A very positive experience. I didnt come to the location because they came to me instead. I had them come to my work parking lot and they were on time and called me 20 minutes before they arrived. The guy took about an hour and a half and did a phenomenal job. I was shocked when it was all done because they reattached my alarm receiver and even transplanted my oil change sticker. Absolutely recommended for everyone!

Safelites phone service sucks! Its all computerized and impossible to get through without getting hung up on constantly. Very aggravating. It forces you to use their on-line service. No way to talk to a human being.

I took my 2016 Dodge Durango here to have a very small chip sealed in my windshield. The chip was barely noticeable but I knew it was there. I’d taken my charger here a few years earlier with no issues. This time he got my vehicle back right away, brought it back out to us about 30 minutes later. We noticed right away that the small chip was was now a split in the glass. He said it happens but it is sealed. Okay we left. Got down the road less than a mile and the whole windshield split. Like in half. We drove back and told him he broke the windshield, to which he replied “that can happen sometimes.” Then he preceded to tell us that our insurance would cover replacing the entire windshield if we wanted. That was it no apology only a suggestion to give them more business by having them replace a windshield that they broke. I should add that the small chip had been there for at least a year. We only went in because we were riding past and had finally decided to get it sealed. I’m confident we wouldn’t have needed a new windshield had we not gone here and he messed it up. Of course we didn’t let them replace our windshield, we went to a shop further in town and let them do the work. I don’t know if this kid was new or what but I won’t be going back here. And of course I told everyone I could all about it. Don’t go here, if they crack your windshield they will act like it was gonna happen anyhow to avoid any accountability.

Some COVID fee if I prefer for them to come to my house, or I have to bring the car EARLY in the morning and pick up in the afternoon because they need to sanitize... LOLI was there for a good while waiting and no car was sprayed or wiped down, fraudulent bogus fees.They are not bad, but seem shady when talking to them, at some point thought they were high or w a hang-over. Their insurance system screwed up and sent the claim to the wrong company, and I had to call and fix the mess.

I had a large crack in my windshield and scheduled an appointment with safelite to come to my home a replace it. They rescheduled my appointment less than a day before my appointment was supposed to take place. Then the day the came that they had picked to reschedule it the technician called me 2 hours after he was already supposed to be there and said he couldn’t do it and told me to go to the shop instead.I couldn’t recommend this company less. They also never responded to my request to speak with someone regarding my dissatisfaction and frankly it seems like they do not care about the customers whatsoever.

The technicians were incredibly helpful and professional. They managed to find time to order my windshield and get it installed the same day even though I was a walk-in. When I received my truck back they even went as far as to vacuum the front to be sure to leave the vehicle cleaner than it arrived. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a crack/chip fixed!

Needed a new windshield for my 2008 Ford Edge. Jacob did a great job. All employees seemed to be busy and professional. They all seemed to like their jobs, and know the needs of different car makes and models with regards to glass. I will definitely use again if needed.

Weather cracked my windshield and the day of my appointment they said it would take about an hour and 20 minutes, had my truck back right at an hour.

I was nervous about install. This is a brand new car with a vandalized rear window. Man! These guys day earlier than I requested and no sweat. Best looking job. High pros in Fairview.

Had three chips repaired on the windshield of my Honda. Checked prices online and found them to be reasonable. Booked the appointment on the website, which was easy and provided all the necessary information including a quote.Once I arrived, I was greeted promptly. There was one person ahead of me, so there was a short wait which they apologized for. (Not a big deal.) The rep walked me through the process and explained how long the work would take. It was completed promptly. Afterwards, he went over the results and explained what to expect and how the warranty works.The car was returned with the windows cleaned and front interior vacuumed, which I didnt expect.All very professional and painless. Would definitely use them again.

Unable to get a representative AT ALL to see if or when my car would be done no one has called etc or nothing . Very poor in regards to customer service aspects of things

Lost my keys during a 2 hour windshield replacement! Tech called and said that my vehicle was ready, I got there in 15 minutes, and they had lost my keys! I waited for an hour and a half while the two employees there looked for my keys. They ended up not being able to find them and I had to run home to get my spare set. Got back and they still didnt find them. Employee gave me $15 off the repair since they lost my keys and I had to wait 2 hours at this point. Should have really gotten a free repair or at least only have to pay for parts after that ordeal! Contacted the manager and corporate and they agreed to pay for a new set of keys, however I had to pay for them first out of pocket and then didnt get reimbursed for them for about a month. Not even mentioning the gas I had to use to go to the dealership 30 minutes away and the time I spent waiting there for them to program the new key. Horrible experience!! Do not recommend!!!

My appointment was from 12 to 5 p.m.I gave my insurance company my cell number so that the company could call me. The tech called a number I recently had disconnected. Then he shows up at 5:02 all sweaty and looking tired. Wasnt about to let him work on my car. 5 hous is way too long! He knew he had other jobs before me and either him or the company could have called us and said that it probably would be 5 p.m till he would get there instead of wasting my whole afternoon. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with! Service is poor!

This past summer, my rear view mirror simply fell off my windshield... I drover over to their shop and had them reinstall it... they did it right away while I waiting. (lucky timing I guess), they were VERY nice, and didnt even charge me!!! They didnt know I had them do a different vehicles back window a few years ago, and I was very satisfied back then as well... good people... Next time I need a windshield, Ill be sure to use them again. Thanks. Bruce Robertson

This place is a joke!!!! Do not take your vehicle here! I only went as my insurance company “works” with this company. Brand new car botched up a simple rock chip fix! Now that it’s been messed with nobody will touch it and I’m stuck paying for a brand new windshield in my 19 Camry!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! They will mess up the job on purpose just so your insurance company will have too shell out!!

Replaced windshield for mini van. Reasonable price, but little disappointed about how they seal the edges; caulking rubber was showing in some area. It took 1.5 hrs as informed and friendly staff.

One star is required to post, but they deserve ZERO STARS! I travel, mostly driving, M-F so I can only get auto service on Saturdays. I have two vehicles that needed windshield replacements, and Safelite is more expensive than most, but the national franchise aspect, convinced me they knew what they were doing; big mistake.SATURDAY NUMBER 1, they called me the night before to cancel one of the two vehicles since the windshield hadn’t arrived, and when I arrived the next day with vehicle number 2, they didn’t have the appointment in their schedule, When I asked how this could happen, they couldn’t explain.SATURDAY NUMBER 2, I brought my first vehicle in and they said my vehicle didn’t have a rain sensor, but the windshield did, which confused me because I knew that the vehicle did have a rain sensor, but we rescheduled both appointments for the next weekend.SATURDAY NUMBER 3, the windshield came in with no rain sensor and I dropped it off. No surprise at this point, but they called me after my wife picked me up and said, “the vehicle had a rain sensor, but the windshield did not.” I explained that the opposite was told to me one week earlier, but the technician, didn’t care. They left my vehicle out front of the business with the keys in it and the door open, no apology, no explanation, no concern for my troubles. I will NEVER use this horrible company again. I STRONGLY suggest you do not use this company, remember, If you’ve read this, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

After dealing with Safelite on three separate occasions, I can honestly say I will never deal with them again.The first time was January 14, 2016. This time was relatively painless. I left my car at home while I went to work. I came home and the job was done. However, I keep a lanyard on my rearview mirror. When I came home, the lanyard was not taken off, and because he kept it on when he reattached my mirror, he left the lanyard on. So there was an $18 lanyard that was ruined.Almost exactly two months later (3/5/16), my windshield cracked again. Great. So I called Safelite, and they came out to fix it because the windshields come with a lifetime guarantee! AWESOME! Nope. This wasnt covered because the crack was not caused by a defect in the windshield. Of course. So, the guy told me he couldnt fix it then. Keep in mind this was at 4:30 on a Saturday.Being the procrastinator that I am, I didnt call back my insurance until 5/4/16 to get it replaced. Safelite was scheduled to come back on 5/5/16 between 12 and 5. So, since I knew how this story goes, I took off work early. Luckily I made it home before the guy got there. He got there, started the job, and I breathed a sigh of relief. But lo and behold, there was an issue. (See a pattern here?) Apparently when the guy from January reattached my antenna, he put some serious muscle on it, and this guy couldnt get it off. So i was given two options: 1.) try to take it off myself (yeah, right) or 2.) take it to an auto body shop and have it removed. SERIOUSLY?? These were my two options? For a problem that was THEIR fault.So, I called customer service and talked to a super nice lady. She tried getting a hold of the manager from the Fairview Store, but he had already left for the day. I guess this is common practice, because this wasnt the first time I got poor service near the end of the day.She said she would send him an email detailing the whole situation and asking him to call me first thing on Friday morning (the next day). Well, Friday morning comes and goes. When I got off work at 2:40, I called customer service again. This time I was finally able to call and talk to the manager!Can you say rude? I was never offered an apology, compensation for my time and trouble, NOTHING. The solution was to send two guys to my work on Tuesday (4 days from them) and fix it. Great. That still doesnt fix the problem that YOU caused.I cancelled the appointment today. I will go through the dealership from now on.Dont waste your time.

Had a chip in the windshield made call to my insurance company. Safelite was on the phone setting me up an appointment. I drove over and lucky no one was ahead of me. I was in and out it about 30 minutes. They would have came to me but it was quick and easy to go there. If I have an issue or a chip I will be back.

I crack my window on my drive to Missouri. I have never made an insurance claim before. I had heard good things about Safelite. So I chose the closes location to where I was staying. They filled the crack but they actually made it bigger and I ended up needing my windshield replaced.

We took our car there to have a crack sealed and left with THAT crack sealed, BUT the guy made the crack SPREAD while attempting to repair it, so now we have to have the entire windshield replaced!! He told us that it’s a chance you take and that they will give us $100 off if we got a new windshield. Now, what kind of business is that? I bring my SMALL problem to these guys and they make it BIGGER and I have to suffer for it!

Went in with a leaky window. Instead of charging me, which they could have easily done and which I was ready to do, they gave me free advice to get it fixed for free. They earned my future business easily. This would have been a $150.00 cost otherwise.

So many errors made by the staff in st Louis Corp office, to the actual store is mind boggling. Basic, procedures, follow up and communication are nonexistent. Wrong orders, lack of communication on messages, and excuses run rampant. I thought their was hope after their efforts to correct the situation, but alas...more time=more screw ups.
