Dont trust the photos and dont waist your money. I wanted to buy my family 1/2 dozen fancy donuts for $20. When ordered they told me they were out of boxes and proceeded to smash the first two into small plastic food containers. I asked them to stop because I didnt want to bring smashed Donuts home to my family. They charged me $11 for two smashed donuts. Dont trust the photos and dont waist your time and money.

By far, the best donuts in the area. The coffee is custom-brewed and made to order. The staff is friendly and the management has always been attentive to suggestions. AND ...the best linguica rolls ever are hand-made daily.

Its good but you need to get your menu sorted.What do you have? No one knows.Also common sense says to take someones full order then bring it to them. Not take it one at s time. Why even do that?

The place has a lovely steam punk aesthetic and our cashier was lovely. The shakes are nicely crafted and the specialty donuts were great as well

Amazing ! The Donuts are simply fantastic. Its so hard to choose . The Shakes are like nothing I have ever had so much care put into making them. The staff is so Friendly and they put as much care into helping customers as they do making all of their goodies . I cant wait for them to open the location in Mashpee .

Mas Donuts was the king of the New Bedford scene for decades. Even if they were still open The Donut Factory would without a doubt dethrone them. The honey dipped is big but light and fluffy, and the jelly is the real deal. A bit pricier than others but oh so worth it.

Went after seeing this place on TV. And glad we did. Got a little of everything, hugh and different creations for donuts, got 8 and all were great, got 2 meat and cheese bakes in a soft roll. Sorry forgot the meats one was linguica and was delicious. Got breakfast sandwiche coffee and best of all a strawberry cheese cake shake. Picture is a medium and it was huge big piece of cheese cake in it as well as coated around it. This was worth my hour drive and Ill be back to try more. Have to get in early as they sell out.

Soft warm and thick. That makes a donut experience. Thier breakfast sandwiches are a creative dream. Rapid service from friendly folk is all the more reason to support this local gem. Worth a repeat stop.

Good, friendly service. Very tasty and good variety of sweet stuff and fresh coffee (at 3pm even). Of special notice is the serving size of their products because theyre 2 to 3 times the size of what you get at other donut places. They also make very creative single cookie/ cake desserts. And sorry, but there is some negativity. They have had to revise their store layout because of Covid-19 but its messy, not very inviting and really needs to be cleaned up and made more attractive.

The donuts are huge compare to a dunkin or any other chain donut shop. I consider them gourmet donuts because they are all crafted so nicely and are very unique. Some people complain about price but its really not bad for what you get. Its not like you are getting a 1/2 or a dozen everyday so it wont break the bank! Deff worth it!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered and paid they day before specifically for curbside. The phone was busy when we got there’s waited 15 mins continued to be busy. Then Went through the drive through to ask for them to bring it out. They basically refused, so we paid for donuts we never received, they refused a refund. What really was the last straw we witnessed employees wearing masks under their chin and according to the owner “that’s allowed” as long as they are not touching food. I wish I could give zero stars.

Great service, staff and the donuts...to good to describe. My granddaughter had a chocolate frosted donut and she swore off D and D. I had a peaches and cream that was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. They have a huge selection of custom created donuts you have to see to believe.

Amazing fiest time experience. my partner she wanted donuts for her birthday and was extremely pleased once arrived. we came around 12/1pm and the barista was funny and even wished my partner a happy birthday. we left with 3 gourmet and 8 original. plus the x factor reese. highly recommended and will be back again. hopefully the same barista will be within.

Donut was very hard and blah but the strawberries and cream part of it was delicious. Got a sm. chocolate shake $6 and not worth it. After everything i heard about this place i was very unhappy with it

Dont bother even stopping here. Walked through but was literally ignored by the three employees while I waited for service. There were only eight donut varieties to choose from at 9 a.m. and the place was empty. I left without buying anything and wont be back.

I waited 10 minutes in line and ordered a milkshake and the employee said “I don’t do milkshakes when I am alone”. Very disappointing how short staffed they are

Took the drive... Cant review the food as not one of the 3-4 girls working even acknowledged us standing at the counter. There was only a few customers in the shop the tables were filthy all of them. Apparently the employees were in the back ? Making donuts? As I stood and waited for someone to take our order or even acknowledge our existence...I watched one employee hold a donut in the back and finger paint frosting with a gloved finger on one donut for literally 10 minutes... Dont go, dirty and no service...Looked good on Phantom Gourmet but not in reality...

I wish I could give a real review, but they randomly closed 6 hours early. My wife and I drove an hour to try some coffee and donuts etc. The drive thru has no menu or anything either and looks like it hasnt been on service for a while. Pretty disappointed.

This was the most pleasant experience! I was warmly greeted and was given plenty of time to poke around because it was my first time and there is a lot to see! I tried a sample of the X factor and it was the most creamy delicious coffee drink .The woman behind me was going to a party and the employees were so helpful offering her plenty of choices, even offering to make some!

The girl scouts thin mint frozen drink was amazing. The staff was nice to us but it didnt think they liked each other. A little tense in there but the drinks were great and addictive. Donuts are great as well at least that is what my husband mentioned.

Cant say enough great things about this place! Doughnuts were better than Mas! Service was outstanding. Also they had local.Pops that were so good. I could suggest if they ask if you wanted it warmed that they put it in a pizza oven is my only suggestion. Microwave used to warm anything is bad. This place is Outstanding! Try it!

Great food, snacks, and drinks. Horrible service.The same group of women who have been causing bad reviews lately still work here, and still have a complete attitude. Ignored when I came in, ignored after ordering so I didnt even know if they heard me, and then toss my food, give me a total, and say nothing else. Just ride looks on their faces like Im bothering their break time by ordering a donut and coffee from a coffee shop in the morning... I wont be back until they hire people who are willing to work.

Boy, let me tell you what a treat this was. The staff was very friendly despite having been slammed all morning. We got a few donuts to go and a latte. The blueberry cake donut was large, tasty and just right. The gourmet donuts havent been cracked into yet but they will get an update here. The staff (daughter of Stan the owner) told us to take a trip over to their Fairhaven location as they were out of pizzas today. Friendly, large menu, great prices. Highly recommended.

WOOOW no one knows what they’re doing or even cares. Waited 32 minutes for 3 ice creams with waffle cones. Very frustrating experience. No menu inside besides some sad paper menu on the counter that every customer has to touch to view. 3 TVs right above the counter for a menu that “ have never worked”...a real shame. Such potential. I won’t be going back.

I just ordered a simple chocolate lemon donut and coffee. It was huge and delicious. Cant wait to get back there to check out more of their goodies.

First experience was very good (1yr ago 2018)Preordered a pie for Thanksgiving 2019When we went to pick it up they couldnt find our order. It was extremely busy with only one girl working. The pie was quickly put together and very disheveled looking. Most of the women working also have bad attitudes.

Specialty drinks are delicious. Specialty donuts are to die for. They are on the sweet side so its hard to eat a whole one. Regular donuts are great. Decent parking situation. Not over priced. I feel as though this is an underappreciated spot. Needs more credit.

Love the creativity here. They have not only funky and outlandish flavors for the adventurous, but also the basics. They even have their own version of a well known local drink that starts with the word chip (you know what I mean if your from the area and are into the frozen coffee drink thing). I appreciated that they had some savory flavors like buffalo chicken. It was good. The decorations are steam punk. I appreciate their efforts to add a little upscale choice to the area.

Went in early after work. There were no donuts on the racks, the only choice for donuts I could pick from were a box of 6 donuts sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. All the pictures and lists of donut flavors but none are ever available and seemed to be just a rip off of PVdonuts. The rating should be at 1-2 star. Not sure how this place got a mention from Phantom Gourmet

Horrible horrible horrible service. I went inside with my 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter and didn’t get acknowledged whatsoever. After 10 minutes of just waiting to order I finally spoke up and asked when will they be ready to take my order. Well..... this woman working there immediately starts giving me attitude and told me to leave the place For no reason!!!!. I gladly started to leave and as I was walking out of the place (with my two toddlers may I remind you) she was taunting me and giving me dirty looks and acting all around childish. I was putting my kids in the car and she starts yelling things out the drive thru window! My son was scared and kept asking me why the worker made us leave. He was very excited to get a candy covered donut just to be disappointed. Don’t recommend anyone goes there.

I do enjoy some of the treats you can have at this place. My complaints are that the donuts can be very sugary coffee is not so great even the x-factor. The cleanliness of it is something that needs improvement. Sadly a place that could thrive in its location needs some desperate help that I dont believe it will receive.

We went one time last year but didnt have the best experience so we recently decided to give it another try and can now safely say, we will never return, based soley on the customer service or lack there of. We stood in line for 20 minutes, mind you we were the second and only other group of people in line, without so much as greeting or acknowledgement of our existence before we decided to walk out. The one girl who was working the counter was too busy flirting with the 2 teenage boys in front of us to even notice us. We stood there for 20 minutes while they looked at the menu and couldnt decide what they want. This would have been ok if the other six or seven employees in the building werent just walking around the back like they were bored with nothing to do. A few of them peeked out the back at us in line but none offered to help. When I saw a woman come out of the back I asked her if anyone would be out to help us soon and she just looked me square in the face and walked away. The donuts may look good but the horrible service has tarnished this place for sure.

Nice clean breakfast place. The Donuts are 100% better than the other famous named donut shops around. They make big donuts packed with a lot of filling thats what makes it so great. I never had big donuts with so much filling. Love this place. I highly recommend people to go check it out. Youll go back for sure.

The donuts are amazing and the pizza was too. Jenn and I had the Thanksgiving pizza. About 2 1/2 thick with turkey, mashed potatoes, homemade stuffing and cranberry sauce. So good. Worth the 2 1/2 he drive

Absolutely Horrible! We left there so disgusted! The first 3 things we ordered off the menu they didnt have, and what we did finally get was awful, my Linguicia was pretty much raw and cold,And my bagel that I had it on was not even close to being toasted, it went in the trash! My husband and I also both ordered A flavored coffee in which neither of them were flavored! We also each got A deluxe premium donut and both of them although very pretty to look at were dry and stale! Our total came to $25 and change only to have to stop somewhere else to eat! I brought all this to the girl who waited on us attention and she was aggravated and made excise after excuse! We had family with us from out of town and they were equally disgusted! The whole experience was terrible! I would choose to give this location negative stars if I could!

Girlfriend really wanted to check the place out.I had a maple glazed with bacon which was good. I did have a hostess donut the next day but the donuts are just to big lol. It sounds weird I guess but I think Ill pass on it more so then go but was loaded with flavor and did taste good the service at the place sucks like distant and not personable. (I cant speak for whole staff)

My husband and I came here for the first time and loved it. We tried the cacoila and the linguica sandwich, they were both awesome! And of course the donuts were great too, apple cider and chocolate glazed. Well be back for sure.

I absolutely love this place! We found out about it on google, their site shows so many varieties we were excited to try a few out! The hours on google were wrong so we missed it on our first try, but we came back a few days later (and earlier).We bought a bunch of donuts to try (too many honestly): an oreo coffee roll (which is huge!! and great), lemon fill (possibly my fav!), raspberry fill, boston creme, regular frosted, and red velvet. They were all very good! The raspberry jelly and red velvet were my least favorite, but its hard to compete with all the others being so spectacular.

I had a strawberry cheesecake donut and the lingua and cheese roll. They were the best. Both is something that I would order again. And now with their location in Fairhaven its more convenient for me. Great service

Finally decided to give donut factory a try, and I was pleased. The coffee flavors are better than dunkin. More than likely will be my new go to for my mornings.

Went there hoping to get a linguica roll, but they were sold out. My fault for going so late. Did try their blueberry cake donut and it was heavenly. Jessica was super helpful and nice. She made me a perfect iced coconut coffee with almond milk. Cant wait to get back there for that linguica roll and to try some of the specialty donuts!

Amazing experience! Very busy but the service is kind and timely according to the line they have and how rowdy the clientele . Definitely coming back, the iced coffees are delicious and can actually be moderated between sweet and bitter (thankfully with those of us who drink it black )! The donuts and pizza and shakes are to DIE for ! Huge and crazy ! Ive had a little bit of everything on the menu so I can definitely say this place is a hit, for any palate . Hubby took me here and I fell in love. The shakes are all to die for and the donuts are delicious and so crafty! If their donuts gone its because youre there later in the afternoon. Just like every donut place there is only a limited quantity. The owner was there with his daughter and they are so sociable and very enthusiastic. Its hard to find people who honestly care about their clients and their satisfaction.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is a bit bland but gives a feel for a old time restaurant. They have a variety of unique donut flavors with the toppings to match like fruity pebbles, Reeses, even a buffalo chicken donut. They also have a drink called The Factor which is like coffee milk with a kick of caffeine.

These people serve old donuts from days before. I thought I would go in extra early just to get a fresh donut, but sadly it tasted like yesterdays donut. The coffee is not that good either

Seems to be slipping or headed in wrong direction....was very impressed with flavor and creativity when first opened....but now the strawberry shortcake has lost most if its strawberries and the bananas foster was lacking bananas[4small slices laying on a pile of cream] my chocolate glazed donut tasted like burnt/old grease had been used. Also was at 1st confusing and hard to find prices. ...was happy to see menu [not] i ordered coffee roll and when i paid it was more than what menu stated....woman explained....they are now larger and price has gone up 😲[make note on menu🤔] also...parking was always an issue but now it atrocious due to the drive~thru.....sorry...but probably wont be making to many more 25 minute drives for it 😞Hoping all the kinks get worked out and it continues to be all you wanted it to be 💜

Their x factor is delicious! Ive only tried the linguica rolls, which are good. My daughter and I tried one of the $4 specialty donuts which are ok but a bit overkill. The prices are a bit high but I was told they use the best ingredients. We go there for a coffee once a month or so.

First visit was absolutely amazing, the owners wife is the sweetest women & food was delicious. However, we went this morning & all the employees were standing around gossiping while a long line was in front. We waited SO long, & eventually left, very disappointed.. my little ones were hungry & upset.
