I love this place. Must have dealers license and resale tax certificate. Great selection! Have shopped this wholesaler for years.

While they have a great selection of products, their shipping takes up to four weeks to arrive, and yet they say they are shipping 7 - 9 days out. Ive never received an order from them in a timely manner. They also do not update their website to inform you if products are out of stock or not. You find that out after you receive your order and notice that what you ordered is out of stock. Most companies would call you or send you an email advising you of the shortage but they do nothing. Lastly, their shipping is astronomical!!!! I ordered $489.50 worth of product from them and they charged me $308.96 for shipping. When I questioned the cost, they did not care, they did absolutely nothing about it. To add insult to injury, after I received the five packages they shipped to me for this order, I weighed and measured each one to see what the shipping cost would be to ship it back to then, they charged me over $128 more then what I would pay Federal Express and I do not have a corporate account. Oh and if you refuse the order or ship it back to them they charge you a 20% restocking fee. They send out their catalog and say they are NOT making money on shipping, that is just not true they are a making a bundle of $$$ on shipping. Buyer beware, while they have a nice selection be very wary before ordering from them.
