Too bad it has become a clothing store. Walked out of there empty handed the last few times I was in there. Marine supplies and fishing gear all priced well above competition. They have become last on my list. No so years ago.

Never have the parts we need, and usually we only find that out because we received the wrong parts the first time and had to bring them back 🤦‍♀️ very expensive in my option. We still get some supplies there just not boat rich enough to buy everything we need there🤭

Disappointed with the lack of inventory in the store, many empty shelves. Worth the ride to Middletown RI, larger store and full shelves. Staff was nice at Fairhaven and tried to be helpful. I’m sure COVID isn’t helping the situation.

End of summer 2020 and they were sold out of some things but I found what I needed and it was nice to be able to look over things which you cant do online.

Great visit tonight to the Fairhaven store. As always, everything at West Marine is well categorized, clean, and products of high quality abound. I love the selection and the brands. The young blonde girl who checked me out was informed. honest, and friendly.It would have been 5 stars, were it not for the dreadful dated music they piped in- depressed the heck out of me. It was woeful and uninspiring...please modernize it or my next visit may see me arriving with headphones!

Medium size West Marine Store. Staff are very helpful and order what I need if it is not in stock. Oriented more to recreational power boats than sail.

No customer service....in 3 locations I went to! And Ive been a gold member for quite a while. Do yourself a favor and order online!!

A medium size west marine located a few blocks from the Fairhaven Shipyard. Good parking. Note that the hours of operation are wrong on this website. I went at 8am as this site said, but they really opened at 9am. This West Marine has a good fishing gear selection.

With not too many marine like stores in the area, this one is definitely a go to. A variety of options for boats and even kayaks. Prices on some items seemed high, but fair for the most part. Fishing supplies can be found here as well.

Parts dept.is totally understocked and useless. The counterpeople have no knowledge of marine parts whatsoever. Do yourself the favor and go directly to the dealer or Kellog Marine for results. West Marine should close the parts dept.down and concentrate more on selling boogie boards, kayaks,clothing and big floppy beach hats!

Best Marine store in the area. Plan to spend more than on line sources. Plan ahead, as they commonly have to order the parts you need to complete a project.

Where else can you go on a Sunday afternoon for a stainless scupper. No that theyll match Amazon prices, theres no reason to go anywhere else.

I called and asked if they had a specific nautical chart they had me hold and the woman checked. Several days later I went to the store and after several attempts got some one to look but he had no idea where to find it!! He showed me a book with charts. And walked away. I looked around to ask someone else but the were all involved in conversations. Went to my car and ordered it on Amazon

I love this place, you can get everything to fish and it is quality equipment.

They had the trim tab solinoid in stock that I needed. They are not the cheapest but they had the part right away.

Employees are helpful, knowledeable and friendly. Place has everything you could imagine. Works for me.

Most thing are over priced by 5.-10.but qualify is good.proce is because of word marine .
