice on the products dont look like me I guess.

Galen Lawton sounds like a broken record trying to sell the cheapest hydro equip. For as much as he can. Hes like Cal Worthington. Dishonest as the day is long. Dont let his well rehersed hydroponic mumbo distract you from seeing how cheap the products he sells and how overpriced these products actually are. Brent will tell you the truth. Hes underpaid. Just compare this Galen clown to a real hydro shop such as Berkely Indoor. NO comparison.

Best place in the 707 to get all your garden needs Been buying products for them for the past 10 years in they always have what you need to get the job done and if not there is always a alternative on the shelf The staff is friendly and will help you with any of your plant concerns or needs. Dim lighting and lack of customer service.sure they had nutrients and dirt but not much else.better off driving to the bay area and going to a real grow shop.maybe try burnin a candle, smelled like a dispensary not a grow shop.

I don’t even know where to begin but I’ll start by saying this is hands down one of the best businesses around! Every time I’ve come in, with every person I’ve been helped by, customer service has been above and far beyond! Not once have I been pressured to buy something that was unnecessary, in fact I’ve been talked out of spending extra money because what I thought was necessary actually wasn’t. I would highly recommend this business to anybody from brand new to experienced cultivators there is surely something for everybody! Went for the first time today. Guy with the epic beard behind the counter was hella cool and friendly made me feel welcomed. I over heard him talking with another customer and he definitely knows his stuff! Prices are GREAT compared to other stores. I picked up a couple bags of ocean forest and some liquid seaweed. Not too often you find prices better then amazon! Happy i found a local shop that I can support now! Thanks Everything Green!!

Took my wife there to buy some fertilizer and net pots to put in 5 gallon buckets. Owner was super helpful. Been to stores in Lodi, Oakland, Pittsburg, Concord. This was by far the most satisfying question & answer place we’ve been, no reason to shop elseware - I even found his prices beat amazon
