I’ve been coming in since they opened! I’ve always love coming in because jasmine has always made my mom and I feel very welcome and she was always very happy to see us! She even had many repeat customers I’ve seen it many times! For my 21st bday she even made me a beautiful cake! Over the years I’ve gotten close to her and her mom! She’s the reason that I still go in! If she didn’t work there I probably wouldn’t go in

I was just in there and one of the workers, might be the owner, literally grabbed a four pack of beer out of my hands and said youre gonna have to put that back, mumble mumble, thats why its not out yet. Its in the fridge that anyone can walk into, its not out yet? No apology or explanation just ripped it from my hands. I was about to buy a few bottles of liquor too. I walked out. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Great store!! They have such a great verity of IPA in the back cooler. I love it when I go back there. The Woman who helped me out was very nice an helpful. She did a great job getting me IPAs and wines for my fathers day party .I will be coming back!

I pop into Stratfield Wine every so often - or every few hours when the kids are home from school - because its convenient, but I think Im going to find another source of sweet, sweet booze. I gave them 2 stars because theres a really nice, giant bald man who is really friendly, helpful and seems like a nice chap. Essentially what youd want in a liquor store visit.BUT the woman that works there is so unfriendly. Every time I apologetically nudge my bottle towards her on the counter, I feel like Im walking into a strangers house and pouring myself a gin and tonic.I called last week to see if they had a certain wine.The conversation went:Hi. How are you?(silence)Erm. Do you have Bartenura Moscato wine?Yeah.Great! How much is it please, do you know?(long pause) $12.99Okay, great. Thank you!(even longer pause, sounding increasing bored/ angry/ tired) Yeah.I dont expect her to be as bubbly as a bottle of prosecco but she makes grabbing a bottle of wine too much of a chore.

I called this store at 5:32pm on a Sunday to ask if they were open until 6:00 like their hours are listed as. The women who answered the phone very rudely told me nope I close my doors in 5 minutes (so 5:37pm) I I doubt this is their actual closing time and I understand businesses close early sometimes but that doesnt mean you cant be polite in how you explain this. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Convenient and good selection however the woman there is the most unfriendly, nasty person who on top of it never wears a mask yet the store mandates it. She has literally made me stop going there... zero customer service. I don’t know how they keep her or what makes her think her attitude will be acceptable. There are many competitors who treat customers like gold, that’s who’s getting my business!

Love these guys, Josh is awesome. But the pandemic mask issue kills it. I walk in and TEN people, employees and customers, are without masks. I try to call or come in to talk to Josh. He’s no longer there and the phone goes unanswered. I’ve gone back five times now and every time the employees, and less often a few customers, are without masks. Again today the same thing. Josh, I’ve been taking my business elsewhere because of this. I like you and want to return but as long as I come in and see no masks I will go down to Capital. Signs outside the store are not working

Decent selection for the size of the store. Always friendly service.

I will no longer be a customer of this store, despite the amazing variety of beer. There is a female sales clerk who is nasty, unwelcoming and never says thank you. Additionally, the staff doesn’t wear masks and I’ve seen several customers without masks. There are plenty of choices in Fairfield. I will not give my hard earned money to a store that employs a person with a terrible attitude and a total disregard for safety.

Josh is amazing. His knowledge of wines and liquors is spot on. I always ask him about whats new.

The woman who works there is pretty grumpy. We go to Mos where the selection is much better and the staff is way friendlier and more knowledgeable.

I love this liquor store! They have a great selection of wines and liquor and they even have mixers and limes! They are very welcoming, helpful and friendly!
