Very unhappy with my limited experience with Vance & Sons. I called and asked for help getting a design / quote for some services. I was asked to email pictures & details for what I was looking for and they would be in touch. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing. When I called to leave a message asking for my quote, I was notified the original person answering the phone was fired as she had not been forwarding information to others. I was informed that I would get information later that day. That was over a week ago. Ive taken my business elsewhere.

I cannot say enough about the quality and consideration that this company provides for their customers. I will never get my cabinets from anyone else.

Staff is friendly and very helpful.They do an excellent job on all your cabinet and wood needs with there great staff
