Having to give you 1star just to post is way to much. My experience with the parts dept was the worst I have ever experienced in my 40 years of purchasing parts from anyplace. I paid for my part in advance to have them tell me it would be in by Wed morning. I waited until 1pm wed to call them only to NEVER reach anybody at the dealership all together. 3 attempts only to reach voice mail each time. Weird. After numerous tries and 2 voice messages later I still never received any response from them by the end of the business day. Strike 1. I called Thur morning just to only get voice message machine again. Really! I left 2 more messages and still no reply by noon. Strike 2. I finally drove the 17 miles one direction hoping the part was in. I rang the bell since of course nobody behind the parts counter, and minutes later the parts guy helped me out. sorta. Took a while for him to find my part and then tells me it was received on wed as told. Ok but he just puts my part down says here it is and disappears again out of site. What no call to tell somebody the part has come in. Nice follow up guys. Im sure glad my part was the right one because he had no concern if it was. I read reviews about this place and should have listened. I will pay the bridge toll next time just to not go here again. Management, I know you will respond with how come you never told us or contacted us about this problem. Well thats the 3rd strike. I did and no floor managers were around to hear my complaint so you leave me here to write this for all to see. You only did this to yourselves. A little effort goes along way
The service department was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked for a written quote before service but they refused. I ended up bringing in my car in for the 90k mile service. The price was much higher than my local shop but I figured they would do a good thorough job. When they completed the service and gave me the paperwork for what was completed and it didnt include a major item that that owners manual requires for the 90k mile service. I showed the owners manual to the service department and asked that the remaining item be done. The service guy became extremely rude and told me we completed the items that we include in the 90k mile service.
The maintenance staff is very kind and worked diligently to take care of my service needs.

Everyone at this dealership is awesome, from Miguel to Josh to my sales person Lariza. Lariza was amazing, she was very attentive and very informative about the vehicles . She helped me pick the vehicle that i am in love with today. Bought my Outlander in June 2018, when calling the dealership, no one ever answers...if you shockingly get through, they put you through to someones voicemail who never calls back. I dont recommend this dealership.
Worst experience I have ever had a dealership service department. I called a week before my scheduled service (2 hour drive from where I live) to make sure the service department knew it was not a 60k mile service for a base Lancer, but a Lancer Evolution X MR. I gave them the long list of parts needed (SST transmission filter, coolant hoses, spark plugs, to name a few). When we arrived, the service counter guy was as helpful as he could be, but one of his coworkers seriously dropped the ball by not having the parts already ordered and there. First, I found out they didnt have the SST transmission filter, so they could not change the transmission fluid. Next, I learned they did not have the coolant hoses. I told him to do what they could. While I was around town during the service, I got a call. They didnt have the spark plugs! Really?! Well, one less thing they were able to get done. Needless to say, this experience was one of the reasons I traded in my Evo for a Subaru WRX STI.
I wish i had never stepped in this dealership. They sold me a brand new car with full of body scratches.
