I bought my Easter ham here for the first time. It has been there for years. It was delicious and the ham bone made excellent ham and beans.

I have loved ham for more than 50 years, and this is some of the best Ive ever tasted. We happened across this place by accident while passing through, but the next time will definitely be on purpose. If only there was a location close to home...

I do not believe there is anyone in the world that can dismiss Honey Baked Hams natural beauty. The restaurant is not only homely, but it is efficient and gives amazing hams and turkeys. Can one even ask for more?

This was our first time buying one of their hams! Theyre delicious! You may call ahead and reserve your order or walk in and purchase. There were samples out to try before choosing. They also sell desserts, turkey breasts, soup mixes, rolls, multiple side dishes and a deli on sight where they make the sandwich of your choice. You may choose Chicken salad, ham salad, ham or turkey. Sooo good. Our ham is perfectly glazed and ready to serve! How easy is that?! They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Worth checking out.☺️♥️

Service was good but got home 2 eat my ham classic and had strands of long blond hair in my sandwich. MY HAIR IS SHORT AND BLACK.

We bought 2 lbs. of sliced ham at our store in Fairview Heights, Il. It was so dry and hard. We were very surprised.

Always premium products, service, and Fantastic food. The hams and turkeys are spectacular! The hams are the specialty of course, with the spiral cut being central to the serving. Bone in, or bone out, they are delicious! All the side dishes are available, as well as desserts and condiments. If you want one of the BEST sandwiches around, with a wonderful environment, then this is your place! This is a Quality food service facility, I cant say enough nice things about it. I ordered a 9lb unglazed ham. All they had was an 8lb ham when I got there. They gave me an extra 1lb of sliced ham to make up the difference. I was a happy customer! Thanks so much to the ladies (and manager who suggested this solution) for making it right! I will for sure be back!!

Christmas ham was amazing! Long line on a Sunday but they had at least 6 people working the counter so we got in and out fast.

Easter Ham and it wasnt very good the Ham had holes in it I was very disappointed

I absolutely love this place! Friendly staff and management. We utilize food service on a regular basis for catering events, large and small. They have ALWAYS been on time and dependable. Without reservation I would recommend to other companies, families. Great, fresh, delicious food.

This was our first and only experience at HBH. Cashier was uninformative & awkward(may have been new?) but had a hard time explaining the foods HBH offers. Was given a menu..Argued about the type of sandwich requested, even though cashier was shown what was requested with visual from their own menu....They only had 2 regular options for sides, chips and some type of broccoli..We asked about the sides advertised on the counter, thinking they were just premium sides to pay extra for... We had no idea the sides actually came frozen in a box that you are to microwave(Which was horrible btw, we chose cheesy bacon potatoes) to which they ended up microwaving at the store, that took far longer to prepare than the sandwiches ordered. We did say NVM after discovering sides came frozen in a box just before the store associate ripped the box wide open. Sandwhich itself was not good and served cold..would have been nice to have a served warm option... ham on sandwich was good, expected as this is HBH after all.The hams sold themselves are overpriced. I do not believe we will be a future customer.
