Just completed our search for a new vehicle. Went to more than 8 dealerships over the course of a few weeks. We experienced the wore to the best it our search. The level of pushyness ranged fro simply obnoxious to a pleasure to do business with. Sadly we did not buy a Buick from Alden (ended up with a competitive Hybrid). It was a great experience to deal with professional and courteous people. Did not take long to repair. The waiting room was clean and friendly to the customer.

Not super pumped, bring my SUV in for an oil change and inspection sticker, after an hour and a half they come out and say I have a passenger bulb out (which I didnt before I brought it in, I checked the night before and right before I left the house because I knew I was getting a sticker) and a bunch of unneeded stuff. I decline and they say they need a bit longer then. Get my keys and drive the 5 minutes home and I can smell burning oil as I pulled into my driveway. Pop the hood and its smoke everywhere. Check with a flashlight and see they spilled oil everywhere and its burning off the exhaust manifold. Glad I dont have to bring it here anymore as my warranty period is over now. If you have a warranty and need a GMC dealer to do your oil changes Id go to a different one.

Friendly, courteous customer service team. I was offered a loaner car when an unexpected issue arose during the repair. The cost came in on estimate, and no after service issues! The Alden Buick GMC team won my business a few years ago, and I feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle here for service. I have a Chevrolet so I first called Colonial Chevrolet in Dartmouth. They were very rude and could not get me an appointment for 6 weeks. I called Alden and was treated with respect. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and friendly and got me an appointment right away. When I dropped off the truck the lady that helped me was also friendly and respectful. Alden fixed the problem with my truck and I will definitely be servicing my truck there in the future.

Blake was tremendously awesome as a salesperson. He is knowledgeable of vehicles and all the bells and whistles associated with them. He didnt vulture us like others do.

I have been to the dealership 3 times total. My first two times was for a recall and the experience was great. The last time I went it was not so great. I couldn’t get a definitive answer on what was wrong with my car. I was told there are problems wrong with my car that weren’t actually wrong with the car. The car is a new car and prior to going to the dealership I went to my normal mechanic who told me to go to the dealership because the car is still under warranty. I wasn’t able to get a loaner at the time of bring my car in. I was told a claim was filed with my warranty company which takes 48hrs for approval. When I called the dealership 48 hrs later the the claim was still not approved, so I called the warranty company who told me the dealership didn’t file the paperwork properly so that’s why it was still under review so I had to call the dealership again to solve the discrepancy. At some point during this time I was willing to just take my car and bring it somewhere else but was told they can’t release my car to me because of the open claim and that my car wasn’t drive able. Again, the car is a new car and I drove it in to the dealership, so I was really confused on why it was now not able to be driven. Once I solved the discrepancy with the warranty company, they told me they denied the claim because the part is still covered under General Motors. The warranty rep actually told me they were going back and forth with the dealership because the dealership didn’t want to cover the part. Once it was decided that the dealership will cover the part I asked for a loaner, which I was told they may or may not have. Once I talked tot he rep who was in charge of the loaners, he was so rude and had poor customer service. He told me if I couldn’t get to the dealership within the hour I won’t be getting a loaner until the day before I was told I can pick up my car. I was currently in an Uber on way to work so I wasn’t able to get to the dealership in that time frame. I had to call a manger after hanging up with the person in charge of the loaners, who then was able to get me a loaner the next day. Once I was able to get my car back I brought it back to my mechanic shop and told them everything and every problem that I was told at the dealership that was wrong with my car, my mechanic said was inaccurate and they had 2 different mechanics look over the car. In the end I feel like I can’t trust this dealership and will no longer bring my vehicle there for any services.

Great and quick service.

Hands down some of the best mechanics in town. Whenever I have an issue with my car, they take me in right away, diagnose the issue quickly, and have me on my way out as soon as they can. I have to give credit where credit is due, Loring is the best mechanic on the floor. Super knowledgable, trustworthy, and just all-around great guy. Going on ten years under his car mechanic expertise, he can do no wrong. Highly recommend!

Had a terrible experience at Mastria GMC in Raynham, they were more concerned making sure that the recieved their Diagostics fees rather than taking care of me as a customer with platinum warranty (lost a Customer) which had me look for a new dealer to service my vehicle, Lauren was more concerned about servicing my needs and utilizing my warranty and fixing my car. My experience was great!!!

I had the best buying experience with Blake! He was very professional and polite. He knew exactly what I wanted and had it ready to test drive when I arrived. The facility was very clean and even had wipes on the tables. Not once did I feel I was being forced into making a decision. I wasnt in the market for a new vehicle, but with my lease ending soon and the great promotions GMC was running I decided to email a few dealerships with the vehicle and options I was interested in. Alden was the only dealership out of seven who replied with a detailed email of all the information I was looking for. No games, which I hate. Shopping for a vehicle during a pandemic is a very different experience, but I have to say Damian, Craig, and Lou all made it very easy while practicing social distancing. I had a wonderful experience with Alden Buick GMC service department. I needed some repairs done on my vehicles engine and exhaust (big repairs!) and Karen not only walked me through the whole process but answered ALL of my questions along the way. She even went out of her way to look into warranties that I wasnt even aware I had left on my car. Upon picking up my vehicle I still had a couple questions and Ronnie (I believe was his name) was super nice and helpful and even took my car for a second test drive and hooked it up to run for any possible codes before I left. I will most definetly be recommending them and will be back for all future repairs to my GMC.

Staff was condescending every step of the way. The GM finally told me he wasnt sure if I could use my own pre-approved financing, that I had to use one of their financing options to make the purchase. He would get back to me... Never heard from them again... Probably for the best.

Body shop will rip you off and not fix your car properly. My bumper was hanging off car because they did not put any of the fasteners back my mud flaps went missing off my car and they broke the left tail pipe cover. Every phone call was a so sorry and then ill call back 5 times in told this still broke and never replaced anything they promised but cashed that check first day before they started.Go anywhere but here trust me but scam.

I bought my GMC Denali 2500 Duramax diesel in for a recall service. I am new to the area and I purchased this truck in New Jersey from a GMC dealer that I’ve been dealing with for 30 years. I split my time between New Jersey and Massachusetts. I noticed a diesel smell inside the truck almost immediately after getting the truck back. While I was in New Jersey I bought the truck into my dealer that I purchased the truck from and told them what work had been done for the recall. Upon them looking at the truck they told me that whoever did this work totally botched the job, they asked me if a certified GMC dealer did the work? I told them that Alden GMC did the work and they looked it up on the computer to confirm. They actually left bolts out of my exhaust system which allowed diesel fuel and blue DEF leak out all over the place. They said my truck should have never have left their property with the condition of the truck not being fully assembled back to where it should’ve been. I called them and spoke to Chris in the service Dept and asked him if a certified diesel mechanic did the work and he assured me they were’ I have not heard back from them since the phone call. I was totally disappointed with your service as you might guess and I will not be recommending them or returning for any service in the future !
