Brought a mini skid in to have radiator replaced, left the bolts Untightened and some missing... Requested to have it greased and they never touched it! Will Never go back

We bought a 2019 E85 excavator that was advertised with a quick coupler and we received the machine and it did not have one on it. I called Bobcat of St.Louis and talked to Jerry the manager and he explains i got such a good deal on the machine that i can just buy a coupler. I have bought two excavators in a year and a halfan E85 and E35 horrible customer service.
