Best king size mattress and futon mattress we ever bought! Very reasonably priced!
I can honestly say, I have never had a more creepy experience in a store than this. I will never return to this store. The guy working today was super creepy,, sarcastic, complained about having pneumonia and went to the bathroom, in the middle of the sale. I walked right in, picked up exactly what I needed of the shelf, then he announced he going to the bathroom and that I needed to wait. I only waited because I needed a futon cover. If I didnt need this thing so bad, I wouldve left. There were wasps flying around and the building was unbearably hot. I pray this cover does so I dont have to return. Oh and by the way, I asked if they offer military discount and he said, Are you going to pay me more since Im a veteran? In a serious, argumentative tone. 3/4 of this town is military, I would suggest, if you dont offer military discount just say you dont.No need to talk like that to customers. Ugh.....I cant put my finger on this guy.... but got super creepy vibes. Also wanted to add, he insisted on comparing my license to my bank card, his fingers were all over my property and it took him way too long to look at my name. Over all, the experience left me very uneasy and intuition left me super creeped out.
Leave preconceptions at home, I suggest, & youll do whatever. I had a few as I visited there my first time. Jerry & Ken not only know what theyre doing in the business sense, - theyre perceptive & intuitive, along with friendly & courteous. Me for example; Ive had a budget ball & chain sparing all the fine details, and both of these gentlemen assisted me to my increased benefit.. they do it like you & I breathe: it comes natural to them. Rating Stars ? Tops and then some. One of a zillion old sayings to shake the dust off, here.. dont blitz thru.. like life.. take time to capture the aroma of the espresso.
If you want a great deal on a new mattress make sure you stop in here. I did not know how much better mattresses are now. I talked to the owner and she helped me find a very comfortable mattress. I had it delivered, the delivery men were very professional, set everything up and took away my worn out mattress.
Not recommended. They follow you around and pressure you to make a decision before youve even had a chance to really look at the options. Also, to concerned with selling high end items and do not listen to the needs of the customer.
I usually hate mattress stores, but I like this one. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The prices are very good.
Great prices. Awesome customer service. Very personable and allows you to walkabout without feeling pressured at all. Very pleasant shopping experience
Bought a futon previously in March and service was great. Went back June 20 at 3pm salesman was horrible. He was very rude and condescending. Acted like I was bothering him, and I was the only person in the store. As a return customer I was ready to buy, but now will never return and will definitely not recommend. I just wanted the owner Nancy you know this!
Great place to get a mattress. Usually get a better deal than at the box mattress stores.
Sales guy knew little about anything. Barely put in any real effort. Prices are reasonable but have no idea on warranties.
Really enjoyable experience, I was pleasantly surprised how less I had to spend for a great mattress. I thought I had shopped everywhere and was frustrated by my options until a friend told me to check out this place.
Driven past this place 1000s of times, finally needed a mattress and stopped in. Verty knowledgeable person (Ken) showed me several mattresses that he felt were what i was looking for and I picked out the one that felt right to me, now I sleep better than ever. I learned a lot about how to pick out a mattress and did not have to spend a bundle.
So we were making our rounds to the local mattress stores, looking for a new king mattress set to replace our 10 year old set at home. We walked in and immediately started scoping out the different beds, as the only salesman was busy with another couple. This is totally cool, as I dont like to be hovered over while Im trying to discuss decisions with my husband anyway. The gentleman said hed be with us shortly, which again, was totally fine. We begin sitting and laying on beds. Were asked if we have a price range in mind and we respond that we do not. (The comfort of the bed is more important than the price.) He goes back to his customers. A few moments later we are barked at from across the showroom to lay on the beds, as sitting on them doesnt tell you what its like to sleep on it. This guys tone was literally scolding, like you would use with a child.First, let me say that sitting on a bed gives you an idea of edge support, so yes, you do need to sit on the mattress. Second, unless you want to flop onto a mattress, sitting is the first step. Please, dont bark at me about how to test a mattress. Strike 1.As we are testing out a mattress that we both really liked, he begins asking what positions we sleep in. Husband is a side sleeper, I am a stomach sleeper. Well you cant sleep on that mattress. Its too soft. Youll have back pain. Stomach sleepers need more support!I explain that, even as a stomach sleeper, I like soft beds. I am the type of person who likes to sleep in my mattress, not on top of it. He huffs and again points out that I will cause myself back pain by sleeping on a soft mattress. He points us to a different brand.I am an adult. I do not need a lecture about what I want or need. I have been sleeping on soft mattresses for 30 years and have never had back pain, numb arms, or disturbed sleep. I know what is comfortable to me. But I try the mattress he suggests. Strike 2.It is too firm, the springs can be felt just laying on it, and it jiggles and wiggles with massive amounts of motion transfer. I explain this and he points us to a different mattress before walking away. I did not like the other mattress either, so got up to try another. We were then barked at again about how we have to lay down for 3 minutes.Look, I get that. I do. But if I lay down and this thing is hard as a rock and not what Im looking for, Im not going to lay there uncomfortably for 3 minutes to appease someone elses ego.He comes back and we repeat our sentiment that we like this softer mattress. He changes his tone and starts hedging, Weeeellll...I just dont feel right about putting a stomach sleeper on a soft mattress, but if its what you want... STRIKE 3!We wait for him to go back to the other customers and decide to try one or two more before moving on to different stores because we may find a brand/style we like regardless of our feelings about this ridiculous salesperson. We made the mistake of laying on another bed, as we had tried a similar style and were comparing feel and materials. He breaks away from his customers to ask us what size bed were looking for. We say king and we get another talking to because this is a closeout bed and he doesnt have it in a king, as if we cant even lay on it because we cant buy the size we want.See here, dear sir. There is valuable information for me to take away from this bed, even if I cant buy this exact one, I can decide if I enjoy styles similar to it. Stop treating me like a child who needs to be corrected at every turn and doesnt know anything. Youre not helpful, youre annoying and humiliating with your loud, know-it-all scoldings in front of God and everyone. We had enough and left without saying a word. We went to literally every other mattress store in the area, with salespeople who were very lovely, and ended up spending $2,500.00 on a lovely hybrid mattress at Mattress Direct, just down the street. Which, by the way, we highly recommend! We wont go anywhere else from now on. Just stay away from this place at all cost!
Got a great holiday deal from this place.
Too expensive
Seriously over priced.
