The employees who work here are absolutely awful. My friend went in there to upgrade his phone from android to the iPhone. Was told that if he decided to go in another direction that he would be able to cancel. Both times, he had to deal with someone who hates there jobs. There was a girl the first time, who continued to role her eyes at him for asking questions about product and plans. Then the second time, it was a young kid who continued to treat him like he didnt matter and that him asking questions was a problem. He has now decided to switch over to another provider. This was your Fairhaven store. Located in MA.
Good prices and plans. Great service. Got a flip phone and a new iPhone from Jeff and the service was great. Better experience here than Dartmouth.
I have always gotten great service at this location. Everyone is very helpful. I have gotten all my phones from Jeff. He is always patient and honest with prices and the plans. Definitely a better experience than the Dartmouth store. Go here and see Jeff. Great staff.

I am so disgusted. I have had wonderful experiences at this location in the past but this time the associate who helped me was named Todd. He gave me accessories I didn’t need (nor explain their purpose), he told me I could use my old watch for my daughter for family sharing (I couldn’t because of the model), he told me he took her Gizmo off my account (I’m still under contract- so he said he did when he couldn’t), he charged me $40 x2 in store for service fee in addition to the $35 activation fee Verizon charges. The watch I bought wasn’t working so I went back to him and he told me he doesn’t know anything about the watches so I had to call. (That was when I found out he didn’t remove the gizmo). I asked him for an estimated bill and he said he couldn’t but it wouldn’t be much more (it was) and when I asked him about the charges in store that I was paying, he wouldn’t explain them and told to swipe the card. I feel like Todd was shady and dishonest because all he wanted was the sale and did not care whatsoever about my individual needs. I feel like I was taken advantage of. DO NOT LET TODD ASSIST YOU!!

Very poor customer service! When I went to pay a bill that was past due and was just planning on paying my past balance. Well good thing I had enough to cover both this and last months payments cause this guy just charged both without even asking me. Also when I said something he rudly brushed me off like I was dirt on his shoes. I was very mad and I will not go back here. This happened twice! And they interrupt me when Im talking to them and asking a question. It was two guys who have been very very rude. The ladies, especially Rose Mary, are amazing! So knowledgeable. One gentleman is also amazing but I believe he has been there for a while. But two other boys are not! Rude pompous boys is what they are!
They only want to sell you things and don’t actually care about their customers. Service here has gone down since Rose left.
Erika has one of the best costumer service I’ve ever come across. She went out of her way to check to see if she had the phone I wanted in stock, she answered any question I had throughly and set up my phone. She was a very nice and polite person.
I have never had the worst SERVICE from a REP in my 35 years of using a cell phone. Erika ASSUMES too much. Never asked what type of IPhones we wanted, and thought we would pay monthly rather than pay the phones in full.. If I could give 1/2 a star I would.. Where is ROSE when you need her????

I have always loved the Verizon store in Fairhaven. I recently found out my go to girl rose was no longer with the company, but everyone else has always been wonderful. Everyone but a new gentleman named Todd. I had one of the worst experiences with him. He promised me certain promos that I did not received. He said I had an offer for a free apple ipad. It’s not free it’s 29.16. When I went to talk to him about it, he gave me an attitude and I told me to call customer service. That it was no longer his problem. Everyone else I’ve ever saw in this store was wonderful and kind. This gentleman needs serous training. See anyone else to make sure the job is done right.
Verizon wireless #1 and the help is impeccable why go anywhere else seriously !!! I bring my whole family here I even bought myself a second phone because I love 💕 my phone so much!!!

This is by far the worse most dishonest corrupt store Ive been to yet. Today made the 4thtime they tried to steal my money. I will be bringing them to court. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.
My parents have had phones with Verizon for many years and always dealt with rose in the Fairhaven location. Recently they went in and dealt with a gentleman named Todd. They expressed wanting a flip phone. He told them the smart phone they were getting would be free and their plan would not change. Not only was it not explained that the phone would only be free if it was fincanced, he raised their plan to a ten g plan at double the cost. When my parents came to return the phone, Todd refused to take it back and yelled at them. They came back three or four times with the same result If not for Verizon customer service and the manager of the location, they would have cancelled their account. This store has always been fair to us in the past. We will still go there, just not with Todd.

Bunch of scam artists looking for a sale and lies to customers about what bills will be. Scammed my mother into a new iPad. Mentioned nothing about fees or extra costs leading to a bill 200$ more. Lied to my girlfriend about costs on switching to Verizon from AT&T and about costs of new phone and that there will be no costs on new phones. We are done with this store. Sean or Shawn and Erika are employees who should be fired and we are sending our review and complaints directly to Verizon and customer service and adding poor Yelp review as well. Ive been a customer of this store for over 12 years. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Had worked with this store over several years. Previous experiences went well. But I purchased 2 new phones and opened 2 lines in November 2019 and have had nothing but issues. The man we worked with in store had no clue what he was doing and seems to have signed us up for an outrageously expensive contract.My comment to him when we started the buying process was I would like to get 1 phone line and 2 phones for about $150/mo. He said we could get 2 phones and a 3rd line for that. Now I am stuck paying $200+ additional fees. We were also supposed to get $300 in rebates that no one knows anything about now (6 months later).Verizon needs to take responsibility for their under trained (or straight up deceptive) employees. And solve the issues. We have called the main number (3 calls; over 2hrs each) and the support specialists usually seem nice but problem has not been resolved.

Dont waste your time and energy with the Fairhaven Verizon store just call Verizon customer service number. The gentleman I spoke to about a 5G sim card told me, I had to come in to the store in order for THEM to activate my sim card, which is COMPLETELY false!! I called customer service number and my 5G sim card will be here tomorrow! Thanks for nothing but false information Verizon store in Fairhaven!!!

This store was incredible to deal with. Had a few issues with my phone, and I was recommended to see Rose. She helped me with recovering all of my iPhone passwords and set me up with a brand new phone and made sure to cover all of my cell phone needs. Salesmen are very decietful and dont tell you all the truth. Buyer beware I was gonna take them to court but Verizon corperate was helpful. Their regional mgr will be investigating. Oh beware of phone returns....$100 restock fee!, BTW the salesman was Joe obvious a new hire as he had no business card. Shame on you!
Hidden charges like crazy. Employees never returned my calls about my bill. Nobody could explain why it was so high. I get the same service at a fraction of the cost at Metro PCS. Forget Verizion

Went in friday around 3:15 on April 28 with the intention of buying a new phone. A woman working there called out to me from across the store to see if I needed help. I walked over to her ( rather than her coming to me, but ok!) And asked to see the Iphones. She pointed over to where they were and went back to using her phone. All they has were 7s and I wanted to see a 6. I asked her if they had any 6s, she looked up from her phone said simply not on display and immediately put her head back down to her phone. All set, you lost a sale! I should have known better than to go anywhere else other than the Dartmouth location. I would never go to this store again.
This is the worst store. The wait there was over an hour just to pick a replacement phone. I now need a receipt for the expense, I have called twice, emailed them, and I cannot get a receipt. RIDICULOUS.I will never shop there again. Very unfriendly staff.
The Staff was super friendly, My Iphone got wet and I didnt know any of my Passwords, They got me into a new iphone and helped me figure out all of my passwords. This is far and away the best Verizon store I have ever shopped in. everyone was great and I will be sending all my family there to shop.
