I had back surgery recently and cant lift anything heavy. I asked if they could change my car battery for me and they did a remarkable job with installation. Ryan, the sales manager, was super helpful and even fixed my hood latch for me. Thank you so much!!!

I was having an issue starting my Explorer, so I drove to the local AutoZone to see if they could help me. The young man Zach helped me right out and even installed the battery in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!

I had my car battery die less than a mile away, so I ubered there to get some assistance. They wouldnt help me install, so I bought the battery myself and took it back. The lady sends her friend who does service for cars or something with me to help. He ends up helping me install and charged me 40 dollars. For something AutoZone could have done for me or I could have done. Literally only unscrewed the bolts for me. So I felt scammed out of 40 dollars, did not feel helped or serviced by AutoZone.

My husband and I stopped here shortly before they closed for the night to get a bulb for the tail light. We were on a road trip and didn’t have any tools to replace it, but willing to buy what we needed to fix it. Andrew said he had the tools and came out to replace both bulbs since he said if one is out, the other one is probably going to go out soon. He had both done in less than 10 min, while interacting with my 7 yr old nephew that was in the backseat of the van.Even though we were just there for the night, this would be the store I would go to if I lived there.

I have been going to this location for years and the quality of service has gone down significantly. I went to this location yesterday to get a headlight replacement bulb. The lady behind the counter looked up the information and pointed to the isle and told me to go down there to find it. I asked if someone could put it in. She told me to pop the hood and proceeded to tell me that she would have to take apart pieces under the hood or go under the tire and it would take too much effort to do. She asked me if I still wanted to buy it. I purchased the bulb and my brother replaced it in 10 min. I feel like if a person doesnt know about vehicles or are too lazy to do a job they shouldnt be working there. I wont be going here again.

Im all for women empowerment and feminism, but the females that work here dont know what theyre doing. They caused my husband to buy the wrong windshield wipers and whenever I ask questions they dont know the answers. They are usually the only ones there when I come.

Can usually find whats needed myself. But when I need help, there are a couple employees who were basically useless.

Despite the order to wear masks, one out of two employees wire theirs on their chin when interesting with customers. Three out the seven customers did not wear masks though the store requires them.And, the only item needed that was in stock was bent.

The employees are not welcoming. I have only visited this store twice and on both visits the employees were not helpful and actually kind of rude. No thank you and have a nice day from them. Ask them a question and they dont offer or ask you would you like for me to show you? No good customer service!

Very nice employees and very helpful. I was changing my light bulb in the front of my car and couldnt unscrew it. I went in to purchase the bulb and asked for help. The clerk was great. We were able to unscrew the bulb and replaced it.Excellent experience and yes I recommend this Auto Zone.

The manager, Kim, was very helpful. I went in for a return expecting to get no help at all, and she managed to get me all of my money back. She is the only reason I will be returning to this establishment.

Always have auto items in stock that I needed. It is a blessing that the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with small tasks, re: replace wiper blades. I did not know the company offers troubleshooting until I mentioned the check engine light came in. That, in its self is a service that may save a customer time and money. And, yes, the local AutoZone give, with proper identification, military discounts.

My Ford F-350 blew a head gasket actually a blue both of them so I pull into AutoZone I travel a lot so I go inside and buy me some block seal well that did not work being a blue-collar man and traveling for work I dont have a lot of money so I had to do the head gaskets myself I tore them down in the parking lot as a matter of fact I spent the night there for 4 days and the people at AutoZone were the most helpful friendliest people I have ever met in my life they went so far out of their way to help me and my wife it it it was mind-blowing they bent over backwards and helped me in any way they could they did not say anything that I was sleeping in their parking lot because I was broke because I spent all my money at AutoZone everybody there was top-notch and I have not a complaint one I do have one Stand Out There is a young lady there named Rachel and we were so broke she went inside and bought my oil and filter for me out of her own pocket as a matter of fact they bought our lunch thank you all so much for the help Larry Rachel and everybody else involved that helped me out I would also like to thank the people at St Vincents church for for helping me with some food and a gas voucher and I would also like to thank the local police department for not arresting me when the neighbors called because I was camping out fixing my truck and yes the folks at AutoZone even vouched for me and stood up for me and my wife to the police all and all the experience sucked because I had to do all the work myself in the parking lot in 110-degree heat but every employee at that AutoZone made that miserable experience more pleasurable and they were the most helpful people ever and I thank you all once again and I recommend this store and the people in it to anybody and hey guys if any of you are reading this I blew a damn push rod about an hour out of Indianapolis hopefully I can find another AutoZone to fix it at

Fast, friendly service, and very helpful. I pulled in during a road trip when my electrical system was dying, and they helped me determine that the alternator was the issue. They sold me the correct replacement part, a refurbished one that they had in stock, and they helped me find a mechanic who would replace it. I ended up using a different mechanic who couldnt warranty their part, but Auto Zone refunded the part, no questions asked.

Normally friendly. But on our last visit. The cashier had an attitude from the get go. Only changed her attitude after I got mad. Gonna be awhile before we come back. Not a fan of attitudes when we came in being pleasant.

The people who work here are not the sharpest tools in the garage. I asked the lady behind the counter for a dipstick and she looked it up and said they didnt have any and were not able to get any in. I looked in the self help section and what do you know, I found it n she had the dumbest look.

I came in to get help with replacing aftermarket headlights after banging my head against the wall for several days with the issue (and after getting no help from other car specialists in that area).The clerk was extremely helpful and her knowledge was outstanding. Her and her husband (who luckily had dropped by to visit her) helped me solve my problem AND provided help splicing and rewiring the lights in the parking lot. I was up and running in a half hour! I cant thank both of them enough! Amazing people. Thank you again!

My name is Chris Bertelsman. I went to the Auto Zone store today and was greeted by Larry. I asked him about a compartment air filters for my Ford Focus. I told about my experience at the Ford Service Department in Belleville. I was told it would cost $148 and an hour and a half to replace it.Larry looked up the information for my car and said it would be an easy change. He took it out of my car in less than 3 minutes. He was very helpful and I appreciated his honesty and interest in helping me. I have been to this Auto Zone many times and Ive always received excellent service. Sad. I had had purchase some plugs there. They gave a $20 reward on it. And the same day somebody took $16.75 off my reward. I know i didnt give anybody my card to use it. They told me it impossible for someone to take money off your reward card. This happen oct. 1. So please be carefull.

They listen to the computer, which is wrong sometimes it would be better if the AutoZone employees were mechanically inclined, not a button pusher robot.

My visit was okay. Did order parts and was told they were coming in early in the day but then called and was told that they werent coming in till later that day. Call back later just to check to see if maybe they might have came in earlier and clerk did kind of get upset with with me calling and checking in on the parts. only bad experience about AutoZone so far that Ive ever had.
