I like this store they have good prices and the tools arent that cheaply made. There is definitely worse out there. I make a haunted woods for my grandkids and friends and this store has helped build a lot of my props at a reasonable price. I will shop there again. The customer service is great as well.

I get tired of them saying what is your phone number so we can continue your savings? When there are no savings at Harbor Freight any longer. They no longer have discount coupons oh, they no longer have anything free or discounted, and their prices are 15-20% higher then theyre full retail rate was a year-and-a-half ago. Ive found that Lowes sometimes has better deals and with a military discount I save money over Harbor Freight.

Decent prices and their return policys are easy and hassle free. So please keep your receipts it makes the process easier.

The new Harbor Freight marketing strategy has decided to went away from the 20% coupon and free items. I have not received a coupon since the pandemic started. It does makes me upset they are forcing their staff to ask for phone number, email and address emphasizing customers will get coupons, which is not true.I had an argument w one of them, I told him, send me the coupons right now, I just gave you the number, or tell me where they at... because I have not seen one months.On the website it says go to the store to take advantage of the 20% coupons, and I did, ask the lady where are the coupons the site is advertising, and her excuse was the site s has not updated.Am too old for this useless give me your phone number for coupons as if I am a kid been told a lie w the expectation of getting a candy in exchange of valuable personal.information. Here is your well earned feedback for false advertising, clickbait come to store and give us your contact info for amaxing coupons when at the end is clickbait.lies.

Went for one thing, numbers of item match but Co changed prod not their fault.

I was in Haror Freight Tool.got to the counter I told the.casher .that I had a coupon. He told me that he could send.me one to my email. Whent to my .email there wasnt a coupon. So I had to pay the full prices for a jigsaw. He dont asks me for my mailings addtess.ether.He but he did ask the man in front of me for all his information. And gave him his discounts. Without a.coupon.some help he was to me thank you.ofcouse the in front was with. Thank you.

We found what we wanted the staff was friendly.

Called to get pricing information on an electric impact driver and was asked if I could hold for just a moment. I waited for 15 minutes on hold and kept my phone call active while I decided to call from my wifes phone instead. Her phone call was answered and information was given immediately regarding my questions. No apology or expression of remorse whatsoever after I explained what just happened. I guess I wont be supporting a business that doesnt care about their customers.

Wanted to buy bandsaw. Was told 20% off coupon not honored on that tool. Seems that happens a lot there. Gonna just buy from amazon. Where you know what your getting and dont waste gas and time at HF

Love this place. Ive basically been trying to recreate their store in my garage with all the tools Ive bought there. Google Harbor Freight Coupon for 20%-25% off if you dont get/want the mailers. The coupon page also gives you the free item coupons as well with barcodes at checkout. Check out their website for honest reviews on everything. I always check the reviews on whatever Im looking for just to see if others had a good experience with the tool. If youre not a tradesman and you dont use your tools for a living, most of the offerings will work fine for you.

Good customer service. Cheap prices on tools. Granted, some are not very good quality. However, for the weekend warrior, that only uses them a handful of times, its worth it !

Dont let anyone tell you you get what you pay for. This guy has refined the alternative/import tool market and put tools previously unaccessible price wise into dreamers, makers and shade tree lots all around. You get good quality and fantastic prices. Some of the bits and durables are a lower grade but meet most needs.Been doing it myself for myself and others for 40 years. Ive needed this place my whole life.

Great store, doesnt break the bank! Just about any tool you need at a reasonable price and if you are traveling and need a tool that you dont have with you, you can pick it up there at Harbor Freight. I needed a piece of pipe to put over the end of my wrench to use as a pry bar for leverage. But unfortunately they did not have it.

I buy something every time I walk in cant go wrong with Harbor freight.

I had a $50 gift card that wouldnt scan when I swiped it thru their scanner. They just told me it didnt have any value left on it and walked away. The card had never been used and should have still had $50 value. I will never shop Harbor Freight again.

Asked for assistance form white guy with blond hair blue eyes and acted like it was a crime I needed help and never got back to me went and stood at counter and was talking to to employee. I do not recommend no goes to this store they are lying basters
