I can always find something there but prices are definitely going up alot !!
Great place to take unwanted things that someone else could use. Decent prices on stuff. It is my understanding that it is in someway connected to veterans programs. I hope thats true.
Be prepared to dig through piles of stuff on the asle and the clothes are stocked seasonally. So only t shirts in summer etc..
For kids clothing, its awesome. Kids go through clothes so fast I just refuse to pay 15.99 at a brand name for pants that last six months.Very very good book section.Tons of really nice dishes. And always some interesting findsClean store too
I found a cute Mikey Mouse bag for $4.. thats a good price for Disney.
Savers in Fairview Heights user to be a good place to find deals on REAL jewelry. Now, the person in charge of pricing the jewelry is out of touch with how much to charge. Any piece they discover to be real is priced higher than melt value, and in many cases higher than what you can buy a brand new piece for. Ive even had a jewelry sales associate tell me that You wouldnt understand because, you need to understand fine jewelry. Ive got 12 years experience working in fine jewelry, Im sure I know what I am talking about. My favorite though is when they say, We keep only those items that are real in this case, yet I can tell immediately they missed a number of real pieces. So, bottom line is, if you want real, and dont want to spend to much, consider finding it somewhere else.
This is a great place to find what you need without having to pay a lot. Clothes, shoes, jewelry, household goods and knick knacks. I love browsing their many, many books! They offer a savers program that lets regular customers save more money. They also offer a military discount. You can donate as well. The only downside is that some clothing tends to be overpriced.
Savers will not be reopening their changing rooms at all so you have a 14 day return policy. But if what you exchange it for still doesnt fit, you have to go back yet again and so on and so forth. I dont have time to keep driving back and forth so I wont be shopping there very much anymore.
It was an okay experience it was nice not too crowded I found somewhat 😒🙂of what I was looking for the price wasnt that bad so yeah it was copacetic cool 😎 .
Nice store, good selection of items. Reasonably priced. Senior discount on Tuesdays 30% off!!
If youre shopping on a budget, Quality name brand clothing at affordable prices.. Ill definitely be a returning costumer
I didnt find what I was looking for but thats always a toss up. I did find some clothes but the line was so long I left. Usually Id give this store 5 stars
They are awesome. U should shop there.if not ur loss an my gain
Savers has a great inventory of lightly used items. They organize by size and clothing type, so I am pretty successful finding clothes quickly that fit well. My only complaint is regarding the prices. They take brand into consideration when pricing so expect to pay more than you would at other local thrift stores.
Great shopping always find goodies
Went here with my sister. Two of the cashiers were rude one tossed my sisters changed at her. They both didn’t know how to count out money or how to give change. I was shorted $20. Hannah and the girl with light purple hair should not be working registers if they can not have good customer service.
Savers is my favorite Thift store because they gave Vet.s a 30 percent discount on the purchase price which really makes a difference in these hard times..if you are on a budget... They always have something I want or need...
Prices are going up, and quality is not as good. Getting to be a little disappointing .
Love them alot the best thrift store in town
Friendly staff. Good prices.
I love this store! Always good deals and the place is clean, and the store employees are friendly and nice to You.
Great customer service from Ms.Linda she keeps a warm smile on her face and makes the savers experience a wonderful one!
You have your Goodwills, Salvation Armys & now you have Savers... The store was nice and neat. The bathroom was a complete mess tho
Good selection and friendly employees. Found some amazing deals!
The staff is always friendly. It is a clean place.
Its a very clean store but theyve raised their prices. There kind of pricey now for low income people.
Have been in this store plenty of times normally a joyful trip, but today not so much a pleasant trip two younger guys working in the back one seemed to be a delivery guy the other a stocker. I first spoke to the delivery guy about a product he brushed me off with no time to answer. Then my husband was asking or atleast trying to ask the stocker if they had and small tables in the back and rudely he responds that if I had them they’d be out here. So upon checking out I tell the cashier what had happened well guess what with the way she took my information I will be going to the good will from now on
Decent thrift store some of the prices are high. But they have A decent military discount
Im super excited Im going out of town needed new luggage and they had exactly what I was looking for🎉🎉
I love this place! From the clothes to the candles to the books. Oh, I seen a chaise lounge for $20 dollars! It looked great, but alas it was sold. You will most likely go home with something. Lol
Their items are ridiculously overpriced.
I love this place. Five pair of jeans for 42 bucks, o yea!!
Very crowded. You now have to buy bags for your purchase. Prices were a bit high.
I LOVE Savers! The workers are helpful and friendly, they offer great discounts, AND I always find things I didnt know I needed
Very clean very nice people
I love this place, my favorite store, until today!!! While checking out i was asked if I had any discounts (like veteran, fire fighter, law enforcement, ect..), i showed him my retiree law enforcement ID and he (the manager who was the one checking me out at the register) informed me that I wasnt allowed to have a discount, because I was retired! SOOO, savers no longer appreciates you after you serve your 30 years in law enforcement!!!!! Hummmmm! Makes me think whether I ever want to drive 1 1/2 hours to shop there again!!!
Very good Thrift store. Always seem to find good stuff there.
Over crowded on a Tuesday. Line was ridiculous. Overpriced and hard to get around.
I’ve picked up some great deals here! They might be more pricey than Goodwill, but I think the quality is higher. I’ve gotten designer, name brand tops and cardigan sweaters for $5 - you can’t beat that! I’ve picked up items that are brand new with the tags still on them. And, I’ve never seen any evidence of bugs as one review indicated.
Prices too high. Seen original price tags on items and you still price items a dollar or more higher.Cashiers were great!
Always find great stuff at an affordable price!
Prices are extremely high. They are used items. Better deals at competitive locations nearby. Store is very unorganized
I love that place I really love it 💖😍💖😍😍😍
Store is clean and has so many items to choose from but the prices are high compared to other thrift stores.
Best thrift store Eva
Found a lot of cool stuff
I mainly shop for books here. They are a little higher priced....$3 to $3.50,,, than goodwill but the books are very high quality.
Expensive for a thrift store.
It was cool very respectful workers however theres a gray hair gentlemen working in there that is a very unhappy person and tyrive on beggingv. To join hima
Awesome flea market/goodwill type store. Associate Corey may need an enima though.
Its clean and nice staff thanks for treating customers with respect will go back for sure
Well organized and clean shopping area. The inventory rotates at a fairly consistent and respectable rate. They offer discount cards and discounts for various people. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me! Prices can sometimes be wonky, but generally everything is fairly priced and affordable.
Its a good store with used items. Some things can be very overpriced. You have to really look close at the clothes and items then decide.
Great place to shop, never know what you will find. Very nice people, too.
No dressing rooms and staff not very friendly!! And some clothes pretty dirty!!!! Will not shop here again!
Recycle. Reuse. Replenish. Save the Planet only you can make a difference. You never know what kind of treasures you will find here. Dont throw your junk away take it here and donate it they will find a second life for it and keep it out of the landfill plus the veterans get some money out of it.
Great! Staff is Amazing.
Love savers but the prices are ridiculous on clothes. But the workers always very nice.
A little pricey for done clothing. But good deals, well taken care of books, and clothes.Numerous kitchen and linens that are huge savings
Spacy, not crowded....great finds! Reasonable!!
Always find great deals here.
This place is pretty dirty and prices are out of range for the quality
Always find a bargain
Its my favorite place to kill time & find great deals!!
My daughter found one of her favorite (rare) toys there yesterday. 😊😊😊😊
Great store, lots of neat stuff, love that they help vets!!
If you are in the Savers savings program, you will get emails with discounts.
Very nice location, lots of stuff and the employees are very friendly :)
Great store with a lot of variety!
I absolutely love this place. I get the best deals on clothing and toys for my son. Because of Savers, he gets to wear name brands that I could never afford otherwise. They have a little bit of everything which I love. I get all my bedding there too. Great store!
Worst place, employees are rude.
I love going there! Great prices!
I love getting my kids clothes from here. Always good prices. We just did some shopping for some Halloween costumes we needed items for. Found everything we needed for under $20. Staff is pleasant and usually friendly. Sometimes a bit quiet, but willing to help!
They are so organized and easy to find merchandise. Appreciate they are putting donations in all the right places.
Was a nice store to buy everything I needed
Love going here. Lots of affordable clothes and household goods. If you dont like going to Goodwill, come here.
Good selection.... Nice people.
Always friendly service!
Just the most boring and WORST place ever
I love Savers! Good selection. Items are in good shape. Good prices. I know some complain about the prices, but you can’t pay employees and electric with hugs and thank yous.
I stopped in to look at some suit jackets, only to find bugs all over the clothes. Looked to me like roaches or maybe another bug. Anyways wont ever go in there again.
I have been going here for years. Great deals.
The rudest staff I’ve ever seen and way too expensive for used items. If I could give them zero stars I would, one star is way too much for them. Also staff was very racist to us and were way too mean to my family. Prices are terrible, selling items from dollar tree for 2 dollars when i can get them for 1.
One of the highest priced thrift stores Ive seen. Stopped looking at clothing after the fourth frustratingly unreasonable price. Even DVDs are $3 here when other places have them much lower. You might find some good items here but be prepared to pay a lot for them. Makes Goodwill look like a real bargain store.
I find something at Savers every time I go there. I like how it is clean and organized and always has New items still in the package. The best thing is their profit goes to the Military. Good job Savers!
Place was overpriced. Stuff they have given to them they want high price for it. Example pair of Jeans $15.00
I had a chance to shop in this store this past weekend and it was excellent. I found some nice vintage blouses and jeans. The clothes are fairly new and in good condition. Great shoe collection. I give a 4/5 because for some of the prices you could just go to Burlington.
Love this place!! The cashier was more than happy to wrap my glass items for me and chatted while doing so!!
Saw the complaints about high prices..maybe if youre cheap. But for frugal folks you wont find better quality items at goodwill. Just walked out with gorgeous boots, 2 dress pants, brand new denim jacket & a mint condition tommy hilfiger jacket for $24. LJamie at the checkout was friendly and helped me sign up for savers rewardsThis place offers tax deductible forms for donations and runs promos all the time...best thrift store in the area.
First visit to Savers. I paid a bit more per top than I have in the past at other thrift stores. But all three tops were in perfect condition and I didnt notice any stains or holes in any of the clothing I looked at so the quality overall seems better here. Not a wide selection of dresses (my primary reason for checking it out) and there was only one that remotely interested me, but it was way too long.
Loved my first and 2nd shopping experience here, loved the items and pricing! They offer discounts with their membership program club (its free to sign up and no member rates!), they have 50%off days and other discount days. Im going back twice a month, its for my own inventory for reselling, Im telling you they have amazing finds! The staff are really nice, even an employee who was off her shift (and happened to also be shopping) took the time to greet me (because she recognized me from my first shopping trip there) and she gave me helpful tips on thrift shopping. Yep I highly recommend and Im definitely going back!!!
One of my favorite thrift stores in the area. The place is HUGE and they seem to turn over merchandise really fast, so there is always new stuff whenever I go in (about once a week). They are priced a bit higher than other thrift shops (like Goodwill) but they run great sales and Military gets a 30% discount every day, which is huge. Seniors get 30% discount on Tuesdays! Definitely check it out!
The store is clean and well organized. All clothes are separated by size, making it easy to find something in your size without having to sort through rack after rack.
I love savers for the most part. Some of the products are overpriced. For example, I picked up an item for 4.99 that had a goodwill sticker on the bottom for. 99. Otherwise, the people are friendly, and I always find *something* I just have to have.
No good
Very clean and organized for a thrift store
Prices are getting expensive for used stuff
Did very well with social distancing and customer service
Found some good bargains. Wish Springfield Illinois or Quincy Illinois would get a Savers! I came down to Fairview Heights after visiting family. I only get to the Alton area about once a month.
