I shopped at the piercing pagoda in fairview for the first time with my daughter this week. I’ve had my ears pierced at a piercing pagoda in the 80s when I was baby in Chicago.. Well at my visit with this store I decided on a whim to get second holes done..Let me tell you the sweet young woman who took care of me this week was amazing, very knowledgeable and so kind.. One of the Best experiences I had at a retail shop. Sure felt good to go somewhere where I felt tied to. Thanks again young lady wish I remembered her name. Date of visit 4/7/2021.

Poor quality jewelry, poor service, they will try to sell you anything . My son got a necklace from there last month and the necklace is already broken

I got my ears pierced with my little sister. The staff were really nice and you can tell they know what theyre talking about. WAY better than Claires. Come to Piercing Pagoda instead! They gave really good advice. They were able to pierce both my ears at the same time. Highly recommend for ALL ages.

Both of my girls have had their ears pierced here. Great experience both times. Nice selection of piercing earrings, and they give a pretty steep discount on additional pairs purchased at time of piercing. Earrings are very good quality with screw on or comfort backs. Highly recommend!

They wanted me to go 85 miles one way to the closest store because the store I purchased from shut down for a issue with my necklace that I had a warranty on, said nothing can be done online will never do business with this store again !!!!!
