They had a great sale. I got 2 new pair of sketches with memory foam. My fiance got a pair of Under Armour sandals and I also bought a new crossbody purse and the total only came to $187. Not bad considering all I got.

The employees at this store are not only rude but act like you don’t know what you’re doing, when really they have not been trained correctly and don’t know what they are doing. Naucari kept trying to ring up all the shoes at once but I wanted them wrung separately because I had a coupon for $10 off for 2 of the pairs and I wanted to use my military discount for the other pairs since you cannot stack those two discounts. She started getting a little tiffy because I ask her to wait a minute so that we could ring them up the way I needed to so that I maximized my discounts. Then she forgot to enter my rewards on one of my receipts and I ended up having to call customer service to get the issue resolved. When the manager came up (older white male) because she didn’t know what to do he said I’d have to call customer service to fix that. They both acted like they didn’t want to be at work and didn’t want to help customers, more the female associate than the manager, but he still allowed his employee to have an attitude. For example, I told her thank you, have good day, and she said nothing. I said it again and she finally gave a condescending “thanks”. I bought 6 pairs of shoes today and was treated like I was asking to much to get the discounts they offer and that I am entitled to.The manager said “I’m sorry, we failed you today”. But does that change or make up for my less than pleasant experience? Does that comment make up for being treated without dignity, does it make up for the checkout process taking longer than was necessary and causing me to run late for something else? No, it does not! It’s just empty words, the standard line, it doesn’t fix anything for me. Had Naucari been listening and rang the items and rewards correctly the first time, without the attitude, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

Had to drive to Illinois to get the last pair of the prized shoes for a birthday party but it was well worth it. Went to my usual location only to find out the other store was the only pair within 4 hours. Sold out on line also. Road trip.

Pleasantly surprised with this store. Its not like the Shoe Carnival of the 1990s - its more chill and polished now lol. They have a big inventory of athletic and casual shoes, especially Nike and New Balance. Not a huge selection of boots or dress shoes, but I found plenty to try on and went home with 2 new pairs. Also, it was clean!

Store is in tip top shape. It flows and makes it easy to find what youre looking for. Customer associates were busy working to keep shoes on the shelves and displayed well. And the associates who rang up my bill were friendly too. The first impression made was a good impression to me. Although I remember the past when going to buy a pair of shoes at Shoe Carnival, especially at back to school time and athletic gear, the kids would pick out a pair of shoes and spin the big wheel for discounted deals. Every hour someone would get on the PA and announce they were offering a certain type or brand of shoes at an additl discounted price for the next 10 min. 🤣 I guess you could say it made buying shoes for 4 kids a little more enjoyable. LoL all in all, this store has a great selection of shoes for the whole family and at fair prices!

The people that work there are so helpful and always make themselves available. I find their prices to be some of the most reasonable too.

We stopped in Sunday so I could get a foot measurement for my sister with special needs. The staff was amazing! Everyone went out of their way to help and even walked us back to the section of shoes that had my sisters exact size. Later my sister commented several times about the nice lady who helped her find her new shoes.Thank you to all for making this a really good experience. Ill definitely be back!

I shopped here today for Easter Sunday and the service was absolutely ridiculous. I found a pair of pumas for my daughter in the clearance isle and when I got to the counter they said they were not on clearance and they were rude. I returned the shoes and went to the mall and bought my daughter a pair of Jordans.

Took back a pair of shoes that I purchased before Christmas as a gift that turned out to be too snug and found that they were $30 cheaper. I was able to purchase a second pair, found on clearance, with the money saved along with a $10 off coupon. Great clearance going on, especially on boots ladies.

Had a sales coupon for sandals. Very nice store. Plenty of parking. The salesman greeted me as I walked through the front door. Told me if I had any questions he would be glad to answer questions. He told me about future sales going on that week. The store is very clean and everything well organized. Plenty of chairs to try on shoes. I didnt find anything that I was interested in but that doesnt mean they dont have a lot of shoes and sizes.

I dont mind the help but would like time alone to look at possible shoes i would like to purchase instead of having someone up on my heels.

Took a chance going there after previous poor experiences. They had buy 1 get 1 half off sales and we chose a pair of boots for my wife and a pair of tennis shoes for my son. But when we got to the checkout, they refused to honor the deal, saying they werent included. When told the boots and shoes were on table marked with their BOGO sale signs, they said they shouldnt have been on those tables/racks, (the racks and tables were full of both and had multiple sale signs attached). The manager then came over and gruffly told me I wouldnt get the deal...we left without any shoes and will not return.

We had an excellent visit. Was able to find help when needed. Easily found the shoes we were looking for then, we made our purchase and had an extremely courteous and helpful cashier. I dont normally hand out the five star rating but this store visit and transaction couldnt have gone any better

Great place to shop if you know what youre looking for. Good place to work if youre going to have an entirely free schedule for the rest of your life. Otherwise, dont bother. I worked here for over 3 years and got screwed over more times than I can count. Not always by the store or my coworkers, but by the higher-ups in the company. And, in the process of applying for my maternity leave, they refused to process my paperwork and told me that I had resigned. Fair warning to anyone who may consider a long-term job here. They underpay, give little to no opportunity for promotion within the company, overwork everyone on the payroll, and in the end they couldnt care less about their employees. Otherwise, as I said, it is a great place to shop, as they truly do have great deals all the time.

Great sales. My hubby and I came out with two pair of shoes for the price of one. Very friendly environment. Sales are every where that you turn. You can find something for everyone in your family. Please do not forget that school will be back in soon and you would want to get the purchasing shoes part out of the way before it gets too crowded. I do.

I have been using this Shoe Carnival for a couple of years now. Around this time of year (October-December), they have some awesome shoe sales. I’m sure these sales are in every SC store. However, this SC is always stocked well, neat and clean. I did an in-store pick up for the first time last night. There’s a buy one, get one free sale right now. The shoes were disappearing so quickly, so I paid online to reserve two pairs. My experience couldn’t have been more seamless. #HappyCustomer

They closed shortly after we arrived then were very rude to us because they had closed but didnt inform us that we were there past closing just gave sarcastic attitude instead. Very terrible staff. Plus no shoes matched the price tags and shoes were misplaced throughout the whole store.

Shoes are expensive. Its not Shoe Carnivals fault though. These people have to make a living just like the rest of us. Great selection. Staff probably could have been a little more friendly but not bad customer service at all. This one employee helped me look for size 9 wide Adidas for so long in my head Im like... Ok lady, you clearly dont have any in stock. They usually have a buy one get one half off sale so thats dope as well.

My very first time at shoe carnival, I was pleased with visit there. I needed a pair of sneakers, looked for a good deal and I believed I got one, a pair of Nikes that were marked $59.00, at the time there was an additional $10.00 off. I seriously recommend Shoe Carnival for your shoes needs.

The team there were very helpful in helping me select the right shoes for walking on concrete all day.

It is hard to find a cute pair of shoes in my size in womens so when I do need a new pair of shoes, I shop in the mens selection. I was able to easily find a good quality pair of shoes my size and in a nuetral fashion!
