I have been coming to this store for years because of the great customer service at the printing counter. I will not be coming back again.Spoke to the manager Ethan about my experience and he could have cared less.I am really surprised because it was always such a great place. I have to take back the five stars.

Had lg photos copied and they were done quickly and the price was great! Thank you to Heather who was very nice and helpful with that as well as helping me to make copies of some important papers.

This Staples by far has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Today, David and Styles worked with me to get business cards just right. Not easy to do online. I appreciate their help and patience.

This is the worst place for prints, they are extremely unprofessional, the women were kind however the men told me they had no prints for me after I just had confirmed in person that they had my prints, then the woman asked if I wanted to fade the google bars on top of the images I said yes and my husband picked up the images there the wrong size and they have searche bars on the images. This was for my sons project which will now be late/ ruined because of the lack of care and commitment to respect for the customer and communication between staff

Patrons in store not wearing masks during this pandemic. Employees lack the balls to tell customers to come back with mask...one customer in there NO MASK was milling about every department in such fashion, sitting in office chairs touching EVERYTHING in the store....that said, not going back here any day soon....

I been calling all week for a product, they said today shipment truck comes in.the sales rep took my name and number and said she call when product was on truck. Product came in today but I never received a call. Nice knowing Staples does business this way, I will never shop at Staples again. I used to like shopping there, but will buy elsewhere from now on.

My most recent visit- A gentleman that works there showed me directly to two items I was looking for, after asking me if I needed any assistance. The female cashier was polite, and helpful. She easily did a price match for me, hassle free and quickly. Also, she pointed out a survey giveaway opportunity on the receipt. The store is always clean, with neat displays, decent prices, large stock, and unique office and school supply finds. Ive gone every week since Back To School sales have started and have no complaints, so far, except maybe they should have a larger stock of low priced sale items or quicker restock availability so more people can take advantage of the sale price.

Had a great experience with their printing department. They slipped up on an order, and offered me a full refund even though they fixed the issue promptly. The staff were all very friendly and full of smiles. I dont expect outstanding customer service from large chain stores, but Staples delivered!

Staples Print and Marketing offer services that go a step above and beyond. After having issues with some ordered prints, Fairhaven Staples employees found me a quick an easy solution. I highly recommend and will definitely return for business.

Today was not a good experience, generally they are extremely helpful I went in just after noon to print 5 pages of 36x24 architectural drawings it took an hour and I was dealing with 3 different clerks 2 went to lunch before finishing waiting on me,1 just came back from lunch he inherited me. Next time I will not go near lunch time

Amazing people working in Copy & print. Friendly, professional and (more important..to me), knowledgeable. Whatever issues I might have are immediately addressed and corrected. Ive been using this store for over 15 years and I have gone through more store managers and assistants than I can count, along with a fair share of C&P associates, but they always seem to get replaced with people who are as good or better. Im a professional photographer and get much of my large format printing work done here. I couldnt be happier.

I go to the store about three times a month to buy stuff I dont like to really buy online I like to have it when I can get it. I have always found the staff friendly non pushy and helpful. Theres always one guy I think his name is Brian would red hair always helpful especially with the computer stuff.Unfortunately these kind of box stores are going out of business because of online cheaper rates but I do prefer to do it in person if I can Ive always liked Staples but Im posting this review of Fairhaven today because of the treatment I got in Fall River and how ridiculously stupid is compare the two of them.That being said I will continue to go to the Fairhaven location for the professional courtesy that they give their customers and thanks for the people in Fall River Im going to have to go there today and buy a laptop

Staples price matches competitors including website prices(+ 10% of the difference off). Walmart wont even match own website prices. Would have to order product online and have it shipped to store in order to get for lower price(even though they have it right there in store). They lost a sale. Ill continue to use Staples for any office supplies/computer electronics needs in the future.

Ruben took the customer behind me instead of me and then when he asked the other employees to come over and open the register for my change it was a 6 to 7 minute wait as he was busy talking to the cashiers laughing and carrying on I couldnt believe it . I thought that I walked into the twilight zone. Very unhappy.

I tried to use the office section of Staples today, but 2 of the 3 copiers were out of order and the fax machine was also not working. I couldnt find a Staples remover or a stapler to prepare to make copies. The staff laughed it off. Hardly a place to go to help with office functions.
