I was told that my bf and I had to stay together in the store so they could keep an eye on us for the best customer service. Never in the 20+ years Ive been in this store have I ever been made aware of that rule. What if we didnt want each other to see what we were getting? I WAS a fan of the new boss lady until the other day and I wanted so bad to go back with my Naughty or Nice bags ($300-400 sale) for my Pretty Woman moment but decided to Yelp instead. And yes, Kiss and Tell are way more expensive than you guys are but it was worth $400 I spent to not feel like I have to be someone to keep an eye on.

Me and the hubby went into the shop having an idea of what we wanted but not actually having any idea of what we wanted at the same time. Kat came to the rescue and helped us get what we needed. She was funny, engaging, and easy to talk sexy toy to. She made us feel comfortable in what can be a somewhat uncomfortable environment. The young man behind the counter was sweet too. Just a good experience. We plan on shopping there again.

The girl behind the counter made me feel like I was bothering her when I approached the counter. I dont know if the guy with her was another employee or a friend of hers but they were both being very loud and could be heard throughout the entire building. No wonder the place was empty. Not to mention he started his car(parked right in front of the doors)and proceeded to play his music at a loud level.The overall atmosphere of the store was not very inviting.

Ordered offline, and it got back ordered because they didn’t have two items In stock. They were VERY rude on the phone talking down to me. Then they only refunded me for one item when I called. They were even more rude this time. They tried to exclaim I used a coupon code which I did so I only receive a partial refund, which didn’t add up. So they swindled me out of 15$ also.

Its nice & quiet, very clean also discreet. Laughter or comments are often heard up front at the counter.All of the items are believe me when i tell you personally known by the clerk on duty. You dont get that at walmart. They all speak english perfectly well. This place sits out in the cuts near Travis AFB, Ca. ill say its the last exit before you get to the base?
