Very terrible customer service a young lady was rude to me over the phone once in person I asked her why she was rude she argued with me then said I was talking to myself then I walked out talking to my wife then here she comes again talking to me being rude the manager said nothing

I went in this establishment with my husband who happens to be a white male and I am a black woman and we could not have been treated more rudely. No one came to help us my husband finally went to ask one of the workers for assistance and was told after the worker was finished assisting another customer he would be right over. Well after he finished assisting the customer he leaned over on a display and started checking his phone. We walked right past him to leave the store after receiving no help and the worker didn’t even look our way. Against my advice my husband went back to the store the following day and the first associate apologized for not assisting him the previous day however the second associate said nothing. My husband accepted the apology and requested a pair of shoes the associate got him the shoes and then my husband went to the cash register to check out and the associate REFUSED to check him out. He had to wait on the first associate to make his purchase.This place was the most unprofessional establishment I have ever visited! They were outwardly rude to anyone that walked in. I don’t want to assume why we were treated so badly but it’s difficult not to believe that it was a form of racism. I personally will never visit this establishment again and I will share this experience with anyone who will listen.

Would give 0 if i could. Staff are rude and dismissive. And i have seen on many occasions them hassle delivery drivers over coins when they order pizza DO NOT SHOP HERE

They keep low priced shoes even though some sizes they sale quicker than others.
