Never could put in an expensive stereo in my daughters car so that it wouldnt drain her battery & leave her stranded. They tried to fix it 3 times & their service department never could fix the problem on the stereo that they installed. Very slow at rescheduling appointments to fix it!!! It still drains the battery if you use the stereo!!!

Dont waste your time with these guys unless you are willing to tell them exactly what they want to hear and have A TON for a down payment. They kept giving me the run around on a couple vehicles I wanted to look at and then after dropping contact regarding one of them for an entire week finally messaged to tell me it had been sold and sent me a list of options which I promptly ignored. My time is worth more than that and Ill use a different dealer in the future.RESPONSE TO BUSINESS:Of course Im not in your database. I never bought anything from you. I recently had an issue with another dealer so I was skeptical about trying again but am so glad I contacted Lou Fusz in Fairview Heights. Taby called me within minutes of my application to go over any questions I had. I informed her of my recent situation with the other dealer and she stated she knew who she would have help me. Clay, the finance manager, found me a loan for the perfect car within a couple hours. I went to the dealer the next morning and drove away in my new car within a hour. I highly recommend Taby and Clay to anyone who is in the market for a new/used vehicle. They went above and beyond for me, as I’m sure they do all of their customers.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS U ARE WILLING TO BE SHELLING OUT ALL OF YOUR MONEY ON REPAIRS. I PURCHASED A 2020 Chevrolet Silverado on 9/11/20. My title didnt come until over a after the 30 day temp tags expired. I had to fix 4 recalls & PAY for an alignment within 2 months of actually driving the truck. Then yesterday on my birthday going to lunch with friends & family my check engine light comes on. So that was cancelled & I drove to the dealership in St. Peters where they did NOT check my truck but DID schedule me a $150 diagnostics appointment & depending on the problem may or may NOT be covered under warranty so basically Im going to be out $150 plus whatever is wrong with the truck. Did I mention Ive only had the truck a few months?? I bought a lemon from here. 😣

I wouldve put one star but the GM was very helpful to me. His communication and understanding was highly appreciated!However, the sales manager, was absolutely awful in communicating with me about my issue with the truck I had purchased. If he had just called me back when he said he would, it may have been a different outcome. He was rude to me on the phone the time I did talk to him about the issue.I had to call the GM three times and bother his busy work life and explain that Im trying to get a hold of the sales manager to touch base with him.The GM understands customer satisfaction and concerns with great professionalism!

Sold me a car with 38k miles and no issues until they replace the factory radio with an aftermarket. Battery has been dying and having to be jumped and battery replaced several times ever since. Multiple attempts to fix with whoever their sound people are that obviously have no idea what they are doing. Havent been able to reach anyone by phone or text for months. Paying $377/month for a car that they caused to be undependable and will not make right.

The service departments customer service is exceptional, above and beyond my high expectations. Answered questions thoroughly and made sure my vehicle was running its best. 5 stars.I hope I never need to interact with the sales department again. I compare my experience to a lemon lot. Remotes for the vehicle didnt work and they sold me a car without a clean title. I paid cash and took me 4 months for them to correct it. Never again. 1 star is too high.

Buying process was smooth and staff were great. Not pushy or pressuring, staff gave me space and let me fully inspect the car I was buying.To add to this, the engine failed a couple weeks later. It wasnt my fault or the dealers fault. They covered and supported me through the process of replacing the engine. It was done under warranty and was a quick process, my car is now back on the road.Thanks all involved.

Do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a car in December with gear issues. I’ve been emailing the salesman since the 14 of February. NO REPLY. When he was trying to get rid of the Jeep he replied in seconds. Do yourself a favor and stay away fromThis dealership. The customer service is horrible fromManagement on down. This dealership is impressive! I live over 400 miles away so my communication was limited to email, and text only. Bryan Anderson did a fantastic job in quickly responding to all of my inquiries. He was very courteous on the phone and very professional. He also took the time to send me four different videos that were very informative, and I have to admit that I have never had that happen before. I didnt buy a car from them simply because my interest in the car changed, but I took the time to write this review because of how impressed I was in my encounter with this business.

I purchased a 2009 Camry from Lou Fusz on 1/4/18. It only had 96k miles on it, I came to Lou Fusz because of their reputation and their engines forever that is supposed to give customers peace of mind - what a joke. On Saturday 1/20/18, I noticed my car starting to make strange noises and the low oil pressure light come on. Immediately upon arriving, I turned off the car and let it sit for a bit. Since I had recently purchased the car 16 days ago, I knew that it had a fresh oil change so I didnt think it would be low on oil after 16 days. When I started the car again, I noticed the engine idling rough then the engine just turned off. I went out to check the oil, and noticed a huge puddle of oil coming from my car. I am not sure how all of the oil drained from my car. I mean the oil was recently changed by Lou Fusz! I am not sure if they installed it wrong or what the problem is - all I know is that I had my car for only two weeks and it wont even start now. They sold me a lemon! I talked to the manager, and all he was able to tell me is that you didnt purchase a warranty so youre out of luck. I have no clue how they expect this to be my fault, the only reason why I bought a car from here is because they advertise their peace of mind engines forever program which I was just informed that my car wasnt eligible for. So now I have an inoperable car and a car note due next week. I havent made the first car payment yet and its already broken!I still havent registered the car yet! They sold me a lemon and arent trying to do anything to fix it.

I consider myself an avid car guy and I have experience to back it up, but was blind sided by how much I learned from him and how eager he was to help. My wife and I went to look at a 2010 GMC Acadia. When we got back from the test drive we made our offer and the manager seemed frustrated that I complained about the DVD player not working among a few other things. I seen a DTC scanner on the managers desk and asked if I could use it to check for codes. He got really frustrated and said why the engine light isnt on! I went to check the vehicle and it had been cleared. I read the dtc and there were 2 codes for catalysts below threshold bank 1 and another for bank 2. These guys are really shady and clear check engine lights! Our salesperson Yahtzee was great!

My experience with this dealership was fantastic. Chris the sales manager left no stone unturned trying to find a car with the color and exact options I requested. He and salesperson Pedro kept in contact with me through phone calls, text and email keeping me updated. I have never had anybody work so hard to earn my business. Decided to have the car built and when it arrived Dec. 24 it was inside the studio with a giant bow on the hood. Pedro took pictures and it was a pleasure to drive my new car out. I worked with Mr Bryan Anderson, hes a terrific Representative of Lou Fusz. Bryan Anderson, along with his team helped me get my close to desired finance payments and I applaud them for that. Specially what I lacked bringing to the table. I wouldnt even be mad if I WAS short changed! Thats how awesome Bryan and his team is. Tracy the finance manager was also great and very organized. I came in on a Saturday and everything was handled timely and appropriately amongst the busy chaos in which comes with the weekend! The only thing that might have needed work is how fast a vehicle can be properly detailed to a showroom status type of deal. My teenage daughter and I saw a preowned car they had listed on Cargurus and called them to confirm the price and they did. I then asked if I could put a down payment on the vehicle that I wanted to purchase it and they told me NO!! the only way I can purchase the vehicle at that price is if I financed it. My daughter then confirmed it was still there, the next day so we drove about 75 miles to look at the car, we test drove it, then I told them we wanted to buy it. Then they informed to price that was listed was wrong and it was now $1200 more and someone else was interested but it could be mine because the other customer did not put a deposit down. So why was I not informed of the wrong price(they had our contact info) and why now all of a sudden do they take deposits The only positive is the sales lady was very nice. I am very disappointed in my experience and will never step foot in a Lou Fusz dealership again!!!

Went here to test drive a Fiat 124 Spider and was really disappointed with the results. While the service was friendly and cordial, it seemed by the price given that they felt I wasnt a real buyer. Whether this was due to age or other factors, it wasnt appreciated.I went to Lou Fusz of Chesterfield and had a fantastic experience buying the same car for $100 less a month after receiving far better service. Worst car purchase ever. I won’t purchase from this dealer again. Having found the car I wanted I secured my own funding. Once returning to the dealer with fund letter, I had to wait about an hour where they threw at me a $250 surcharge, then tried to get me to purchase their overpriced extended warranty, and oh, some service BS where for every 100 dollars I spend they give me a dollar credit, which I ignored because I was already annoyed about the warranty; When I looked at the car, the “as is, no warranty” sticker was on the driver side. The other side of the car had a different sticker indicating a 3000 mile or 30 day dealer warranty since it was a used car (I may not have that 100% accurate, but there was a dealer warranty), which I asked the salesman if I could get more of a warranty, to his reply of “yah sure!” The best they did total was 1000 miles.After almost a week my bank called and said the dealer rejected their funding. Something to do with the taxes, which both the dealer and the bank said was the other entities fault. The best thing the dealer advised me of is to let them secure my funding. No thanks. Seems to me this dealer doesn’t like to work with anyone other than what they recommend. A week later I still have not resolved my funding issue. I am ready to return the car, but can’t because I signed what I thought was legit paperwork.Yes, it’s a used car that I intend for commuting purposes, but considering other factors one would think the dealer would work more to retain my business. Furthermore, when I mentioned the car needs alignment, the salesman said the cars they sell get a 150 point multipoint inspection or something like that. Clearly not the case with the car I bought.While the salesmen and finance people weren’t overly rude, they weren’t all that accommodating. I had to ask for a drink… The entire staff there seems terrified of the General Manager.

This is the worst car dealership for one back in July I paid my car note and they still turned my car off. Now I paid my car note again in October and today they turned my car off again saying I was $1.50 short really that is unacceptable I pay the amount they tell and then they say Im short and turn me off. But $1.50 is petty I could see if it was more but it wasnt also if they would tell me the correct amount I would pay it. I have been faithfully paying my car note on time for the past 3 years with this place and it has not been nothing but a headache. I would suggest do not buy a car through them. And the people dealing with the money should get fired they told me the wrong amount for one then shut my car off for their mistake

We bought a 2014 dodge van from them and we only had it 3 months. It has been jumping and lights on dash board come on at random times since the first week we got it. We called to see what we can do. First they said to trade it we would need to put 4000 down plus van (which we didnt even put that much down to purchase it plus our 2008 Pontiac g6). 2nd time they had us drive almost 2 hours away to just tell us the banks was closed and they would call us back which they never did. 3rd time I get mad and call them just for them to tell me that they cant trade for a different vehicle and they can set up an appointment to look at vehicle (which they already looked at the first month we got it. Told us nothing was wrong with it). They are really making money off of ppl instead of helping ppl.

Clay was a phenomenonal salesman. Not pushy, followed up frequently as we were waiting on the car to come in. The whole staff was responsive, friendly, and great to deal with. I first had a problem with my turn signal switch. It was replaced and worked fine. On the second day in the morning I noticed that my headlights didnt come on automatically. Once I turned the headlights on manually there was a clicking noise similar to the problem with the turn signal. I was able to get my car back in quickly and they started working on it. It was the Body Control Module (BCM) and they told me that hey had to order the part, but gave me a rental car. Once the BCM came in, they had to send the vehicle to a GM Dealer to have it programmed. The Service rep kept me informed as to what was happening. 3 BCMs and almost 4 weeks later, then job was finished. All along the way the Service rep kept me informed how things were going. She asked me how the rental car was and I told her it was a little small and I couldnt get my entire family in the car, especially the back seat. When I went by to check on things, she put me in a larger vehicle. She didnt have to do that but did it because I told her how small the original one was. During the final days, I told her that I would be out of town, and she made sure that when everything was finished and ready to be picked up she called me and let me know and apologized for the length of service and contacting me while I was out of town. I explained that it was not a problem and I was glad that she called. It made my trip that much better knowing that when I got back, my vehicle would be ready for me to pick up.

Wife left a deposit to hold a vehicle at Fiat of Metro East a Fusz network dealership. She didnt buy the vehicle but they cashed the check anyway, after telling her they couldnt find it and had probably shredded it. A month later and $400 in bounced check fees they admitted to cashing it when we called the police. Instead of doing the right thing and covering the fees Business Manager Chris Dixon-Vance came up with the lame excuse that, Thats what a grocery store would do. Wont ever do business with them again. Beware if you leave them hold deposits.UPDATE - Manager stepped up and made everything right.
