This store and the women that own it define world-class customer service. When no one else would even speak to me about ordering furniture (because they were busy enough and didnt need more business) Jaci dropped everything, sent me over 20 pictures, swapped cell phone numbers, and was calling me back on a Saturday night just to get me an answer. From the first call through delivery yesterday they are unbelievable. I wish the owners could come and run my customer service department. The products are only the best, the prices are reasonable, the delivery was perfect, and like I said they make it a pleasure to shop with them because they are so customer-focused. The way it should be. I would drive 10 hours out of my way to give them business.

My friend and I traveled 6 hours each way to shop for outdoor furniture at this beautiful showroom. We were not disappointed. The selection of quality outdoor furniture is extensive and outstanding. Lisa and Jackie are attentive and spend significant time and effort assisting you in finding furniture to meet your needs and budget. We followed Lisas recommendation and had a fantastic seafood lunch after our visit. i highly recommend taking a trip to this showroom!

Lisa and her team were knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. We furnished a backyard patio and had an event coming within a month’s time. Most of our stuff came in thanks to their great relationship with vendors. They also let us borrow an umbrella for the event and then came and swapped it out when ours came in. They are the epitome of what makes working with small businesses so wonderful. I’d buy from them any time and I wish I could put a photo here because the yard looks fantastic. We’re not the Adirondack type, but that was no problem at Gotta Have It nor for Lisa’s eye for design.

Lisa and Jackie are amazing! My husband and I spend some time looking for the right outdoor living room set and Jackie was very informative and knowledgeable in all the products. She helps us through the process from choosing the finishes and cushion color. We ended up ordering a special order fabric so it was going to take a few weeks for the cushions to come in. Lisa and Jackie were amazing as they loaned us a set of cushions in the mean time as they know we were having guests over the next week. Their delivery was quick and simple! I have purchased an outdoor dining set, couch, loveseat and chair, also bar stools and Adirondack chairs from them and love the quality and comfort of all pieces. I would not go anywhere else for outdoor furniture! They simple are the best!

Jaci was extremely helpful. Great selection of outdoor plastic furniture. Pricey but excellent quality and quite attractive. Would absolutely purchase there in the future.
