Just completed my kitchen remodel and used K&D Countertops for the second time. They did a great job and I love my new countertop! Dan was very patient and helpful as I made my selection from the wide variety displayed in the store. The installers were polite and professional and everything was completed in a timely manner. Around June 22, 2020 I was given a quote for a quartz countertop that would expire August 22 2020; however when I came in to pay for the piece, I was told “ We’re not gonna honor that” because the piece was a remnant and had been sold. In the quote, I was told it would take 3 weeks to come in so of course I thought it was being ordered. That it some kind of bogus salesmanship right there. I would give 0 stars if possible.

K&D were excellent from the very beginning. We walked into the Fairview Heights location and were wowed by the many different countertops on display. Troy was very professional and helpful in giving us an estimate based on our measurements of the kitchen. We compared prices and they were the most knowledgeable, cheapest and had a bigger selection of any other store. Our countertops were installed within 2 weeks of our first visit and we absolutely live them. Highly recommend K&D to anyone wanting to replace their countertops.

We really had a wonderful experience using K & D Countertops! Every person form Dan in the showroom to final installation were so professional and my countertops are fabulous! Our kitchen isnt complete yet but the countertops are the crowning jewel!

Loved this place! We did all the research and found that quartz is the way to go. If we were going to put in new countertops we wanted the best which again, research showed to be Cambria. The show room is simple and shows huge pieces. Dan was super helpful. After we ordered they measured it digitally. They even called to let me know they needed to alter my countertop by 1/8 of an inch to ensure the faucet would not hit it. Then they sent us a template of our countertops. We were able to see where every speckle and line would be in our personal kitchen. They were super professional during install. Could not be more pleased with them.
